《Victoriously Yours,》Impersonally Forcing

Just tell her. Tell her you don't want to marry her. Cmon, do it.

"So what is it you wanna talk about?" Her fingers trailed up his bare arm and he somehow felt more naked without his golden bands. And naked in a bad way.

Yuh looked at him expectantly. As if she was ready to hear a heartfelt good news.

Yisrael took a deep breath.

He had been lying to himself. He thought he could go ahead and forgot. He was supposed to move on. Marry a woman he knows doesn't feel for him just as he did.

Yuh and him weren't going to make it to the finish line because they didn't even have the track to race in.

He was on a different race altogether. His track was busy filled with him simply running after River.

Simply thinking about her made him gnash his own teeth.

That woman was the hardest, most likely to give him a heart attack, and inhumanly difficult human he had ever come across.

He had hunted and fought with full blown jaguars, poisonous snakes, a whole river filled with chomping-for-flesh alligators, but by far, she has taken over them and made them look like petals falling on the water.

And somehow, he couldn't live without her.

They stopped in front of the waterfall, the loud gushing music of thundering and rumbling aqua falling into the bottom echoed in their ears.

He felt like a waterfall. All his feelings were pushed off from a cliff and he let gravity do all the work.

The foam at the end was him- simply bubbling and waiting in anger, dreaded fear and most likely, acute sharp muscles pulling near his damn heart.

Just say it.

He chose to be approachable and gentle with this because-well, that's what his father told him to do.

Unpredictably, his father wasn't surprised. He simply tore the pamphlet of their contract and just told him flatly to break the engagement with Yuh.

When he asked why, he showed the parchment of his mother's words.

On hearing that she had been abused and finally left to die by a human who she had tried to save but unknowingly, it had been a trap to find out about the location of the red stone.

Unflinchingly, she refused to depart its existence and had been abused to an extent where she couldn't recover. They had left her in an estranged hut because she couldn't move, let alone speak anymore.

Somehow, she managed to get herself up and write on some leaf the last words to Yuri with her own blood.

Yuri,

Don't let yourself be ruled by the prejudice. All humans are not the same. It's not the race, it's the individual that make everyone different.

I'll see you soon, my love.

Yisrael realized that his mother taught them all one crucial lesson. It was unsaid and between the lines, it showed all he could do was nod and agree.

There was nothing he could say or do to avenge his mother yet after all that, his beautiful mom had imparted that one lesson they all overlooked.

It had been why Yuri hadn't killed River and Chris the first time. To make amends and show that he was doing what he can. He wasn't going to judge them just because their own race killed his wife.

He gave a chance.

He didn't know if he would be wrong or right but he gave a chance.

Just like Yisrael did. He wasn't sure if this was a win for him or a loss but it was somewhere in between. Despite everything his feelings for River only grew. Grew like a damn tree.

He saw Yuri didn't smirk or poke at him when he finally told him how he felt, his violet eyes shone with a familiar ache. He couldn't even remind him that 'he told him so' and all those foreboding warnings because love was sacred.

Self control works with the mind but when it comes to the matters of the heart, you have nothing to rely on.

No barricades, no definitive rules to keep you from falling over the hedges which makes it even more deeper because there is no loss or a win.

You can just only move ahead.

That reflected in Yisrael when he thought of River.

His father would rather have his son battered in no futuristic affection for a totally different specie who doesn't even feel the same despite her inner body functions.

Every day was a hardship but those moments when he lay in bed with her, so far from his reach, it was her heart that had made him calm. It had been a sort of a starlight.

"Yisrael?"

Right. I have to get this over it.

"Yuh, I don't-" Without even finishing, Yuh slammed her mouth over his.

His eyes remained wide open as he inspected her. Her lips placed upon his, unresponsive and almost limp. She couldn't slip in her tongue because his mouth was pressed together as a hard line.

His brow arched lethally as Yuh stepped back, realizing a sad truth.

He didn't feel anything. As a matter of fact, they didn't feel anything.

The Wahi tribe don't hold the kiss to be any different than sex which is why she took a leap of faith and kissed him, except she felt a jolt of nothing.

However, she knew what a kiss meant for him and realized how forthcoming she had been. She had over stepped her boundaries.

She opened her mouth to apologize when a distinctive pumping of a human heart came from behind.

They both looked at each other, knowing they weren't alone.

Slowly, she turned when River stepped out of the huge burly trees. Her eyes were sharp and for some reason, they had gone off the range.

Immediately things clicked. Yisrael's own traitorous heart began to beat wild. Yuh could almost feel it on her skin.

A venom like haze clouded her. Well, since she wasn't going feel anything for him, might as well kill this puny one because she had no ties with him.

"Bring it on, human." Her stance widened and they both stared down each other like those western gunfight.

Despite her speed and strength, Yuh usually doesn't get engaged in fights because of the result of being fossilized instantly. They were ancient beings still fouly living on this planet when they should have eradicated a long time.

Both the Wahi and the Iborians. For too long they were alive. It's like their rent had long been expired and their landlord simply gave up on them.

But this was a human who she could take out in a heartbeat.

River kept her hands fisted by her sides. That saucy bitch kissed Yisrael and asshole didn't even push her off. Not only was she devastated, but hurt and envy clawed her skin.

But she would deal this systematically. First kill Yuh and then kill Yisrael.

"Any last words?" Her voice didn't quiver.

River leered at her, taking in what she wore. Another of those pathetic excuse of a dress. Why doesn't she just come in naked?

It's not like she doesn't know how her figure would look like without the tight fitted most probably another animal skinned dress.

If this is what Yisrael wanted, so sad he wouldn't get it because even thought she was about to fight with a half breed, she likely die and that's okay because she wasn't going to go down easy.

Besides, if she managed to win, she can also kill and torture that bastard who betrayed her.

Shit. Maybe she is like her mother.

"River-" Just hearing him say her name, made her bare her teeth at him.

With a violent hiss, she kept her gaze stationary at Yuh. "You don't get to say my name, asshole. I'll deal with you later."

Instead, the said asshole smirked. Why is he smirking? I'm about to kill his girlfriend!

Then with dark realization, it was like a halo beaming over them. Ohh...it's probably some scheme. Like reverse psychology so they can kill me...

Her eyes slit into narrow snakes. She might have lost him but she wasn't going to lose this fight. She would give it all she got.

Just like all those soldiers step onto the battle ground, waiting for their captain to charge. The two began to circle, surveying each other for any weakness.

Yuh was slightly taken back when she saw her not back down. It was futile to win a fight with half breeds. It might take long but the win was theirs.

Somehow, Yisrael was not worried because if Yuh did lay a finger, he'd make sure she never have anything to eat with.

However, before he could anticipate, like a shot the two females lunged for each other.

Yuh slashed her nails at River's cheek while she swung back a mean hook at her jaw. In a tangle of tearing at each other's hair and clawing, he easily managed to get in between and separated them.

Keeping them both at arm length, he inspected River's bleeding cuts.

He swiftly turned to Yuh, and he stepped towards her like a maniac, wrapping his fingers around her delicate throat.

Her eyes panicking and she felt the tightening of his hold, cutting of her air supply. "The human is mine. Do anything like that again, I will not hesitate to kill you."

River wheezed, coughing. She can't believe she fought that bitch. She was so damn proud of herself. Stupid Yisrael had to come in between and stop it. She didn't need his macho help.

She leaned up enough to see him release Yuh, who scampered away almost tripping.

She stretched up, glaring at her retreating form. "Yeah that's right. Run bitch!"

Even though, she knew she was running away from Yisrael's obnoxious over masculine threat, she was also pretty scary. Urgh...who was she kidding?

She couldn't win that fight if Yisrael hadn't stepped in.

She may give a nice hook and jab on humans but she had no chance with Yuh and that made her feel more miserable and uncomfortable.

When she felt Yisrael take her hand, she tried not to let her pussy throb at his touch. Let's not forget how weak she was when it came to Yisrael. She became like those puddles.

She couldn't believe that bastard kissed Yuh. If this was blood throbbing, poison boiling, devil cooking jealousy, than she might as well get to her second task.

Kill Yisrael.

She yanked her scratched up arm, holding it up. "I don't need your help."

She sniffed. Now, she felt like crying. Oh god, her emotions are all haywire today. She was so wired up with jealousy, rage and heat. So much heat that she hated him.

He makes her feel too out of control. Seeing him kiss that other woman and not shake her off got her all kinds of wrong.

"Let me see." His stupid voice hard and stern as he took back her arm and headed towards the waterfall.

"Leave me! I don't want to go anywhere with you!" Her ferocious words were stumbled into a shriek as he swooped down and carried her up in his arms.

His hands on her back and thighs were like vice grip. So bad, so wrong yet so tempting.

"Put me down! Right now!" But he stepped down to the edge of the stream and walked directly into the waterfall and she squealed as the pounding walls cascaded over her.

They entered to what appeared to be another cave hidden behind the waterfall and he stopped to place her down on the ledge.

She looked at the curtain of roaring belaboring down shower and felt an ice cold ventilation seeping. She could see through it, the blur of the trees, birds flying across, the shining blue sky. It was titling like an image of reality.

Eyeing the cavern, she narrowed her gaze as he kneeled in front of her and gently cleaned her scratch. "Is this another one of your lame hideouts?"

He grunted and began to apply some kind of leave that gave off a typical herbal scent which she had no idea where he reproduced from. "Where did you get that?"

Another grunt and he placed the leafy soft pads around her. Her toes curled at his plain obvious stubbornness.

"Enough." She wrestled her arm away and he sighed, allowing it.

Stepping away, he leaned back on the wall, looking at her. His eyes darkened as he took in her olive wet green shorts and tank.

Cradling her arm, she gazed at him. Her knees clamped together as the ache began to rise.

Oh no...

"Get naked."

She sputtered. "Excuse me?"

"You heard me. I want you naked or I could just tear off your clothes."
