《Kiss √》SIXTEEN

didn't get a wink of sleep all night. her eyes remained open, as her mind was excited for her next adventure. endorphins bounced around inside of her. how entertaining would it be if she took down the best gang in seoul. she was ready for the day of her lifetime. all her pain disappeared for the moment, as her glee crossed her mind.

she hadn't left her desk, her eyes landed on her gun, her hands etched to use it. her gun gave her a new life, a new beginning. she reached forward to grab it, but pulled her hands back in haste. she needed to be patient, now wasn't the time to be bloodthirsty. they would soon call her with further details. after all they paid her for doing what she loved.

her clock ticked at the same pace of her tapping. her eyes were in a daze, unsure what was perception and reality. she was in deep thought as she waited for the call.

her mind tripped over her thoughts, unsure whether it was jimin that night a couple weeks back. she was unsure whether exo called her last night. she was unsure of her purpose in life. she was unsure of her own reality. what would her life be if she didn't leave that night? she was unsure whether it was all worth it in the end.

she jolted from the light tune that mixed with harsh vibrations. it interrupted the beat of the clock, the steady ticking. she stared at the phone for a couple of seconds before tapping the green button. she raised her feet onto her desk, as she brought the phone to her ear.

there was a still pause for a minute before a man spoke, "gongdeok-dong street."

the buzz of people spread crowded the street most of the time, even when the sun went down. it wasn't common for the strongest gang to be lurking in an area full of people. then it hit her, the bank. the biggest bank of seoul was located there. they planned to rob it.

she was a bit weary on the idea, but she wanted to take them down. that would be a story for her to tell.

she sassed, "i need to know how they look, dumbass."

how was she supposed to take them down without knowing how they looked?

"they travel in a mostly group of seven, they have the most obnoxious hair colors." the man sighed, she must have been the first person to have never seen bangtan.

"the shortest has pink hair, there's a redhead, orange, blue, blonde, brown. the leader is the tallest of the bunch and has black hair."

"i've also texted you a picture of the leaders right hand man." he paused, "if you take him down, then it will be a breeze taking the leader down.

all she needed to identify them was their hair color, who in their right mind would dye their head orange. her own brother had pink hair when she ran into him two weeks back, so that didn't seem unusual for her. it didn't hurt to have an extra guideline. like they say a picture is worth a thousand words. it would help for her to have a visual guide.

yet she was still in a daze, it was ironic that their supposed ally wanted her to take them down. she wasn't sure if they planned to take her down with them.

"if i find out you're fucking with me." she paused, "ill send this bullet through your brains."

the line went flat, a loud beep sounded. she scoffed as she switched to her texts.

the image passed before her eyes. she had seen no one quite like him. he was eye-catching without a doubt. his brown hair laid perfectly groomed, and layered just atop his eyebrows. despite it being dyed, it looked natural for him.

he had a child-like appearance, in a way, similar to a bunny. his brown orbs seemed to stare right into hers. she wasn't sure if he was the right-hand man of the strongest gang in seoul. at first glance he appeared too innocent for this world. however, she was sure, behind his childish appearance there was more to him that meets the eye.

she set her phone down, sighing as she stretched.

"fuck."

she shrugged as a crack spread across her screen. she had set it down with a harsher force than she intended.

she had a talent for destruction. it was her worst enemy and her best friend.

she rose from her seat, cracking her knuckles. her shadow would be present in the sunlight. her slim fingers clasped around the handle of her gun. she put it in the back hem of her pants.

she didn't live too far from gongdeok-dong street. it would be fine for her to walk there.

something didn't settle well in her stomach. it made her nauseous. an unsettling sensation crept behind her shoulder. it bit her with every forward step she took.

her head wobbled as she shook in back and forth, her vision had gone misty; it was seldom she would get nerves. her mind nudged her, poking and prodding her every action. her eyebrows elevated as she let out a chuckle. her gaze darted left and right of her as she stepped onto the street.

she patted her gun, as sweat beaded on her forehead in tiny droplets. she had an earpiece in her right ear, every so often she would touch it. her lips pressed firmly against each other, forming a straight line.

in the vast distance, shades of crimson and indigo crept onto the streets, cries of sirens echoing on the streets. the shrill shrieks of horror sounded from within the walls, wails of terror seeped through the building as it passed by her ears. they were inside.

she looked right and left, her pace quickened her every step thumped against the sidewalk. she slammed her back against the back walls of the enormous building, inching towards the back door. she cocked her gun and held it left of her head. with her other hand, she folded her sweaty fingers along the doorknob behind her.

all at once, she swerved her body past the tiny slit of the opened door, pressing her back against the vaults. her boots hit the ground in silence while the door creaked shut as she entered.

in a swift jerk of her hand, she held her gun to the guard's head. her index finger pressed against her lips, as her other hand closed around his mouth.

she sent a bullet through his head, as he muffled out a scream. her hand wiped her forehead as the small droplets fell to the ground. her heart drummed against her ribcage as she heaved out heavy breaths.

she glanced around walls, noticing a red blinking light in the corner, without hesitation, she aimed and shot. the wires dangled loose, as the camera fell.

she slipped past the chaos, weaving her way between the screams.

a flash of brown and pink passed by her. guns peeped from their pockets, as they whispered with fingers on their earpieces.

she giggled as a faint smile surpassed her lips, "found you!"
