Alright so this is a pretty interesting thing. So I was at my grandma's house with my lil sis because we were staying over night (my mom was having a friend over so we couldn't be there) and my sister was getting my grandma a cinnamon roll as a joke and she went to go and looked and saw a huge ass puddle of water. Mind you this was at 7:56 in the morning and it's almost 11. She kept calling my grandma and I went to go as well because I thought she either left something in the stove or if there was like a bug. I went and my mouth dropped open. My grandma came shortly after and she immediately started panicking. There was a burst pipe in the hallway closet and also another one in the bathroom.

Alright so yeah the toilet pipe burst upstairs and nobody lives in it so there was nobody to attend to it. My grandma wanted me to attend to the bathroom so I did while my sister was moving clothes back and forth from the hallway closet to my moms d bedroom. So long story short we did that. It kept flooding and my grandma called Riverbay (the name of our main building thingy so like the head of our little community/ city) and we went and nobody came. It was like 10 and finally a Dominican man shows up. He looks at us as we're just tryna put all of Gammys things away and safe from the water damage it already has and she panicking because all her stuff was ruined. He concluded that it was toilet water and we were all grossed out but we had no time for that. So he went upstairs and had to break down the door and fix it. At 10:30 the policies show up. They say oh yeah it's affecting everyone and there's nothing we could really do about it right now and my grandma already took videos and pictures of her apartment saying how much it was flooded and plans to sue but that's besides the point. They leave and a little later while us three are cleaning one of the two comes back and he's like can I take pictures and my grandma nods. I also have horrible social anxiety but my grandma needed help so I told him all the places that there was, in the hallway closet and the bathroom as well as the toilet were there was plaster all over it. He said that he's gonna show the people at the station it and we nodes and continued to work on cleaning up the mess. My mom soon shows up and we are like damn you took long enough and there's a guy behind her with a huge ass water vacuum. He does his thing with the vacuum but literally he just pushes the water right into the floor and then leaves but there was no use cus we already picked most of it up already. Then after like another 10 minutes two guys come and they actually vacuum the floor and even though it's still leaking it's better then before. Right now we're at home and I'm so tired but I went shopping earlier so that's a plus! Anyways I'm mentally, and physically exhausted so sorry for not posting it's been a long night
