You and your best friends Oliver and James were going to hang out. Oliver just got himself a girlfriend and you were really excited to meet her. So you guys decided it was now time to do so. You heard an knock on the door and you opened it.

"Hi James how are you?"

"Pretty good. You?"

"Great please come in."

"Why thank you Y/n!"

You waited for Oliver and his girlfriend to come. A while after you heard a knock and you opened.

"Katy this is my best friend Y/n. Y/n this is Katy." He said and smiled to you.

"It's really nice to meet you. I'm Y/n but you probably knew that." You said lathing a little.

"Well is really nice to finally meet you Oliver and James talk a lot about you. Especially James." She whispered the last part in my ear making me blush. It was impossible that James would feel the same way about you. Or was it? You had always had a big crush on James even when you were kids.

Flash back

"Y/n you can not beat me!" James said lathing.

"You will see Jamsie you will see." You said grinning at him.

You both run and of course you won.

"Y/n won!" Oliver said clapping.

"Oh common!" James said grumpy.

"Why so grumpy Jamsie?"

"Shut it Y/n."

You faked crying.

"No no I'm sorry I didn't mean it." James said and kissed you cheek.

You blushed madly and had huge crush on him. They are 1 year older then you have a crush on one year older boy wasn't that bad or was it?

"Kids is dinner now!" James and Oliver's mum said from the kitchen.

"Yay food!"

You all eat. And then it was time for bed.

"Good night Jamsie good night Ollie!"

"Good night Y/n/n." They both said

You looked up to the ceiling and you still could feel the blush on your cheeks. And every since then you had a even bigger crush on him. Even if you just were 8 by this time you knew you would have a crush on him for a long time. And you sure were right.

End of flash back.

Now you were almost 30 and you were in love with your best friend. That was quite enjoying some times. You couldn't tell him how you felt because you knew he would never feel the same way.

But of course James felt the same. He was head over heals for you. But you never took notice.

James POV

"I'm going to the bathroom." She said and went away.

"James you need to tell her!!" Oliver said to his brother.

"Tell who what?" I asked pretending that he didn't know what he was talking about.

"You know what I'm talking about!" He said kind of frustrated.

"Yeah James you are toatally in love with Y/n." Katy said.

"I'm NOT." I said.

"Oh common James I know you are you are my twin you can't lie to me!" Oliver said.

"Okay fine I'm in love with her but it doesn't matter she would never feel the same."

"Are you mad? Have you seen the way she looks at you? She has looked at you in that way since she was 8!"

"Okay I know she had a crush on me then. But that was long time ago. She has probably lost her feelings for me..."

"James ASK HER OUT!" Oliver said angrily.

"Ask who out?" You asked.

"Emmh some girl I like." I said fast.

Writers POV

You heart dropped. It felt like the whole world went down just in a single moment.

You run up the stairs.

"Y/n wait!"

"Shit shit I fucked up! Really bad!" He said and run after you.

He knocked on the door.

"Go away!"

"Please let me in Y/n..."

"No!"

"Please?" He begged.
