you walked in the room wearing your best outfit. tonight was stark's celebration gala for the defeat of ultron. natasha and wanda had done your hair, as you had never been one to pay much attention to it. steve stared as you walked in, mesmerized.

"catching flies, rogers?" you smirked and lingered by him. "well? aren't you gonna ask me to dance?" steve was stunned by your forwardness.

"um- well, y/n, will you dance with me."
