"That unfaithful attitude of yours.. I'm fucking disappointed."

The secretary lowers her head even though she doesn't really feel guilty, "I apologize sir. If you felt that way, I guess it was my doing. But.. may I ask what this is about ?"

"Did I miss any details ?"

"Was there a delay in preparing for the upcoming company sport event ?"

"Were you having some kind of trouble at a meeting ?"

(Y/n) bombarded him with questions, asking if there were any flaws or mistakes she made without her noticing. But then, an assumption crosses her thoughts, "Sir, could it be because I went on a blind date-"

"." Levi gritted out.

But then he realizes that he answered too quickly, Levi clears his throat, "whether you go on a blind date or not, how is that my damn concern ?"

"No, it's not that. I just thought you were mad for seeing me spend so much time on my private life when an big company sport event is coming up tomorrow-"

"There, you know." He cut her off rather too quickly, again.

She bows, "I apologize sir."

Levi faces away from her, glaring at every direction but (Y/n), "anyway, it's not long to go until you leave. I want you to be perfect at your job and training that shitty newbie until the end. Got it brat ?"

"Yes sir. I'll delay all my private affairs like blind dates to after I leave the company."

"Just don't."

"Pardon ?"

Ah.. Levi did it again.

She scrunches her face in utter confusion, "did you mean my resignation, or the blind date ?"

"...."

The man marches off without a word, leaving his annoyed secretary.

'What a dick...'

----------- Later in (Y/n)'s apartment --------

"Whoa, he crashed your blind date ? Your shitty vice president ?"

"Yes, but I was at fault." (Y/n) sips her canned beer.

To summarize it all, Porco dropped by to her apartment not too long after (Y/n) just got home from the encounter with her boss, bringing snacks and drinks. And they end up having 'girls talk'. Or so (Y/n) prefers to call it.

"How the hell are you at fault, huh ? Hey, is it a crime to go on a blind date after work ?"

She shook her head, "But it's the big day tomorrow at work, I should've been more thoughtful. So it was my fault, but.."

"But ?"

"I can't figure out the vice president these days.." (Y/n) trails off, "or even since I told him I'm quitting."

Porco shifts for a more comfortable position on the sofa, "Spill the tea, woman."

"So, one day, he'll be all cold.."

Now it's Levi's turn to glare at (Y/n), "Just how exactly are you training our ?new secretary ?"

"I apologize, sir."

"Is this what you called training, Ms. (L/n) ? Don't disappoint me, and get everything right." He spat.

"But another day, he'll be so sweet.."

--Flashback--

"Woah ! There must be some kind of event going on tonight, sir ! Oh my god it's really beautiful !! We're so lucky to be in perfect timing !"

"No. I prepared all of this."

She turns to him, not believing a single word, "Pardon ?"

"I told you, it's a gift from me."

--End of flashback--

Porco pondered, "maybe the news of your resignation shocked him so much that he ended up like that ?"

"sheesh, Pock, do you really have to put it that way ?"

"But many people are like that after they receive a big shock !" He throws his hands in the air and flail it around, "that damn vice president of yours.. You don't suppose he was shocked to hear you're quitting ?"

(Y/n) shrugs, "I'm not sure whether he's shocked, but I think he just hasn't fully accepted it yet."

"Urgh.. never mind that. Anyways, you really did a great job being his secretary. I bet he was gloomy, thinking about you being gone."

The secretary's friend heaves a sigh as he munch on a pizza that he brought.

"But that's not what bothers me. Because someone like him can get a secretary who's more qualified than I am !" (Y/n) exclaims, trying to put some sense into Porco's head.

He peers at her, "Look, he's someone who has to get everything he wants, right ?"

"Yup."

"If he wanted a company, he'd have taken it through an M&A or whatever, right ?"

"Mhm."

"And if he wants anything, he would've bought it right away with money."

(Y/n) laughs dryly, "Yeah, no doubt about that."

"Well there you go. The answer is... he's just being possessive ! You're like this thing that he wants to have."

"Eh ?" she tilted her head, "thing ?"

Porco nods, "Mhm. Something that's very convenient and still useful. But now this thing is telling him she's calling it quits. And then BOOM ! No wonder that shorty is fuming. I bet he's desperate to clutch onto this thing now."

"Anyway, quit your company as soon as you can, (Y/n). If the symptoms get any worse, he'll try to control you for life."

(Y/n) stayed silent for a solid one minute, thinking about Porco's words..

And then her ears caught the sound of someone sniffling.

"Oh my god, Pock, why are you crying ?" The woman reaches for a box of tissue on the table beside the sofa they're sitting on.

He sniffled again, " Because I fucking pity my best friend ! Working 10 years under that possessive jerk to pay your father's debt and even lent me a big amount of money !"

"Sometimes I even wonder why you're still friends with me."

Porco blows his nose on the tissue.

"Hey now, why did you just come to that conclusion ?" She pats his back in a comforting manner.

"I just feel so guilty all of a sudden dammit, that's why."

While he's busy sobbing and blowing his nose, his eyes caught something around her neck, "Oi (Y/n)."

"Hm ?"

"Since when did you wear a necklace ? I don't think I've seen it before." He said.

"Oh this ?" (Y/n) touches the accessory, "Mr. Ackerman bought it for me a few days ago-"

Upon hearing this, Porco's sad and guilty face is instantly replaced by a flat one, "Ha ! I see, so it's a dog collar."

"Eh ?"

"That shorty put a collar on you so you wouldn't run away !"

(Y/n) was at a loss of words, her mouth went agape, "d-dog collar ?"

"Mhm. Maybe that's the way your boss is marking you that you're his." Porco uttered before beckoning (Y/n) to eat the pizza.
