This is based on 3x13 when Sam asked Andy for another chance. Enjoy!

"McNally"

"I don't care if you're serious. I don't care if your joking. I don't care anymore. So just leave me alone."

Sam couldn't take this from her, he loved her whether she likes it or not.

Andy heads out of the locker room with Sam right behind her.

"I not gunna leave you alone. I screwed up, okay. Things got tough and I walked away. I thought I was doing the right thing" Hoping she'd listen. She stopped in her tracks and turned to face him.

"Do you have any idea what you put me through? You broke up with me in a parking lot and for six weeks I tried to contact you, didn't answer one of my calls."

"Andy-"

"No"

"Andy, I'm"

"Sam, it's too late. I'm sorry. I can't do this anymore."

He wasn't about to let her go, he knows he broke the promise once but he was at least going to try to put it back right.

"Okay, you know, you don't have to do anything, okay. You don't have to do anything. I'm gunna do it all. I'm going to show you every single day until you say yes. I'm gunna make you dinner. I gunna take out your garbage. I'm gunna walk your dog."

"I don't have a dog."

"Then lets get a dog, a labradoodle, a mutt from the pound, I don't care. lets bring him him home and call him boo. Boo Radley. I've always loved that for a dog."

Andy repeated 'Boo Radley' under her breath, this made Sam wear a small smile.

"Okay, look..." He paused for a minute hoping she wouldn't turn him down.

"Can we jut start with a drink? just a drink?" There was a long pause, which included Andy mostly looking at the floor so she couldn't see the disappointment in Sam's eyes.

"Please Andy, just give me a chance."

Andy shrugged unsure of her answer.

"I'll be at the penny."

Andy was halfway down the hall when she heard his voice. She went to him this morning asking to be involved in the task force. She doubted why she asked now. The man she loved asked for her forgiveness and she wanted to give it so bad.

"Andy" She was shook out of her thoughts when detective Luke Callaghan called her.

"Sure."

She walked in and put on her brave face. He asked her if she still wanted to join. Andy thought about this one, did she really want to go?

It was then she gave her definite answer...

"You know, thanks for considering me but I have to be somewhere so I think i'll pass this one." she smiled as she got up and ran out of the office. She wasn't going to let this moment pass her by.

As she walked into the penny, Sam was in his usual seat, but a blonde figure was next to him. This was when she decided she was wrong to forgive him and made the biggest mistake of her life. Sam saw the door to the penny open and saw the most beautiful women he'd ever seen. But then she walked away. Sam didn't like that and placed $20 onto the bar and chased after Andy. He found her next to his truck.

"I knew this was a mistake."

"Andy-"

" No Sam, you promised."

" That was Gail and she left as soon as you walked in, she knew I was waiting for you."

" Do you mean it?"

" Every single word."

"I love you Sam Swarek."

" Good because I love you too Andy McNally."

They kissed against the truck and then headed to Sam's place.

So that's it, its only a one-shot so I won't be carrying it one unless I decide to do a epilogue. Anyways hope you like it.
