《True Ruler》Welcome to Bablus

It was only the next day that my new grandpa was walking me to school. Once in front of the school, I couldn't help it but gasp at the sheer sight of it. This school was huge to say the least. I was sure that even if I wanted to be in my dragon form, that this school could fit me.
???: Freshmen go this way, try your best!
He might be my new grandpa but I still didn't had a single clue as to what he is called. Come to think of it, I didn't even know if demons had a name or not.
However this was not the time to think about that. More importantly I was surrounded by monsters! No, Demons! They were all around me and I feel like I don't belong here at all. I might be a dragon but I am in my human form right now and there was no telling what they would do to a human. If I remember correct they say human flesh is delicious and can heal as well as grant incredible power. That was what monsters are saying on earth anyways.
I was sitting in his huge announcement hall waiting for anything to happen. This morning my grandpa dumped a bucked full of some kind of smelly perfume on my body. To be quite honest it smelled awful! This was the worst smell I have ever smelled in my entire life! If I could I would immediately take a bath and get rid of the stench but I am forbidden to do so!
It didn't take long that the teacher came or an important person and all of the sudden the people around me started dinging.
SAY WHAT NOW?
In what kind of movie am I?
This is clearly the wrong place for me to be!

I am soo happy I am not a human after all.
Though what will they do if they see a dragon?
Do they still exist?
I wonder if I could find someone like me here...
This is my homeland after all.
???: And next up... Our dear Mr. Principal speech!
The principal?
I wonder who they will be!
As I was wondering that I could hear my grandpa shout out my name and this was the moment I realized my new grandpa was the principal of this school.
???: Welcome to Bablus a school for any kind of demon! I do not tolerate any discriminations. I hope you can also take a good care of my grandson Iruma-kun!
You freaking serious right now?
You literally just made me a walking target!
Think for god's sake grandpa!
As short as my grandpa's announcement was, it sure hit the nail in the wrong spot. I was sure after today that people had an eye on me which I soo wanted to avoid after the song. However if worse comes to worse, I will use my power as a dragon and defend myself. I was not weak at all!
???: And Next is....the freshmen representative will make his speech!
I watched an older boy stand up as the man announced that. The boy was definitelly not wearing a uniform and he kinda looked like an aristocrat from high society ages ago. All eyes immediately went to him as he began walking towards the podium.
I was soo happy to see that the students stopped looking around if they could find his grandson and began focusing on the guy in front of them. He looked so magnificent and proud.
???: Ohh it looks like there was a change of plans. The freshmen representative Alice-kun will leave the speech to Iruma-kun.

Say what no!
NO!
NONONONONO!
Do you want me dead after this day?
What a fine grandpa you are!
Well here I go!
I stood up from my place and changed my human aura to the dignity of a royal dragon. It was something every dragon had. It was a terrifying yet beautiful aura. Since I know had a red do basically pained on my back, I was sure to make them know that I wouldn't let anyone fuck with me.
I could hear whispers all around me saying I was strong or that they couldn't breathe which was the result of lower demons experience such an aura.
Once I was on the podium, I saw a letter for me and it was clear to me that I only had to read whatever was on it. Quite a simple task, right? WRONG!!!
Me: ABERUHAUKE TARUTODARI IUSABEBE RISUTORU ABURUZE SUTOMANU ABERUGE URU MAHORABA TSUREZAZA
The moment I finished saying this I saw how everyone looked petrified at me. Now I had a feeling that whatever I just said was nothing good. But did I do something wrong? These words were basically written on the paper grandpa left me.
As I was reading what was on the damn paper I could feel some kind of magic being activated around me as if it was a protective shield. It was still building up bit by bit but I could feel it. It was around me and it was not harmful at all.
There was a moment of completely silence before every single students in the auditorium began cheering for me and 2 teachers came running to me.
???: Hey! Why did you chant those "Forbidden Words?"
Me: Huh?
???: Did you even know how dangerous this was?
Me: I ahm.. I just found this letter with my name and telling me to read from it.
???: So it was Sullivan's doing....
???: Listen! You are lucky that nothing wrong happened. If you only had stuttered or pronounce even one word wrong, your four limbs would have been blown up immediately.
Me: ....
???: This is seriously basic knowledge honey!
Me: Well it did asked me to read it.
???: I swear our principals loves to make a good show.
???: But, you were soo impressing!
And this was how I somehow managed to impress everyone by a simple spell I didn't even knew what it was for. However I knew that it made some kind of protective shield around me.
I seriously need to have a word with my new grandfather...
Wait they did call him Sullivan.
If that's his name?
Since the first day was only there for the students to attend the announcement and have a look at the school, I was on the way home and currently walking through the school yard.
I swear!!
Why?!
Why me?
I am a dragon but I am mortal too!
Still it's hard killing me but that's not the point!
That spell could have killed me!!!
What were you even thinking?

Under a Boundless Sky
If you were to ask someone what they thought of Revian Snow, they would say that she's small. Cute too. Doesn't talk much. Average grades, and hard to find in a crowd, though you'd think that someone with her looks would be more noticeable. She also plays the popular VRMMO's for some reason, but doesn't like to interact with others too much, even online. In short, she doesn't stand out too much. She likes it that way—After all, it's much easier to keep a secret when nobody's looking for one. If you enjoy my work, please consider supporting me on Patreon. Bone Dungeon: Book 1 in the Elemental Dungeon Series
Ryan doesn't remember much about his life before becoming a dungeon core. Only that he had a bit of a disagreement with the church -- something to do with a beheading? Now reborn, Ryan begins to arm his darkness dungeon with devious traps, bestial zombies and ill-named skeletal creations, without doing anything too evil. Well, mostly. Some adventurers just deserve a stalactite to the head. But Ryan quickly learns being a darkness dungeon isn't all loot and bone puns. With a necromancer on the rise and the Adventurer's Guild watching his every move, he must prove that not all darkness dungeons are malevolent... even if they do have a few skeletons in their caverns. Sadly, all of these issues keep distracting him from his own guilty pleasure, skeletal fight club. Almost a Good Person
A memory, a memory of a boy who wanted more than pain, of a girl who wanted more than death, and an Isle that should not exist. The Isle of Red is a small, unassuming, quiet place. It is just large enough for a college, a small town, and maybe even a few more unusual sorts of places. Of course, the townsfolk practically know each other as family. Flush-faced regulars can be found toasting just about anything in the Briar's Brew, then, a few streets away, the same haggle of older women stationed themselves on their perch as they did every day from one of the few balconies in Central Square. They fuss away now, spouting the usual gossip as they watch us all from on high. Then there is the College here on the Isle of Red. My college. It has been often described as an unusual place by a good deal of people on the mainland. If they only would visit -why I am sure they'll soon have a change of heart, they may even come to find it a quaint sort of place, odd but in the same way a tattered old quilt can be both odd looking and warm, and especially soft. We teach mostly the same sort of disciplines here, with fantastic and absolutely normal professors.I must conclude that I am quite smitten with myself. The stage is set with a level of perfection that would have astonished me in my youth. They are coming. Derek will follow her. He knows the weight of reality too intimately, but she will be his true north if only for a short time. A beacon in the storm to show him the stunning pastels and brightness the sun may yet refract through his thinner, sharper pieces. Theoline will lead as she always has- well not always, not yet. She holds onto questions feverishly tight, that one. Lights them up inside like a new type of fuel without the slightest worry of being burned. She knows... There is but a certain few who can look at a map and find nothing where I stand but the Atlantic Ocean. And still, there is earth beneath me, a noisy pub down the road from me, and several people clucking conspiratorially on a balcony above me. She knows... that the Isle of Red doesn't belong here. Neither, technically, do I. (Hello!
