Qian Xie's eyes slowly widened. This can't be happening. . . Why did they go out?!

"I'm sorry, I followed these three out the villa since they might encounter danger." Chen Jian hurried to go to his sister's side. "Look at you, what were you playing with?"

Qian Xie just watched the Chen family, waiting for the time where they turn, just as her System said.

Tian Ming Jue just beside her noticed her strange expression, so his arm snaked again and tightly wrapped around Qian Xie's thin waist. With this, she felt a bit more at ease.

"Don't treat me like a child!" Chen Lin screamed at her brother. But her skin turning pale was too noticeable. It started changing from a fair skin tone color to one that is as white as a sheet of paper.

Mr and Mrs Chen's skin tones were also pale in color. Chen Jian, especially Qian Xie who was really observing for abnormal reactions, noticed these small changes. Seeing those, her heart beat raced out of nervousness.

In this critical moment, she can helplessly say that she can't do anything to help them even with neither the help of her System nor her spiritual qi.

Another two low growls was heard, turned out it was actually Chen Lin and Mr Chen.

Chen Jian who was watching his family turn to a monster almost stumbled down. His eyes were showing fear and pain. Finally, Qian Xie can't help it anymore. She used both of her hands to cover Chen Jian's eyes.

"Ming Jue. . ." She called out.

Tian Ming Jue seemed like he understood Qian Xie's underlying meaning, so he swiftly pulled out a pistol from his pistol holder locked on his belt. After putting a silencer on, he accurately hit the center of Chen Lin's forehead. Followed by Mrs Chen and Mr Chen who also turned into a zombie.

Holding his gun, Ming Jue blew the smoke that came out from the gun's firing hole. He then put it back to his pistol holder and looked at Qian Xie, signaling her to put her hands down.

Slowly, Rong Qian Xie's hands uncovered Chen Jian's sight.

"No way. . ." He muttered, his hands forming gestures of not knowing what to do. There was a frightful and insane look plastered on Chen Jian's face, but before he could start running for Chen Lin, ominous lightnings caught the Chen family's bodies and turned them into ashes.
