Previously on The Cullens Shared Mate-

I heard a low growl behind us and Demetri immediatly released me from his arms and stood tall. The next thing I knew Caius was standing in front of me protectively while he looked right at Demetri like he was about to tear him apart.

"Wow there Lord Barbie. It was just a hug don't get all worked up" I said and placed my hand on Caius' shoulder.

He instantly relaxed at the touch of my hand but still kept his glare placed on Demetri.

"Caius, as I assume that we are on a first name basis now seeing as we share a mate, I must tell you that Beth love hugs and that was just a friendly hug" Emmett joked with him.

"SHARE. SHARE. I will not be sharing MY mate" Caius fumed angrily as he dismissed all the guards from the room except Jane and I assume, Alec.

"Caius sweetie. Yes, you will be sharing or you won't have me at all" I explained to him.

"I don't see why I have to wait all these years for my mate and I have to SHARE her" Caius fumed as he paced around the room.

"I said the same thing man. But through it all I knew it was worth the wait. I know it feels awful and you feel so jelous that you have to share your mate but I promise you if you wait you will feel the sense of belonging when you think about sharing her with the Cullens and I" Garrett explained from his own experience.

"Your my final mate Caius. That is if you will have me" I told my last mate.

"Of course I will have you. Why would you think such a thing" Caius scolded as he wrapped his arms around me and pulled me against his cold body.

"You seemed to be going through something there so my thoughts wandered love" I told him as he played with my hair absentmindedly.

"Well, why don't we explain this whole mate thing so you two can get to knoweachother" Carlisle asks us.

"Okay, come on. Can I sit on your throne" I asked him excitedly.

"Of course love" Caius said as he swooped me up in his strong arms and flashed me to his throne before sitting me down and standing beside me.

"Wow. You need a cushion. But I feel powerful nonetheless" I gushed.

I then stood up and led Caius around so he could sit on his throne and I climbed onto his lap before curling up into a ball. Caius laughed lightly which must not have been a normal occurance seeing as Maybe-Alec-Maybe-Not-Alec choked on air.

"Okay for starters, we all share Beth as a mate. We don't ever argue because we know that we all love her and she loves us" Carlisle started but I interupted him quickly.

"Yes, I love you ALL equally. That includes you barbie" I said and kissed Caius' cheek making his eyes go huge.

Then the Cullens and Garrett went into detail explaining the whole mate thing and how it all works while I pitched in some things about myself. The twins was standing over my the doors so I decided to go talk to them. I attempted to stand up from Cauis' lap but his grip tightened significantly.

"Im just going to go and introduce myself again to Jane and the Alec-Maybe-Not-Alec" I whispered in his ear soothingly.

"Okay. That is Alec by the way" he said as he allowed me to stand up and went back to listening to the conversation.

I walked over to the twins and when they saw me walking towards them their eyes widened.

"My Queen" They said in unision as they bowed their heads.

"Oh please non of that Queen stuff. Call me Beth" I introduced myself again and stuck my hand out for Alec to shake.

"Alec-Maybe-Not-Alec" he introduced himself with a small smile on his face as he shook my hand.

"So, how are you today" I asked them.

They didn't seem much for conversation but they both answered with good.

Long story short, we are now sitting in a small triangle on the floor chatting and laughing together. They are both such sweet kids and they are so funny. Alec told me a joke that I laughed at mainly because of how he presented it.

"What do you call a man with a rubber toe" he asked me with a monotone voice.

"What" I asked.

"Roberto" he said with a straight face causing me to burst out laughing.

"Oh oh, I got one" I giggled and took on Alecs straight faced exspression.

"I tried to climb a tower in France, but Eiffel off" I straight face making the twins laugh.

"Ssh. I got a good one" I laughed again.

"HEY EMMETT" I yelled over to my goofy mate.

"Yeah, babybear" Emmett asked as he used the nickname he came up with all by himself.

"Why did the chicken cross the road" I asked him.

he shrugged.

"To get to the idiots house" I said.

he looked confused for a second but before he could speak I continued.

"Knock knock" I asked.

"Who's there" he asked.

"The chicken" I responded.

Everyone was rolling in laughter except Emmett who was still trying to get the joke but when he did he burst out laughing.

"Why are you so mean to me" He whined as he flashed over to me and lifted me up and spun me around in the air.

"Okay, okay i'll be nice" I laughed as he put me back down on the ground.

"Why did the Elephant cross the road" I asked him.

"Why" he said sceptically.

"To get to the smart peoples house" I said making him smile a bit.

"Knock knock" I said.

"Who's there" he asked with a large happy smile on his face.

"Still the chicken" I finished while laughing again.

"Why you- I thought you love me" I stuttered.

"I do love you. Its just so fun teasing my favorite bigbear" I teased him.

"Anyways, we finished our conversation while you all was over there making jokes without us so go hang out with lord Barbie" Emmett said while pushing me in the direction of Caius.

"Come on, lets go" I said and grabbed his hand and started pulling him off but remembered I don't know my way around this place.

"Nevermind you lead the way" I told him and allowed him to hold my hand and lead me out the main doors and down a bunch of hallways before ending up outside in the gardens.

"Wow, this is beautiful" I gasped as I looked around at all the different flowers.

"Just like you" he whispered as he tuck a loose strand of hair behind my ear.

He looked me in my eyes before slowly leaning down and planting a soft kiss on my lips. It was a long kiss but it showed all his love for me even after only knowing eachother for a few hours.

"So, tell mea about yourself" I giggled as he pulled away and spun me around with a huge smile on his face.

"What do you want to know Mi Amore" he asked me softly.

"Whats your favorite color, Whats your favorite animal, whats your favorite flower" I listed off.

"I like Black and red, I like all animals but I think I would choose a lion, and my favorite flower is the Calypso Borealis" He responded as he listed off his favorite things.

"Now what is your favorite color, favorite animal, and favorite flower" he asked me as we continued to walk through the gardens hand in hand.

"Purple and black, Horses and red pandas, and my favorite flower is daffodils" I replied to him.

He led me through the gardens and down a few different paths until we ended up at a spot with a flower bed full of beautiful daffodils.

"Wow, this is amazing" I smiled happily as I bent down to smell the flowers.

Caius and I continued to walk through the gardens talking and getting to know eachother. He is nothing like my other mates described him as. They made him out to be some evil, disgusting beast but on the inside he was a soft and carefree man. I even got him to dance with me in the center of the gardens and he would spin me around gracefully on my feet.

When the sun started to set we made our ways back to the castle and made our way through the halls until we appeared at what looked to be a dining room where food was placed for me and a bunch of tumblr cups placed at the other seats.

"Ah, hello mia nipote (My niece), come join us we had you a dinner of chicken legs, mashed potatoes, brocolli and cheese, and an apple pie for desert prepared for you" Aro told me happily as he took a seat at the head of the table with Marcus at the other end. The Cullens was spread out about the table and my food was placed next to Garrett and Caius took a seat on my other side.

The Cullens was sweet enough to allow Garrett his time to be close to me because they said the first few weeks is whe you feel the most clingy.

"Uncle Aro, this food is amazing" I gushed as I took another bite of my food.

I decided to start calling Aro my uncle because he seems cool therefore he calls me his niece. Same goes for Uncle Marcus.

"Jane and Heidi prepared it for you. They will be hapy to hear that you enjoyed it" he told me kindly.

We spent the rest of the evening chatting and getting to know eachother all the more better. The Volturi nor the kings wasn't bad people. I judged them for what they was rather than who they was and I feel a bit guilty for that. Then, when my eyes began to grow heavy, Caius allowed me to sleep in his chambers as he layed with me for the night. I was content knowing I had all my mates and my father and my mom Vicky in my life. I even made so many knew friends along the way.

I could feel something deep down inside of me and it was an uneasy feeling. I knew deep deep, very deep down that something bad was going to happen tommorow. But the question was, what was going to happen?
