And done.

I am finally ready.

Room is cleaned and put away. My suitcases were loaded in car. I am dressed and look presentable. And now for the hardest part.

Saying goodbye.

I hug my mom first. She can't control her tears and has been crying all morning. She told me her tears are both happy and sad. She is happy I found my mate and sad that I am leaving home. "Mom please no more crying. I will call you or write you or whatever. And I will come to visit, I promise." I whisper -fighting my own tears.

Gregori is waiting for me by the car. He already said goodbye and thanked my parents for hospitality. His dad -vampire King already left. So on this plane it will be only two off us and one guard.

Next is dad. He doesn't cry. At least not on the outside, but I know it's hard for him. "I love you daddy." I whisper to him as he kisses my forehead. He whispers it back to me and then embrace mom.

I said my goodbyes yesterday to my friends and the rest of the pack. I promised Aaron and Amelia to call them as much as possible. So the only one remaining is Kai. He immediately engulfs me into a tight hug. "Don't you go soft on me now Alpha." I try to lighten up the mood. Although we do ruffle each other from time to time, I will miss him the most.

He is my big brother and we done some mischievous things together. He learned me the most of my fighting skills. And has been the greatest role model of a brother ever. Kai chuckles at my sentence. "I will miss you tiny." And I will even miss this nickname..

"Call me when you can. I hope you will come when your first nephew or niece is born." He says to me so quietly, they can't hear.

"Is Annalissa pregnant?" I ask in the same shushed tone. He shakes his head. "No, but we are definitely working on it." Ew. TMI!

"I didn't need to know that." I say scrunching my nose. "I will miss you Kai."

"Ditto." He then let's go of me and I wave them one last time, before going to Gregori.

He opens car door for me and I sit in. I guess that one guard is driving us, since we sit in the backseats. I am grateful tho that there is a barricade so we can talk in private. Windows are tinted so my family doesn't see me anymore.

"I am sorry. It must be hard parting from your family." Gregori breaks the silence. He takes my hands in his and I feel tingles again. They calm me down.

"It is." I sigh. "But I am also happy that you found me."

"Evelyn my father told me, I have to tell you few rules that stands when we come to Russia." I nod my head so he can continue.

"I am sure you know I am a prince and so will become a King soon. So your behavior needs to be in regulation with that. No talking to guards or making friends with staff. You will be staying with me in my room. Every vampire will know you are my mate, so no wondering around alone." He explains and starts playing with my fingers.

"But what if you have work and I will want to go for a walk?"

"My chambers has access to private gardens. I will give you the tour once we land." Okay. That is fine.

"How do I adress your parents?" I don't want to embarrass him or me.

"You adress my parent as King." Oh. So his mom is not in the picture. I won't ask him that now, but I will find out eventually. Hopefully.

"Is there anything else I need to know?" I need to be prepared.

"Like what?" He raises his eyebrows.

"Umm what about your ea- eat- eating habits?" I stammer out. I was planning on avoiding this subject but I need to know.

Car comes to a halt and I look outside to see we are already at the airport. Gregori helps me out and leads me to private plane. The plane is small but luxurious. Gregori leads us to some sort of cabin with only two seats. We both take a sit.

"About that." O-oh. "It's up to you?"

"Up to me?" I ask confused.

"Yes. I can feed of my mate. This is the best for me. But if you don't want I can feed off any other human." He then stops talking and gives me time to process. I feel a pang of jealously, imagining him feeding from others. Mom told me this is a really intimate act, especially after you meet your mate.

I also know he can't turn me to vampire, so maybe this is the best option.

"I-i think it's okay for you to feed off me." He offers me a small smile. "Are you- are you hungry?" Gregori chuckles at that.

"No need to be nervous treasure, feeding will be pleasurable to you too. I can eat normal food too and I feed every three days. So I will drink from you every three days at evening. You will be tired after that and I want this to be private." He explains and I am grateful. He is understanding and goes with me step by step.

Now it's my turn to smile. But talking about private..

"Have you feed off humans until now?"

"Yes I feed off two female maids." I want to ask something else but he continues. "But not like I would feed from you. I drank their blood from a cup. I wanted to feed normally off my mate only." My heart skips a beat. He denied himself his needs to wait for me.

"And what about you?" He asks me.

"What about me?"

"Let's be real for a second. You are gorgeous and kind, I bet boys were all over you. I think you waited for me but I need to be sure." He says and shows me his vulnerability.

"Your assumptions are right. I always admired my mom and dad and wanted to wait for my mate." I answer truthfully.

"Me too. I waited for you."
