"Wake up my love." Robin says as he rubs my shoulder.

"Let me sleep." I say as I roll over and bury my head in the pillow.

"We're going on vacation!" He yells in my ear and I groan.

"You can go without me." I say and he laughs.

"I will drag you all the way to Essex. You will have fun and you will love it, just not as much as you love me." He says as he throws an arm over my waist.

"Who said I loved you?" I ask him and he scoffed.

"You did, last night." He says with a smirk on his face and I playfully slap his arm.

"Only because you said that you would tickle me if I didn't." I say with a little giggle.

"That was last night. Nothing will stop me now." He says and his hands reach my stomach.

"Robin, stop it!" I yell like a hysterical hyena.

"Never!" He yells as he continues to tickle me to death.

In a few seconds Roland comes barging through the door. He hops up on the bed and attempts to push his father off of me. With his curls bouncing all over the place I start laughing even more.

"Roland, what are you doing? You're supposed to help me!" Robin says as I continue to laugh.

"I'm helping mama!" He says as he finally gets Robin off of me.

"Thank you, Roland." I say and kiss him on the forehead.

"Really, Roland. I thought I was your favorite." Robin says and Roland shakes his head.

"It's okay to be wrong." Roland says and I start laughing again.

"This is why you're my favorite son." I say as I bring him into a hug.

"You only have one son." He says and I cover his mouth.

"Ssh, baby. You're just going to ruin a perfectly good moment." I say and Robin laughs.

"Hurry up! I want to go to England!" Rose yells as she walks into the room.

"The princess wants us to hurry your majesty." Robin says and I give him a smile.

"But my King why should we listen to the princess?" I say and Roland laughs.

"Because she's Medusa and she'll kill us!" Roland says and me and Robin laugh as Rose pouts.

"Okay, let's just go." Robin says after seeing Rose's face.

After managing to get everybody ready I somehow made myself look half way decent. After a long car drive we get to the airport. After Rose's tantrum at security check, my panic attack in a crowd of people, and Roland spilling soda on himself we finally get on the plane.

"I hate planes." I say as I grip the armrests.

"It's not that bad just calm down." Robin says and I give him a smile.

"I'm still scared." I say when the plane starts to take off.

Robin takes my hand and rubs it gently. I smile when his fingers play with my engagement ring. I look up at his focused face and smile. I tilt my head up and give Robin a kiss on his cheek.

"Look, you made it in the air." He says sarcastically and I push his shoulder.

"Stop making fun of me!" I whine and he laughs again.

"You're so easy to tease, Gina." He says and I laugh.

"You're so easy to shun." I say as I let go of his hand and turn my attention to the clouds.

"You're shunning me again?!" Robin says and I chuckle.

"Maybe it'll work this time." I say as I start to play with Rose's hair.

"It won't." Roland says and I laugh.

"Why are you so smart? We need to stop educating you." I say to him and he just looks out the window as he laughs.

I haven't looked at Robin for a few minutes and I smile in victory. A victory that was short lived when Robin starts to kiss my neck. I move my head and place a kiss on his lips. I give him a sweet kiss and intertwine our fingers.

"I'm such a sucker for Locksley kisses." I say and he laughs.

"Soon you'll be a Locksley." He says and I smile widely.

"Regina Locksley, it has a nice ring to it." I say as I play with Robin's fingers.

"Soon we'll be married my love. Then we can grow old together and bicker over nonsense." Robin says and I scoff.

"It's not bickering if I win all the time." I say as I lay on his shoulder.

"You will always win even when you're wrong. Now, do you need a blanket for you're nap?" He says and I nod.

"Excuse me, can I get a blanket?" Robin asks the flight attendant.

"Anything for you handsome." She says as she touches Robin's arm flirtatiously before she leaves.

"May I?" I ask Robin with a evil smile on my face.

"Go ahead." Robin says with a smile.

"Here's your blanket handsome." The attendant says as she places it on Robin's lap making sure to brush her crusty hand on his knee.

"Can we actually get a different blanket?" I ask as I hold Robin's hand.

"What's wrong with this one?" She asks as I pick it up.

"It smells like you, horrid." I say with a evil grin.

She snatches the blanket and walks away from us. I grab Robin's face and place kisses all over is face, leaving marks with my lipstick. I give him a slow kiss that the attendant just so happens to see.

"Here." She says as she hands the blanket to Robin.

"How's this wife?" Robin asks as he places the blanket on me and I snuggle into his side.

"Perfect, husband." I say while giving the attendant a stare.

She walks away angrily and I chuckle to myself. Robin starts to laugh and I give him another kiss. I start to wipe off the lipstick on his face with a smile on my face.

"You guys are immature." Rose says and I give her a look.

"It's none of your business." I say and I stick my tongue out at her.

It takes us a couple hours to get to England, which we all slept through. Once we landed attendant McBitchy rudely woke us up. I of course made sure that Roland accidentally trips her. She fell on her face and I laughed really hard. She gave me a look while she sat in the aisle and I returned the glare.

We scrambled out the airport and into our rental car. Robin was happy to drive on the left side of the road, so he drove all the way to his childhood home. We finally get to the gorgeous house and I smile. I would be more excited but I'm a bit jet lagged.

Almost immediately Richard and Katherine ran out the house to greet us. Robin gets out the car and hugs his parents. Once I slowly get out the car Richard rushes over and throws his arms around me.

"Regina, lovely to see you again!" Richard says and I laugh.

"Dad, let her breathe." Robin says and I laugh.

"Nice to see you Richard." I say as I kiss his cheek.

"Even nicer to see you Katherine." I whisper to her and she laughs.

"Is this my granddaughter Rose?" Katherine asks as Rose gets out of the car.

I give her a nod and she rushes over to Rose. She engulfs Rose in a hug and immediately starts talking to her. They seem to be getting along great. I give Robin a look and he smiles.

"I wonder who told Katherine about Rose." I say and Richard laughs.

"Robin sent us pictures and Katherine was excited to meet her first granddaughter." Richard says and I smile.

After a lot of hugging we finally went inside. While Robin and Richard were unpacking the car I was introduced to Robin's younger brother, Will. He's quite the character and I know we'll be friends. I also met their family friend, Arthur. Although he gives me the creeps he seems like a nice person.

Robin or "NatureBoy" decided to take us on a hike through the woods on their estate. Rose and Roland decided to see who could collect the most bugs. It turns out that they just wanted to throw the bugs down my back. After falling over a branch Robin helps me up. I yell at them but their grandparents easily cheer them up.

After I calmed down a bit we all just walked along the path. Katherine and Arthur left early to pick up Robin's uncle from the airport. We just headed back to the house. Rose and Roland were down for a nap as I walked into Robin's room.

I walked around his room and looked at his trophies. Apparently he's good at archery which is ironic. I made a mental note in my head to make fun of him later. He walks into the room and wraps his arms around my waist.

"I love the posters Robin Hood." I say as I stare at his band posters.

"I'm so used to being called that. You're teasing doesn't faze me." He says as he places a kiss on my neck.

"You must have been a really ugly nerd." I say as I laugh at a picture of him with braces and suspenders.

"I hate that picture." He says with a frown and I shake my head.

"I actually love it. It's what you looked like before and now you look handsome." I say with a smile and he laughs.

"Since I'm so handsome can you grant a request of mine?" He says with a smile.

"What is it?" I ask him and he moves to lock the bedroom door.

"I've always wanted to have sex in this room. You'll be that lucky lady I'll have it with." He says and I laugh.

"Your dad and brother are in the other room. We can't have sex." I say and he shakes his head.

"You'll just have to be super quiet." He whispers in my ear before he starts kissing my neck.

"Alright, just hurry 'cause you know how your brother is." Richard says.

Robin closes the door and gives me a smile. I smile back at him and get out of bed. With the sheets still wrapped around me I place a kiss on his cheek. I move away from him and start looking through our suitcase.

"I'm not sure why you wanted to share a suitcase. I took up most of the space and I can't find my bathing suit." I say as I dig through the suitcase.

"You help me not overpack." He says and I sarcastically laugh at him. "And your bathing suit is right here." Robin says as he picks it up out the suitcase.

"You think you're so hot, don't you?" I ask and he nods.

"I'm pretty sure you think so too." He says and I laugh.

"On occasion I think you're hot." I say and he laughs.

"What do you think of me otherwise?" He asks and I smile.

"Otherwise you're smoking hot." I say before I kiss his cheek.

"You're such a kiss ass." He says and I smirk.

"No, I just love you." I say and he chuckles.

After we put on our bathing suits we go downstairs to see two impatient children. After our children yelling at us we start to head to the beach. Robin and I walk on the sand hand in hand as we watch Rose and Roland running ahead of us.

"Hey, Regina. How did you manage to tie my brother down?" Will says and I laugh.

"He was the one who proposed." I say as I look at Robin.

"Propose!" Will and Richard exclaim at the same time.

"I can't marry her without proposing." Robin says and I laugh.

"Why didn't you tell me sooner? Regina is going to be family!" Richard says and I smile.

"I'll have a sister-in-law to make endless passes at." Will says and I laugh.

"Will, I'll kill you." Robin says and everyone laughs.

"Calm down, fiancé." I say and Robin laughs.

We finally get to a spot on the beach. It was almost sundown and the sky looks absolutely beautiful. There were shades of pink, oranges and yellows. It was something I've never saw before and it was amazing.

(I took this at the beach and then I fell)

"Wow, it's pretty." I say referring to the sun.

"Not as much as you." Will says and I laugh when Robin punches him.

"Let's go in!" Roland yells as he runs towards the water.

"Come on!" I say as I grab Robin's hand and start running.

We run into the ocean and start swimming. Soon Rose and Roland get out and start to build sand castles. Robin and I start to play some swimming games. Unfortunately this time I lost because I'm a terrible swimmer.

"I'm going to check on the kids." Robin says before he swims to shore.

I start to float on my back and enjoy the nature. It's been a good day and I'm enjoying my vacation. I hear my name being called from the shore so I look up to find Robin.

"Regina, come meet my uncle Leopold!" Robin yells and my muscles freeze.

He had to be related to Robin. He just had to show up and ruin my life. Wasn't it ever enough for him?

Robin stares at me with a worried look before my vision turns blurry. My limbs become heavy and I feel something wrap around my foot. Something pulls me farther into the ocean and I don't fight as water engulfs me.

A thought comes to me before my eyes close: you don't drown by falling in the water, you drown by staying there. And all I did was stay there.
