As Edith was closer to the door she opened it . "Hello" she said looking confused at him as she didn't know about anyone coming today.
"Hello, I'm looking for Violet. Said Blake
" oh yes, she's right in here if you would like to come in while I go get her"
As Violet went behind Edith she said "it's okay I'm already here".she said as she made her way to where they were.
As Edith headed back to the kitchen and left them two alone.
Violet turned and told him to come up the stairs, as they were awkwardly sitting at the bed.
As Blake cleared his throat and said "so, my homework."
"Oh yeah, get out you stuff.
As Blake took out his home work he passed it to her.
"Oh this is really easy" she said as she began to explain everything to Blake.
Once they were done which took them almost an hour since they kept getting distracted.
As Blake was heading out the door he than turned around the same time that Violet was going to say something.
They kept going on about who will go first as they decided to just say it at the same Time.
"I like you" , " I like you" they said as they both looked at each other as a smile began to form on there faces.
" look I have liked you for a while, and I have been wanting to ask if you would like to go out on a date me with tomorrow , said Blake looking at her waiting for her answer
As Violet let out a wide smile as she went and gave him a hug as she said "of course I'll go out with you, and I have liked you for a while too" she said as blush began to rise up her face.

Blake couldn't hold himself back anymore as he pressed his lips on to violet. As there lips began to move on sync. Blake began to deepen the kiss.
When they suddenly heard a knock which made them pull apart."Come in" said Violet clearing up her throat as she tried to calm down after what just happened.
Once the door opened they saw Alexander in the door.
As Alexander looked suspiciously at violet seeing how red her face was.
He looked over at Blake and saw red at the tip of Blake's ears.
he than looked at both of them and said "door open or y'all are going to be studying downstairs, got it"
he said while giving Blake a look.
"It's okay we are done already , he was just gathering his stuff."Violet said
"You mean the stuff that are already packed in that bag" said Alexander pointing at the black bag that was on top of Violets bed.
"Yeah we just had to grab this pencil" said Violet grabbing one of the pencils that were in her desk.
Alexander decided to just head outside there was definitely something going on with those two but he will just wait for her to tell him about it.
Once Alexander left the room they both turned around and gave each other a smile and than she went red again remembering what happened as he ran a hand through his hair.
As he gave her a quick peck heading out the door saying "I'll see you tomorrow for our date" he said giving her a smile.
As she was still smiling not believing what had just happened.

Waking Up
The story of Larin the Builder in the aftermath of Awakening This short story is the epilogue of Awakening, the first book of the Chronicles of Mother's Gate series. This epilogue is a great follow-up to the novel, a bonus story that adds extra layers between books without being necessary to the main storyline.Waking Up follows the story of Larin, who is alive but unconscious after her ordeal in the Nine Hells. She awakens in A'lara City a few days later and recuperates under the steadfast care of her repentant friend Jorn.As she reacclimates to her waking state, Larin struggles with her gruesome memories of the Hells and her decision to conceal them from Jorn. This story answers the question, Is Larin all right? with a resounding yes, and some storms on the horizon. It also raises the question, What happened to her down there? and includes an excerpt from the sister story Falling Down, about Larin's ordeal in the Nine Hells. Praise for Waking Up and Falling Down: Loved it. The difference between the two stories is great! The difference between Waking Up and Falling Down is astounding. So much light and love in the first story. You feel safe reading it. Healing. The second, so much darkness, pain and despair. The choice of vocabulary is awesome and makes an impact. And this set of short stories ties the two books together so well.-- Dana V. of Texas ★★★★★
