《BadBoy Tutor》Chapter Twenty-Five

"Sammy."
Go away.
"Sammy."
I groaned as I ignored the voice and squished my head deeper into the soft pillow. Ah, so comfy.
"Sammy get up." Someone shook my shoulders which shocked me awake. I squinted one eye open to see Reece's face hovering over mine.
"What?" I groaned, covering my face with my arm to block the light.
Reece chuckled lowly. "Its 8. School starts in 20."
"Fuck." I exclaimed and shot out of bed. I grabbed a pillow and threw it at him which he easily dodged. He was dressed in yesterday's clothes as I had hung them out to dry last night.
"Why didn't you wake me up earlier?" I hissed as I rummaged through my wardrobe as he laid on my bed with his arms behind his head watching me.
He shrugged with a teasing smile. "You looked so cute and comfy, and you were dribbling."
I grabbed a pair of blue ripped jeans and a red New York jumper. I narrowed my eyes at him as I grabbed my hair brush and brushed out my gross bed hair. "I don't dribble."
Reece eyed my pillow and then me. "Tell that to your wet pillow."
Flipping him off, I shuffled to the bathroom and slammed the door behind me. As I quickly got changed I could hear him laughing from my room.
"Dickhead." I muttered as I stared in the mirror and brushed my teeth.
"I heard that buttercup!" He hollowed and I chuckled to myself. After a few minutes and my life saver concealer, I was decently ready. I opened the door to see Reece already gone as I furrowed my eyebrows. Grabbing the rest of my stuff for school, I jogged downstairs and a huge grin appeared on my face when I saw Reece ready at the door with two pop tarts in his hand.
"Thanks Cutie!" I teased as I yanked one from his hand and stuffed it into my mouth. Pulling Reece out the door, I could hear him scoff as we walked to my car. For once it was me driving and not him.
"Did you just call me cutie?" He asked with utter disgust.
I gave him a cheeky grin. "Yes I did, now get your ass in my car or were gonna be late."
He saluted. "Yes maam."
"Oh it's gonna be forever, or its gonna go down in flames!" I sang as I cooked pasta for myself. I had spent the last couple hours with the gang down at Jake's but I left early as it was my night of cleaning. As my dad wasn't here at the moment, I made a designated night once a week when I would clean the house.

After all, I was a pretty lazy person so I felt extremely chuffed with myself when it was done. After scoffing my dinner, my phone started to ring. I checked the caller ID and smiled when I saw it was my dad.
"Hello?" I answered, sliding down onto the couch.
"Hey kiddo!" Dad exclaimed. "I'm coming back Saturday."
I smiled widely. "Really? How come?"
"My case ended early, plus its Sarah's wedding this weekend."
Fuck!
I had completely forgotten. Sarah was dad's sister and the mother of Kelsey.
"Ugh I completely forgot." I replied, leaning my head on the sofa.
"You know There's a spot if you want to bring anyone, you must have signed for a plus one when you were with Adam."
I laughed. "Bring who?"
"I don't know." He paused. "How about Reece?"
I gasped. "Reece? Wouldn't it be weird to invite a friend to a wedding?"
I could tell he was shaking his head. "Sarah said Kelsey and Belle are bringing their boyfriends and Jack is bringing a girl. Just didn't want you to feel bored."
I laughed quietly. "I'm sure I can third wheel Belle and Elliot."
Dad chuckled. "Think about it. The family's been dying to see Reece again, they really liked him."
I sighed. "Ok, I'll see."
I spoke to him for a while longer about school and friends before he had to go. I thought about what he had said about Reece. I could already see Kelsey taunting me because I didn't bring a boy.
I guess it would be pretty fun to wind her up...
Plus, Reece is good friends with Elliot so it would give him someone to chat to other than Belle and me.
Reece was coming over shortly anyway to do one of our last tutoring sessions. The final maths exam that I had been tutored for was next week so we had to work extra hard. It was nearly 8 anyway so I just laid on the sofa scoffing food until he got here.
"I'm here!" He yelled, bursting open the front door and walking straight in. Reece took a seat at the table and flung his bag on the seat next to his. He was dressed in his signature leather jacket over a hoody and jeans. He was also wearing a black beanie which made him look extra hot than normal.
Or maybe I was just noticing it more...
"So much for knocking." I muttered as I hoisted myself up and dragged myself to the table. He gave me a questioning look with a small chuckle but didn't say anything.

"I can't be fucked." I whined as I banged my head lightly against the table repeatedly.
A book being slid at my head took me off guard as I glared daggers at the smirking idiot. "Quit whining and get your stuff."
Rolling my eyes and flipping him off behind his back, I got my stuff ready and laid out. "Ok start on question 1." He instructed as he laid back with his feet up on the opposite chair, and was typing away on his phone.
"Yes boss." I murmured and for once I actually completed the question without asking him for help.
"Done!" I grinned when I had completed all ten and slid the book over so he could check it over. I muffled a laugh when the book whacked him in the arm. Reece put his phone down and scanned over my scribbly hand writing. His tounge rested on his lip as his eyes went up and down the page.
I twiddled with my thumbs and awaited him to tell me I had done it wrong and explain where I went wrong but instead he looked surprised.
His eyes were slightly widened and his eyebrows were raised. "Fucking hell." He shook his head with a smile.
I raised my brows at him. "What?"
He chuckled deeply, a sound that I had grown to find extremely attractive. Jeez, I sounded like a right creep. "You've got every single one right."
My eyes widened. "Fuck off."
His smile grew wider. "No Sammy I'm serious."
"Oh my god!" I screamed and jumped up from my seat. I know I sound a little dramatic right now, but every session Reece gives me a set of ten questions and not once have I got every single one right.
It was a big achievement for a dumbass like me.
Reece watched me with amusement as I did a mini victory dance around the table. He shook his head with a smile forming on his face. "How did I become friends with an idiot like you?"
I fake gasped and threw a hand to my heart. "Take that back!"
He shook his head with a grin as I walked back over to my seat. "More like how did I become friends with an idiot like you." I murmured in response as he laughed.
"Remember when we hated each other?"
I chuckled at the thought of when Mr Harvey told me Reece would have to tutor me. At the time, I couldn't think of anything worse but now I'm so glad it happened and I wouldn't change it for the world.
I smiled teasingly. "Hated?"
He rolled his eyes and stood up. "Wanna order a pizza? I'm fucking starving."
I raised a brow at him. "Is that even a question?" I replied sarcastically.
"Yeah you're right." He stated and grabbed his phone to place an order. I thought back to what my dad had said earlier and drawled on whether or not to invite him. The wedding was this weekend so it was pretty short notice so he probably couldn't make it anyway.
"So..." I drawled.
He raised his brows in response as he put his phone down. "Remember my aunt Sarah who you met a while back?" He screwed his eyes shut to remember. "Kelsey's mum." I reminded him.
The mention of Kelsey made him grimace. "Oh yeah I remember. That girl wouldn't leave me alone. She was kinda creepy."
What he said made me bark a loud laugh. "Anyway, Sarah's getting married on Saturday and I must have been with Adam when I sighed for a plus one. If you're not busy do you wanna come?"
Shocker, he smirked. "Are you inviting me as your plus one Sammy?"
I smirked in reply. "Kelsey will be there. I'm sure she'd love to see you."
He looked at me blankly. "You're not exactly selling the idea."
I sighed. "You don't have to come, it's just Belle's bringing Elliot and Kelsey's bringing some boy and I thought it'd be fun to wind her up."
"Ok, sounds good." He spoke softly.
My eyes lit up. "Really?"
Oh my god why was I so happy he was coming?
Shut up Sam you know exactly why. Deep down I knew exactly what I was feeling I just refused to even let my brain think about it.
He chortled. "Reckon it would be fun to piss her off after she was a bitch to you." He wiggled his eyebrows. "Plus, your family loved me so I'm sure it would make their day seeing me again."
I gave him a teasing smile. "Not as much as yours adored me."
He gave me a dry look. "In your dreams buttercup."
