Today was the day I was going to tell her. Why did HE have to get in the way. OSKAR GREASON!! He always flirts with her. He touches her hip, he stares at her, he touches her cheeks and he always says weird pick up lines. Star doesn't even like it!!! "Star, can I tell you something?" I say. "Yeah! Sure Mar-" then Oskar cuts her off. "Hey Star! You look bomb today.. You' set me off." I rolled my eyes, and Star said," Leave me alone Oskar! What were you saying Marco?"

"I-I..." " Don't mind him. Let's talk about us babe!"

and he puts his arm around her. She pushes it off, and elbows him in the face. "Fine! Be like that!" and he pulls her close, and says," Let's see if this'll change your mind." And he's close to kissing her. Then, when he's an inch away, I grab Star's hand, and run away. "Th-Thanks Marco!" I run, and put her inside a locker. "M-Marco?" "Stay here. I'm going to teach Oskar a lesson. "

She nodded, and Oskar comes out." HEY YOU! Man, you gotta relax. I was just hitting on Star." "That's the problem. She doesn't like it! No one likes watching it... SO JUST LEAVE HER ALONE!!" I scream. Suddenly, I can see Oskar going for a punch, but I quickly step back, and he almost falls. He goes for another one, but I twist it, and he screams

In pain. Then, I grab his hand, and bring it to where we're face to fave, but he's a bit lower. "Remember this the next time you flirt with Star, or anyone for that matter!" And I push him down to the floor. I then go to Star, and I bring her down. "Thanks Marco! You're a really good friend!" and she hugs me.. "Heh. Y- Yeah! N-No prob."

I try to choke down tears. Because that's all we'll ever be. Friends.

"M-Marco? Is something wrong?"
