Pegasus and King Monkey ran across the roofs side by side and disappeared into the ally way. Pegasus flipped into his room right before the transportation ended. Max then quickly handed Kaalki some apple slices and started off to his front door. Meanwhile King Monkey landed in the ally way. Now back to being Kim, he gave Xuppu some of the cut-up banana before hurrying to Max's front door.
Kim knocked on the door, and Max opened the door to see his boyfriend giddy with excitement.
"You ready?" Kim asked, eagerly. Kim had planned a special date for Max.
"Yes, I am." Max responded, closing the door and locking it, since his mom was working then.
Kim grabbed his hand and started to lead him to their date. "So, where are we going today?" Max asked his enthusiastic bf.
"It is a surprise, Lover boy." Kim responded with a large grin spread out over his face.
"Given that you didn't tell me to bring anything, there is an 85% chance that you are taking me to the movies to see action movie. That will be fun, monkey man." Max analyzed, using each other's pet names.
"I hate to tell you this, lover boy, but you are wrong. We are not going to the movies. I enjoy seeing you figure things out though, especially if I can stump you for once." Kim responds to his bf.
"Well, then. There is a 98% chance you are taking me too Bertrand's for a late lunch." Max continued, guessing that he would take them to their favorite restaurant.
"Nope, but we are almost there." Kim added, simply wide at his bf's bafflement. It simply was too rare to not enjoy.
Max was silent for a few more minutes as the pair walked, both consumed by thought. Max desperately trying to figure out where they were going, like it was a challenge on his intellect to not know. Kim was focused on how exited his bf would be when they get there. It was always hard to surprise him.

"There is a 99% chance that you are taking me to..." Max was cut off when the pair rounded the corner and saw the arcade with a big sign for a new game that was there.
"We are here." Kim said proudly that he had shocked Max for once. Max quickly realized not only what he meant, but that he was so distracted by trying to figure it out that he didn't notice where they were walking.
He started to shake his hands slightly in excitement. Kim smiled at his bf's stemming.
"What are you waiting for let's go in Lover Boy." Kim told him as they walked into the arcade.
They entered and walked up to Max's favorite game first Ultimate mega strike 3.
The couple happily played round after round. Their completive sides coming out. Despite how hard Kim tried Max keep winning. Kim understood this though, Max was exceptional at the game.
"Would you like to switch games?" Max asked after their 10th battle of UMS 3. Knowing that it would get boring to the other to keep losing at a game that he knew Max was good at.
"Yeah, you pick." Kim said enthusiastically back as he set his controller down. And followed Max to the next game. Max had picked a racing game next. It was a new one that was centered around a tv show that came out a few years ago.
"A racing game, I could actually beat you at this one, lover boy." Kim told Max jokingly.
"In your dreams, Monkey man." Max taunted back. They keep going back and forth with lighthearted banter about who would win, while they jerked the games steering wheels around. They both ended up tied at this game and moved to the next.

"You pick this time." Max instructed Kim. Kim giddily when over to the air hocky table.
The two readied their air hockey paddles and begin sending it flying across the table, seeming equally matched. Max taking a logical mathematical approach to each hit, practically seeing trajectory in geometric shapes in his mind. Kim taking an athletic and chaotic approach, hitting the puck with as much force as he could and in any direction. Hit after hit the game continued with laughter and trying to bait each other into a bad move. This continued and Kim eventually won, leaving the pair tied for who won the games.
"Alright which one next?" Kim asked as the moved games once again.
"How about a shotting game?" Max asked readjusting his glasses.
"Sounds perfect, lover boy." Kim replied going over to a new version of an old school, shooting game. They both picked up their weapons and started shooting the bag guys on screen. As they shot and shot, they both started to roast the others shooting game, knowing that they wear only every joking around.
By the time the rounds of the shooter game finished Kim had been superior.
"I got one more game we should play." Kim said, in a certain way the confused his partner. Kim led his to the back of the arcade where a brand-new game stood. And Max was overjoyed at the sight. In fount of them was the first arcade version of his very first game, Miraculous- the fighting game. He had released it as an app and then had a company buy it off him, about a year ago.
They played his game round after round on the machine, till it was getting late. The pair left the game and went to the ticket counter to get their prizes and grab a snack.
"What can I get you boys?" The man working the ticket counter asked them.
Having about 200 tickets a peace they both could get a couple of things, "I'll take the Rubik's cube, the team miraculous keychain and the king monkey plushy." Max asked, handing over all his tickets.
After the man handed Max his things Kim started, "I'll take the popper, the pow hammer and the Pegasus pushy." Also wanting to have a plushy of his boyfriend, though no-one needs to know that.
The couple then order some drinks is snacks, "So what are you up to tomorrow?" Kim asked his significant other.
"Well, I am going to Ivan and Myleene's protest in the morning and then I'm going to start packing for the trip. What about you?" Max replied.
"I should probably look into packing myself now that I think about it. I completely forgot about the packing for this trip." Kim replied looking somewhat thoughtful.
They talked a little more while they ate their snacks before walking back home.
