Reading what you've sent in before and this now, it does seem like, on paper, a tricky situation but I think if we analyse it all we can come up with a solution.

Everyone's shy around their crush, and it seems like the hardest thing in the world is to talk to them sometimes and with social anxiety I'm sure it's not easy but from what you've told me he seems to really like you. He's always trying to be near you? He's super smiley and giddy around you? This is great news!

Most people actually find shyness cute, and you're perfectly normal to be shy around him—even I'm shy around my crush. From what you've told us, he seems to be facing problems in his own life and I honestly don't think he's mad at you at all. If he still wants to be near you like you explained, then maybe he actually wants to confide in you because if he's pushing people away he may feel quite alone.

I know it's hard for you but I really think you should start talking to him more, not necessarily asking him what's wrong straight away but just talk to him like normal, or even pluck up the confidence in asking for his number/social media? I'm sure that would start making him smile again, especially if he likes you which it seems very likely that he does. If he wants to confide in you then he'll do it on his own accord, but for now be his friend, and let it happen naturally.

If he's being all nice with your siblings it could be to impress you. Family could mean a lot to you and maybe that's his way of getting your attention? Also if his friend is saying that he likes you and wants your number then I definitely think you need to go for it; boys love to tease their friends when they have a crush.
