《Craving Him | Completed》Chapter-18

Rick
It was officially the worst day of Rick's life. He waited two long hours for the snow wolf to arrive near the lake but he never showed up. Then he came back to the training center anticipating to see Sam in the class and sort things out with him but he didn't show up either. First, his wolf scared off that snow wolf and then he acted like a jerk to Sam. It couldn't get any worse, could it?
Rick knocked on Jordan's office after the class. Jordan asked him to come in.
"What's up?" Jordan asked looking up from his computer. He has been keeping busy with all the Pack stuff.
"Hey," Rick took his seat before Jordan. "Do you know where Sam lives?"
Jordan raised an eyebrow. "What did you do?"
"I didn't do anything. Why do you assume I did anything?" Rick sounded a lot more defensive than he should.
"I am the pack's Alpha. I know everything that's going around." Not everything, Rick thought.
Jordan narrowed his eyes and cocked his head to the side. "What's the matter?" he finally asked.
"Sam didn't show up for the class today. And I am worried I may have pushed him by forcing him to change into his wolf."
"When did you become so pushy?" Jordan chuckled. "I thought you had more patience than that."
"I messed up." He surely did. He shouldn't have forced him to change knowing his struggles with his wolf. Moreover, Sam had never lived with a pack before us, his wolf didn't have any pack training either. It was shyer than usual.
"I can't share personal data with you, it's against the rules." Jordan said.
"What? How am I supposed to contact him then? He is not even answering his calls."
Jordan shook his head, looking at him disappointed. "I have a number listed on my file under his guardian. If you want I can give you that number."
"A guardian?" Who could that be. As far as Rick knew Sam never had anyone taking care of him.For some crazy reason, Rick felt jealous. Why? He had no idea. His instinct was to save that kid and play daddy, like the way he called him that day. Those weird feelings had been messing with his brain ever since. It was something new or him. He didn't consider himself to be interested in those kinds of things. Before Sam he never had the urge to try such relationship dynamics. Sam was off limits though. No matter how he felt about Sam, he couldn't let it distract him from doing what he should be doing, that is helping Sam transition into a werewolf.
"Here," Jordan sent him the number on his phone.
"Thanks," Rick said under gritted teeth, hating Jordan a little bit for not giving him the address. He called the number and an old sounding man picked up the phone.
"Hi, this is Rick Simmons. I am Sam's teacher." Rick didn't know what else to say or ask. He knew Sam didn't have a father. He didn't have any guardian figure as far as Rick knew that only left him with one option...a boyfriend? Fuck! Why did the thought of Sam having a boyfriend make his stomach churn?
"Who Sam?"
"Sam....Gabion," he remembered Sam's full name from his form.
"Sam?" the man said as if he couldn't believe they were talking about the same Sam.
"His shift hasn't started yet. Wait a minute...I didn't know he goes to a school. Who the fuck are you?"

So he was Sam's boss. "I am his teacher like I said. When does his shift start?"
"If you are one of his boyfriends, then you can go fuck yourself!" the man hung up. Rick cursed under his breath, if he was there he would have punched a hole on the man's face.
Rick didn't call again. He did a google search with the phone number and soon found out the restaurant's name the man was manager of. Maybe, he was being reckless and breaking some pack laws but he needed to talk to Sam. He really needed to instill some sense into that boy's head.
He arrived at Rock Cafe about an hour later. He smelled Sam's distinctive candy flavour way before he saw him.
He got a few looks from the people as he walked through the cafe and took a seat at a corner. He knew how he looked, tall, blue eyes, blond hair with tan skin. He knew he stood out, he liked being the centre of attention when he needed to get laid but not so much right now.
"What can I get you?" A girl almost Sam's age chirped, pushing her boobs out and batting her eyes at him. He smiled at her for courtesy. He knew girls loved that shit. Even though he had never felt anything for a girl, he knew how to pretend to flirt.
"Hi," Rick said.
"Hey." the girl blushed ten shades of red.
"I would have a latte, and a cheese sandwich."
"I will get that for you." she smiled, her mouth pulled taught on both sides. "Anything else?"
"No, thanks. Does Sam Gabion work here with you?" He asked, trying not to sound too obvious.
"Sam? Yeah, he is right there," she pointed to the other end of the cafe. Rick's gaze followed her finger and he choked on his own breath. Sam wore a tiny short and green t-shirt with the name Rock Cafe engraved on the left.
He was much more flamboyant here than he was at the training center. Rick guessed Sam couldn't be himself in Pack property knowing how they felt about gays. Those people already saw him with disgust and if he flaunted his personality the way he did here, he would become a victim of a lot more bullying. God, he hated it. Here Sam looked so much like himself, like he didn't care what the world thought of him. Rick felt proud of him. One day, Rick would come out of his shell too.
"Don't tell him I asked about him." Rick gave the girl his flirty smile that melted the girl's heart and she blushed once again.
"I won't," with that she dashed to get his order. Sam hadn't noticed him yet. The cafe was empty except for a few customers. Sam was moving from one table to another. Rick shifted in his seat looking at that perky ass and scolded himself for having dirty thoughts of his student.
"Hey," a group of college students hollered at Sam. Sam trotted to them, giving them his sweet smile. Rick wished to see that smile more often, for him though. Only for him.
"Can I help you guys?" Sam asked.
"Yeah," one of the boys gave a crooked smile. "Would you mind riding my dick."
Rick tightened his fust by his side, ready to break some teeth.
"I wouldn't waste my time on a pimple." Sam walked away from their table to the kitchen. Rick decided he wasn't going to intervene. Sam could fight his own battle.

The girl came back and served him his order, discreetly brushing her finger on his arm. He felt sorry for her. He gave her a small smile before focusing on the coffee like it was the best thing in the world. If she was disappointed, he didn't see.
Sam came back, serving some of the customers when those kids started to call him again. Sam ignored them, Rick wished he would just go and teach them a lesson like he had shown him in the class.
"My pimple is getting real big, you know!" the boy shouted. Sam flipped him the finger starting to go back inside the kitchen again when the boy strolled to him and grabbed his hips and slammed him back to his body.
"Let me go!" Sam growled.
"She barks," the boy chuckled like a hyena. Rick had seen enough, he stood up and in a few strides he was on to the boy, pulling him away from Sam on the ground.
"Touch him again and I will break your bones." Rick growled pushing down on his chest.
"Rick!" Sam yelled, pulling him away from the boy. "You will get me fired, you stupid ass."
"Fucking faggot!" The boy yelled before dashing out the door with his friends.
"I saw what they were doing to you," Rick tried to say but Sam pulled him to the back of the restaurant to one of the store rooms.
"Drake is not here right now. If he finds out I pissed off one of his customers, he will fire me. I can't afford to get fired." Sam gritted out. "What the fuck are you doing here anyway?"
"They were harassing you," Rick tried to reason. He was still feeling his blood boil from earlier.
"It happens, okay. This is not the first time and this would certainly not be the last." Sam sounded determined but his eyes said something else.
"You don't have to do this. I could get you a job in the pack."
"They wouldn't accept me, Rick."
"They would. Jordan doesn't have any problem..."
"It's not about Jordan, it's everyone else. I am sure my mom would be the first one to oppose." Sam sighed.
"Why didn't you come to the class." Rick asked, changing the topic.
"You know why?" Sam said, giving him a death glare.
"You can't do this to yourself. You need this training." Rick was feeling shitty as a teacher, pushing his student away from learning.
"I can't stand you, Rick." Sam said as his eyes shimmered with moisture. There was actual hurt behind those eyes and Rick was the reason for it.
Rick took Sam's chin in palm and peered down to those teary eyes. "What did I do to you? I am trying my best to be a good teacher."
"It hurts, Rick." Sam's lips wobbled. His eyes closed.
"Hurts where?" Rick frowned.
"Here," Sam placed a hand on his heart. "And here." he moved it to his stomach. "And it hurts the most here." he squeezed his dick through his shorts.
"Fuck, Sam. I..."
Sam opened his eyes and the sadness behind those eyes almost chocked him to death. "I am sorry. I don't want to make you uncomfortable." Sam started to move away but Rick stopped him with a hand on his hip.
"Sam," Rick whispered his name like a prayer. "You are too fragile. I don't know what you see in me but I am not good for you."
"Don't say that...It's a sorry excuse for a no." Sam snapped.
"No, it's not. Give me your hand," Rick took his palm and placed it between his thighs making him feel his raging hard on. "Do you see how you make me feel. But we can't. I won't be able to give you the happiness you deserve."
"But you didn't even try. Is it because of David?" Sam gulped hard down saying his name.
"No. I am too fucked up in my own mind. I don't know if I would ever want a relationship. I don't know if I would ever be able to keep a mate. You see I told you I have a mate yet here I am, coming in my pants just by looking at you."
"Rick?" Sam said, his voice full of want.
"Yes."
"Can I touch you just once? I will come to the class and I will complete my training. I will move on, I promise. Just show me for once what I would never have." Sam begged, his fingers already hovering over Rick's pants.
Rick gulped down a tight knot. He didn't want to, but he couldn't say no. Sam took his silence as an approval and unbuckled his pants, lowering his zipper. Sam groaned, touching his dick through his underwear.
"You are killing me right now." Rick's hips jerked at his touch.
"I am dying too. I have been dying all this time," Sam said before pushing the band of the underwear down and pulling out his dick. The angry head spang free pushing towards Sam's tiny body.
"You are so big..." Sam whispered. Rick closed his eyes almost imagining the unspoken words, 'daddy'. He was such a pervert, he was going to hell for this.
"Have you touched a dick before other than yours?" Rick's voice sounded hoarse to his own ears.
Sam looked up, his innocent eyes trained on Rick's face. "No."
Rick couldn't help the satisfaction that coursed through his body. God, why did that feel so good. The thought of being Sam's first. For showing him how it could be.
"Wrap your fingers around it," Rick said, against his better judgement. His words were flowing through his mouth unfiltered. Sam did as he said sliding his palm along the hot length. He took Sam's hips and pulled him on one of the racks, putting his groin right on level with his.
"Take your dick out, Sam." Rick heard himself say. How was he doing this? How could he go out of control like this?
Sam fumbled with his zipper and Rick let him. He wasn't going to touch Sam, he knew he wouldn't be able to stop.
Sam finally lowered his zipper and took his hard dick out, glistening on the top with precum. Sam was smaller than him of course, but he was quite proportionate to his body. "Hold us two together, baby" the endearment slipped from his mouth before he could stop himself.
"I...fuck," Sam took both of their dick in his grip and worked them up and down. "I won't be able to last." Sam said placing his head on Rick's chest and jerking the two of them in unison.
Rick needed to kiss him, he was fucking dying to kiss him. He had not experienced such pleasure before. He tipped Sam's head back and kissed his pouty lips. Sam groaned in his mouth and came in big spurts.
"Fuck, I came." Sam looked down, a blush coating his face. Rick chuckled, he was so innocent.
"It's okay. Jerk me off with your come." Rick instructed on his lips as he kissed him deep, exploring his mouth with his tongue. Sam moved his hand between them, his grip slick with his own release.
Rick ran his lips along his jaws, down his neck sucking at the juncture where it met his shoulder. Sam froze for a little bit when Rick exposed his shoulder to kiss him there when Rick froze too. Rick pulled back and looked at the distinctive teeth mark on his neck.
"Sam!" Rick pushed him away and Sam stumbled back willingly, letting go of Rick's cock.
"What is that?"
"It's nothing." Sam squirmed in his place.
"Who bit you?" Rick asked angry at Sam for hiding such a big portion of his life.
"You are still hard," Sam said, licking his lips and looking down at Rick's dick hungrily. He jerked at the gesture but pulled his pants up.
"I am not talking about my dick when you literally have a mate mark on your neck."
"Mate mark?" Sam asked, confused. "What are you talking about?"
"That's a mate's mark, don't try to act like you don't know." Rick couldn't believe Sam had a mate and here he was almost at the verge of fucking him. Rick paced the small store room. "Who is your mate? Don't tell me it's a girl." Rick eyed him full of concern. "I should have known. Fuck. Fuck. Fuck. Maybe, I should talk to David."
"Why David?" Sam asked, angry at the name.
"Because he is my friend, okay? He always knows what to do." Rick gripped his hair, pulling at the roots. His wolf was suddenly in on the stress as well, clawing to get out.
Why did this feel like a betrayal when he himself didn't want anything with Sam a few minutes ago?
"I don't believe this!" Sam exaggerated. "He is married, Rick, you need to get over him."
"Who do you think you are?" Rick gripped his collar. If Rick could growl the world 'mine' he would but Sam wasn't his, was he? "Don't tell me who to love or not when you have a mate mark on your shoulder."
Sam's eyes shimmered with tears once again and this time Rick felt a different kind of sad. He didn't want to be angry at Sam. he was angry at himself, he was the authoritative figure here. He should have stopped this madness before it started.
"You cheated on your mate." Rick said, pulling him closer, inhaling the freaking candies.
"You cheated on your mate too. Didn't you tell me you had a mate." Sam said gritting his teeth. Rick breathed deep and his jaw clenched. Yes, he was a selfish bastard. He didn't know who that wolf was but nothing made him feel the way Sam made him feel, not even David. He thought he loved David, he had spent half of his life loving his best friend yet it didn't come anywhere near what he felt for Sam.
It was happening to him all over again. Sam would leave him for his mate just like David left him. God, he was a pathetic bastard.
"Stay away from me. I don't want this to go anything further than it already has." Rick warned before pushing him away from him.
"It won't." Rick heard Sam say as Rick opened the store room door and walked out.
