Twigs snapped and branches rustled followed by a swift breeze blowing past me followed by a thump.

I smirked at the alpha.

"I'd back down now if I were you!" I hissed, my inner alpha coming out again.

The large wolf growled but Jasper growled warningly in response.

"I would heed the warning if I were you, otherwise, I'll have myself a new rug." I spat. I felt the Major's amusement.

The alpha lunged and I skid out of the way. I turned around and got a running start before leaping and shifting. I landed right on him, bullseye!

I hissed at the rest of the pack. This was between me and their alpha.

I was violently thrown back into a tree. Shocked, I momentarily shifted back to human before changing again. This time though, it hurt to shift. I broke something when I hit that tree. I don't know what, but it was something.

I still stood my ground. I picked myself right back up, and I was pissed. I could feel something changing in me. Good or Bad? I don't know.

I lunged again, my claws slicing his face. As the shock still settled in, I locked my jaws around his neck. I then proceeded to toss him into the same tree he tossed me into.

I shifted back and stared at the alpha with hate filled eyes.

"This clan is protected! Next time you cross here, I will not hesitate to kill you." I calmly stated.

I turned back to look at my Major. I felt the pride and happiness radiating off him.

I heard pounding of paws and I knew the pack had left, very quickly too.

"Would you like to be in control now?" I asked my Major with a wink.
