I yawned, running a hand through my hair tightly gripping on my bag as Mio comfortably sat on my head. My stomach grumbled, indicating that I was hungry. I sighed, deciding that I should go eat at Goh-Rong since I haven't really gone there in awhile.
"Kyaa!~ Garu's back!" I averted my eyes to a small group of ladies crowded on the side-walk as they held wrapped gifts. I hurried my walking pace completely ignoring them, seeing Goh-Rong from a distance.
That's right, i've just gotten back from my 3 week training in the mountains. And i've also been getting the ladies attention recently for some reason.
Once I made my way at the front of the restaurant, I froze. For some reason I was nervous to enter the building. Why? I don't completely know why, but maybe because me, Abyo, Ching and Pucca have slowly drifted away from each other since we were all busy.
I heaved a deep sigh as Mio suddenly nuzzled his head on mine. I approached the doors, opening them as I entered getting greeted by Dada who held a mop. "..Garu?" Dada said as he stopped mopping, looking up at me. I gave him a small smile, waving at him.
"Hey Dada. Uh.. long time no see..?" I greeted as he nodded, giving me a small smile back. "Yeah, welcome back! Feel free to take a seat anywhere." He offered as I did. I walked to a vacant table, taking a seat as Mio jumped down onto my lap.
I gently patted Mio's head as I looked around the room. Huh, the restaurant is quite packed today. They must be really busy. I examined the menu, already knowing what I wanted to order. I rested my cheek on my palm placing the menu down, waiting to be served. Suddenly, a flash of memories hit me.

I remembered 13 year-old me getting chased down by 12 year-old Pucca and getting attacked with her hugs and kisses while Abyo and Ching watched. I let out a small quiet chuckle, remembering how I always refused her.
Not gonna lie, I kinda missed the old days. When we all were non-busy and got to hang-out of course. I snapped back to reality, thanks to Mio who began to lick my hand.
My eyes wondered around the restaurant, instantly noticing a familiar girl who roamed around the room with food in her hands. My gaze followed the girl as I examined her when she stopped by a near table, just across from me.
She wore a red dress with black leggings, served along with an odango type of hairstyle. She had fair skin and rosey cheeks, a warm smile plastered on her face as she spoke with the customer. I clicked my tongue, suddenly realizing who she was.
Pucca? I quietly examined her again head to toe, in complete shock on how different she looked. I mean, I haven't seen her in quite awhile since she rarely came out anymore. The only times she'd go out was when I'd spot her doing her deliveries.
I pursed my lips and gulped, quite shocked at the fact that I found her presence.. pretty.

Now, she just has to find a way to become the heroine she's always wanted to be.
