My fellow HxH fanatic in the house and I are watching KNY and lamenting that it only has 26 episodes.
They just challenged me to condense HxH (which as we all know has 10 million episodes) into my top 10-ish favorite scenes.
These are mine, going chronologically. We like weird and very particular scenes for stupid reasons, so some of them aren't entirely obvious.
1) Sedokan and Gon (Hunter Exam)
2) Illumi digs a hole (Hunter Exam)

4) Ooooohhhhhh Gon (Heavens Arena)
5) Naked Kurapika (Yorknew City, 1999 only)
6) "Illumi-ka?" (Yorknew City) (Explanation: We burst into uncontrollable laughter when Silva answers the phone and says "ILLUMI-KA?" even after hearing it 10,000 times)
7) Hisoka asking Illumi for help. "Iiyo..."/Illumi disguising himself as Hisoka (Yorknew City, 1999 only, 2011 sucks, they don't do it right)
8) Oye, Oye (Greed Island)
9) Pokkle and Pike (Chimera Ant)
10) Feitan and Zazan (Chimera Ant)
11) Meruem and Komugi (Chimera Ant, obvious one but gotta love it)
12) Huh? Huh? Oh! (Chairman Election)
13) Nanika, send Illumi home! (Chairman Election, and we always scream at the top of our lungs after Killua says it)

Thearth. A sand planet with little to offer. Only the great crawler cities provide any form of permanency other than the great desert. Continuously roaming the sands in search of clouds, the only source of water, and quite possibly the next great Vortex. A being/machine/creature or something else entirely that forms a massive floating island and provides the other essential resource necessary for life, Aserite. It is used to power everything and anything. People cannot just take it as they will. They must fight the Vortex's guardians to claim the almost magical resource. This is a dungeon core storm story that I am working on in my free time. Please feel free to leave constructive criticism as I want to grow as an author.
