《Realm of Opportunity》2-14: Champion

I took a solid gulp of coffee, gazing at the woman covered in a single red, silken sheet.

"Mm... I can feel your eyes on me, you know." She murmured, turning a page in her book.

"I'm not hiding it." I chuckled, and finished my coffee, setting it aside as I approached her.

I laid atop her gently, kissing her neck, and she chuckled. "You are insatiable, aren't you?"

"Insatiable may be too strong of a word." I hummed, and kissed her cheek. "Hmm... how about... Persistent? I like Persistent... or... Refreshing? So many words, so many languages." I chuckled, and then nibbled her ear softly. "But now I have to go."

She turned her head a bit. "Is that so?"

"Yes. It's Sunday Morning, dearest Freya." I chuckled as the Dawn Began.

She glared at the sun slowly, a thunderous expression on her face.

I chuckled again and pulled her chin to face me, kissing her lips sweetly. "Don't worry. If you want me, you know where I am. And I know where you are. Simple." I stood, and dressed swiftly, allowing my armor to cover my body in my signature Suit.

"I am highly interested in that. Is it a Magical Item?"

"Not necessarily. It involves some magic, yes, but not the Mystery, no... and what I wouldn't give for that Skill... I'd give at least six inches for it."

She gasped gently. "You can't cut it in half! !" She snapped.

I laughed. "Only an expression, Freya." She huffed softly and returned to her book. I smiled and straightened my tie. "Then I'll be seeing you, Freya." I said, setting Johnny's glasses on my nose.

The Mirror I'd brought in stayed, and Loki was still recording everything. She'd likely be pissed that I wasted the opportunity of the Date to get a confession, but ah well. Worth it.

---

"You are a useless pervert who thinks with his dick, not his head." Loki snapped.

I shrugged. "I thought with both, actually, if that's possible. 1: Who can say they screwed a goddess of sex and beauty, without any Compulsion? Then 2: I want her to confess in a manner which isn't forced. I want her to simply tell me. So I'm alright with the long game. And 3: Her men are all out of commission, save a few, so should I need to take the mean route, I can. Are you satisfied?" I asked.

She grumbled. "Whatever. Take your shirt off, lay down."

I grinned and did as I was told.

"You realize if you Level Up, that you'll have broken the record again? 2 weeks is even less than 3 weeks." She grinned.

I chuckled. "And so my Saga Continues."

"What?"

"Nothing, an idle comment for the Fans."

"You're very odd, you know." She started drawing on my back, and snorted. "But as lucky as the gods can make you, obviously."

I opened the sheet of paper she quickly wrote.

'Xavier Leopold Dorian: LVL 3

"Your skill choices are either <> Or <>. Like I even have to ask... and your new skill pisses me off." She tsk'ed.

I grinned. "Mystery. Definitely Mystery. I literally just talked about this. And the Extra Stamina is always useful. Not that I need it." I smirked.

She tsk'ed and roughly scratched it into my back, leaning away. "Fine, whatever, now get out of my sight." She grumbled.

I smiled and patted her hair gently. "It's okay, Loki, I'm still Loyal." She swatted at me half-seriously, and grumbled some more about pervs. " one to talk." I chuckled, and walked to the door. "Oh, and have you updated Johnny recently?"

She shook her head. "Hasn't come in."

"Hmm... I'll get him to come over. I think he may be Lvl 2 material."

She blinked, then grinned sadistically. "And you waited a week to tell me, so that he wouldn't break your record... you're much crueler than you seem, <>." She chuckled approvingly.

I shrugged and walked out, towards the stadium.

"Ahem... "

""

""

I stood in the sand, with the five other Champions, Lvl 3's and 2's all. I could tell that they were slowly edging away from me, before the match was even begun, and smirked coldly.

""

The stands roared, and I basked in the rain of white roses being tossed by the Loki Familia onto my head. Despite my Meddling, I was the only Loki Familia left in the Games, and so I had to 'bring it home', so to speak.

""

I activated my Juggernaut Skill and shield simultaneously, and braced as all five people attached me, all at once.

I braced against their attacks, standing behind my shield as my feet went backwards in the sand, and let the tension build in the arena.

Then I looked up, and Mother was standing at the edge of the Rails, looking very worried.

I caught her eyes, and grinned cockily, before turning forward, and slamming my shield into the man in front of me.

He flew back, and I dropped my Juggernaut, (as it didn't help me much, with my Dex only 400,) and darted under his body.

The four men on the other side were shocked to say the least, and I got the drop on them, Spartan kicking one directly in the sternum, and turning my hips to kick the two closest, before drawing my sword and turning, blocking the attack of the only one of five that had been able to respond.

My sword shattered, making me flinch as his sword continued through, and slashed through my armor with a hellish grating sound.

I leapt back, my chest bleeding heavily, and commanded my armor to sew my skin together, like stitches, keeping my shield between me and my only standing opponent, though I kept my peripheral vision on the other four in case they got up any time soon. They weren't out of commission just yet.

He swung his long-sword again, and I dodged, kicking his wrist with my Juggernaut. It snapped with an audible crack, and then I took the weapon as he dropped it, stabbing it through his leg, then kneeing him in the jaw.

He passed out, and I took the sword out, facing the second Lvl 3, who was standing and shaking himself off.

He glared at me, and then simply disappeared. I brought my shield up on an instinct, and bashed his face. He dropped back, visible again, and I grinned. "Invisibility magic!?!? AWESOME! You've gotta teach me that after I whip your ass!" I grinned, and kicked him in the temple, and he slumped, a nasty welt forming almost instantly.

I turned to the other three, all Lvl 2's, who had used my extra time taunting to help each other up. I chuckled, then smiled, raising my shield into their view of my neck and chest, but keeping eyes on them.

Then I sprinted forward, and slammed into the middle one of the three, my knee folding him in half. I then grabbed his face, throwing him at one of the men to the left, while my kicking foot lashed backwards, and took the right man's breath away with a solid kick to the diaphragm.

They dropped, and I charged the last one, dodging his swift, yet clumsy strike with his Warhammer, and then broke the weapon's wooden handle with my hand. I simply gripped it, and crushed it, then stared him down.

He threw a punch, and I grabbed his fist, crushing that as well, with both my superior strength and Juggernaut. As he fell to his knees, my fist rose to meet his jaw, and he dropped, out like a light.

I looked around, and saw that the one I'd kicked in the stomach was still active. I stomped on his skull twice, and stepped away, looking up at the Announcer.

"

The medics quickly entered the Arena as the cheering reached a fever pitch, and I unstitched my chest, allowing one of them to patch it up with magic, but leaving a thick red scar on my otherwise flawless skin, from my collarbone to my hip, in a straight line.

I cracked my neck and left the sword with the Lvl 3 who it belonged to, sheathing the broken half of my sword.

Then I stepped out of the Arena, and found my Mother, Zoë, and Johnny waiting at the entrance to the Civilian Section, outside the Locker Room.

Ma checked my wound, and I grinned. "How'd you like that, Mother? I gave it a little suspense, just for you."

She popped the back of my head. "Don't you ever do that again! I was worried!"

I hugged her tightly, and shrugged. "Nothing to worry about. Your son is pretty much a badass."

Johnny grinned. "Speaking of Bad Asses, how was sex with a Goddess of Sex?"

I grinned widely as the memory of that Day-and-Night Marathon came back to me. "I'll never be able to go back to normal women, that's for sure..." I shook my head to clear it.

He laughed, and mother grinned. "Ooh! Babies!"

"Nope, sorry mama, Goddesses can't have Babies in this realm. Part of the Rules of them staying here." I shrugged.

She deflated. "Tsk..."

I chuckled again. "But Alex might be pregnant soon, so you can look forward to that, eh? Siblings for me!" I nudged Johnny.

He blushed and turned away from her grin. "Ahem! N-no idea what you're talking about! Alex and I are taking it slow!"

I aww'ed and patted his head, a full six inches below my own. "So you're being bashful? Fine, go at your own pace... just remember. Our family is Gifted in the Art of Seduction... after all, Seduced a Goddess of Love with only Date. A very date, sure, but hey. ." I grinned.

He grumbled, and I led us to the Castle, walking alongside the four massive carts, drawn by giant metal bulls, and filled with expensive loot and treasures that weren't Monetized yet; the Familia's Debt, and my half of the Winnings.

---

I knocked on Loki's doorframe. "Oi, Lady Loki? You decent?"

"There's no WIIIIIINNNNEEEE!!!" She whined.

Mother raised an eyebrow, smirking. "I like her already."

I opened the door, and grinned as I walked in. "Xavier <> Dorian, returning triumphant with the Spoils of War, Having spread your good name and tales of our Prowess to all corners of the land!!!" I proclaimed heroically.

She hummed. "Yeah yeah, good job, I'm impressed, but, once again, not as impressed as I could be. When is your Trick coming to Fruition?" She whined.

I grinned and shrugged. "Anyway, let me introduce my mother, Sage Dorian, and her Twin, Zoë Dorian."

She stood up, and walked over, humming at Mother, then poking her chest. "And is this simply good genes, or an example of that 'Boob Job' thing you told me about?"

Mother raised an imperious eyebrow, and then grinned. "I like this girl. She says what she wants to say. And it's Good Genes, dearest. How do you do?" She gripped Loki's hand, shaking firmly.
