"Hey Sambo, well... Doctor," Gabriel greets, 'Doctor Piccolo' rolls 'her' eyes. "Just change me back," Gabriel snaps his fingers and Sam is now Sam again.

"Seeing as you played your roll, we have to move on now to bigger and better things," Gabriel smirks and the Dr Sexy M.D scene falls away.

"G-Gabriel? What are you- fuck, not this," Sam whines, the Trickster clicks his fingers and Sam is a flat-chested Japanese woman in a tight red skirt and a bra, he's holding shrimp chips. Gabriel, however, is an old Japanese man in a grey suit holding palm cards, Sam notices Sam.5 and Dean.5 trapped on separate platforms.

'Fuck you Gabriel, just fuck you,' Sam thinks, but he accidentally sends it as a prayer. Gabriel glares at him but clicks his fingers, Sam suddenly knows Japanese. 'Well that's handy,' he thinks.

"Let's play... Nutcracker!" Gabriel yells, Sam.5 and Dean.5 look rather terrified and confused.

Gabriel distracts the Winchesters.5 and Sam glances around the room, looking for anything made of stone.

"Countdown!"

Sam snapped back to the currant scene and he starts the countdown, then he realises who is going to get hit in the balls.

He looks away, not wanting to see what he knows is coming, so he continues to look around the room. Then he spots a stone angel holding a note, and it's smirking.

The countdown finishes.

"I am sorry, Sam Winchester."

"S- sorry? So for what?"

The pole with the ball cracks Sam.5's nuts.

But Sam is too distracted with the stone angel in the crowd.

'Samsquash, you're on,' Gabriel mentally communicates.

Sam says things in Japanese, promoting shrimp chips, then then there's a banging sound.

Castiel.5 appears looking distressed, he does his little speech then disappears.

"Mister Trickster does not like pretty boy angels."

'Gabriel... Gabriel! Stone angel, 2 o'clock,' Sam prays. The Trickster's eyes flint across the room and spots the stone angel in the corner, 'don't blink,' the Archangel communicates.

Gabriel asks Dean.5 a question in Japanese and Sam.5 and Dean.5 have their realisation moment. Dean.5 slams the button and says the correct answer in Japanese.

"Dean Winchester... Nutcracker champion!"

"So we play our roles, we survive!"

"Yeah but... play our roles for how long?"

'As long as it takes for me to figure this out,' Sam thinks.

Gabriel snaps him and Sam away, leaving Sam.5 and Dean.5 in Nutcracker, they both return to normal.

"You saw the angel right? In the corner?"

"Yeah, I did. But if it's important, it will follow us here," Gabriel says as he glances around.

"Where is here?"

"My sex dungeon. What do you think? It's a warehouse!" Gabriel replies, Sam returns the reply with an eye roll.

The stone angel appears and it catches Gabriel's attention, mainly due to his Grace feeling like it's burning. But this time, it's a little too much to bare so he clutches his stomach and bends over, he collapses to the ground in a heap, he's hardly breathing.

"G-Gabriel? Gabriel!" Sam kneels over and places a hand on Gabriel's shoulder so he can see his face. "What's happening?" Sam panics, "stone-angel," Gabriel chokes out. Sam looks up and sees the stone angel with a note in its hand, it's practically standing over Gabriel. How did Sam take no notice? Sam takes the note and blinks on purpose, the stone angel doesn't move. "Get out." Sam growls, he blinks again and the stone angel vanishes. Gabriel draws a deep breath and straightens out from his ball position. He pants heavily and his eyes are blown wide, Sam kneels down to him again.

"Are you okay?"

Gabriel looks up into Sam's worried eyes and sits up, never looking away.

"Why do you care?"

All worry and panic leaves Sam and his eyes harden.

"I dunno, maybe it's because you randomly collapsed and you were balling yourself up on the ground! Not to mention you started crying..."

Gabriel feels the few stray tears and he looks down, he quickly wipes them away.

"It was your Grace, wasn't it? You said earlier that it feels like it's burning when you're around that stone angel. So why did it hurt so badly this time if you could have pretended before?"

"I really don't know," Gabriel replies. "Anyway, I'm gonna go have some fun. How do you feel about twice-daily Herpexia?" Gabriel wiggles his eyebrows and disappears, but he leaves Sam behind. Looks like he was okay again.

Sam glances around the warehouse, then he remembers the note in his hands. He unfolds it and looks at it.

"By now he would he would have started screaming, but listen. Never let him go and don't let the other one die. Save him, but keep the other breathing. Change the past earlier than this, then you will open the same door. Open and close before the other flies into your life. But save the one you found," Sam reads aloud. "What the Hell does that even mean?" He shouts to the air, but the walls echo the question back to him. He slumps to the ground and looks at the note, he sighs and shoves it into his pocket.

"Why did you panic?" Sam whispers to himself, "seriously. You've hated the guy since you met him... But that isn't entirely true. When you met him he was funny and- what? No! He has, and always will be, a dick. He has brought nothing but misery and annoyance to your life. It was better when he died..." Sam looks at his hands, "what could that idiot be doing now?" he wonders.

He looks up and sees that he's surrounded by five weeping angels, each looking like they're crying. Sam leaps to his feet and takes out the angel blade Gabriel gave him, he spins around and begins stabbing them, they scream and shatter like glass. One grabs Sam's wrist, but he just stabs the weeping angel through the face. He's surrounded by shattered stone and his hair is messy. He pants lightly and admires his handy work, he looks up and steps over the shattered pieces of stone.

Sam slips the angel blade in the back of his pants, he flicks his plaid shirt over it to hide the handle, even though no one is around to see it.

He feels a heavy cold hand gripping his shoulder tightly, he moves so he can see it better. A weeping angel looks him right in the eye, a hand clasped tightly around Sam's shoulder and a finger to its lips. Sam stares, willing himself not to blink, he slowly goes for the angel blade, but he notices the note in its pocket. Sam slowly moves his hand to the note and takes it out, but he does not read it for fear that the stone angel will move. The idiot moose blinks due to a great discomfort and the stone angel disappears.

"Don't stab the messenger," he reads. "Whatever that means," he sighs. He shoves the note in his pocket and stretches.

"Well that was one Hell of a show. Also, I suggest we get out of here because, well... there's a very pissed off you and Dean-o coming this way. Eventually. So we're going to go into a cop show and see how it works out," Gabriel snaps his fingers and they both are transported to a crime scene in police uniforms, except they don't look like them.

"Fucking Hell Gabriel, I'm a woman again? Can't I at least be taller than you?"

Gabriel sighs and Sam is suddenly a tall woman.

"Better?"

"At least I can have a better view of the area now."

Sam flaunts his womanly body around the crime scene as he looks around, not being sure of what to look for. Though it is likely he's not meant to look for anything here and Gabriel wanted more amusement.

He keeps looking around, occasionally checking to see where Gabriel is and what part of this game he's up to. The world around the human moose turns to static and he's back in that warehouse again, thankfully he looks like himself, and thankfully again is that he's behind a large pole, so he's concealed from Sam.5 and Dean.5. He sees Gabriel's 'dead' figure laying on the ground, Sam.5 and Dean.5 leave quickly.

Sam steps out and walks over to Gabriel, he pokes him. "Hey... hey get up," he says. Gabriel opens his eyes and pulls the stake from his stomach. "You've got a good push on your stakes big guy," he says as he tosses the wood away. "I've always meant to tell you that," he changes his clothes to the normal attire. "Now for one last trick for today," he smirks and snaps his fingers.

The two are on a patch of dirt next to a highway, trees surround them and there's little hut like thing behind them. "So, get anything useful?" Gabriel questions, "yeah, I did actually," Sam gets out the two notes from before and Gabriel reads them. "Who ever is writing these should really be more specific. They really need to stop with this whole mystical riddle notes and just tell us what we're meant to do," Gabriel says. "If there is one thing I agree with you on, it's that," Sam states. He picks the notes from Gabriel's hands and puts them in his pocket. "I was studying those," Gabriel dead pans, "yeah? Didn't notice," Sam teases, "but what do you think they mean?" Sam adds, "well I think who ever is sending the notes wants us to save the one he loves, but if he does that, then someone else important will die. So he wants us to save them both so everyone can be happy," Gabriel explains. "But it's just an idea," he quickly adds. "But it's a good one, not to mention that it makes sense too. And he doesn't want to reveal who we're trying to save, it could change too much. So we have to figure it out, but he's dropping more hints. I think he's getting impatient," Sam adds.

"Hey, look, it's getting dark, look at the stars," Gabriel points upwards to the sky. "You can literally control it, what's so special about it?" Sam inquires, "have you never just looked at the stars, whether they're real or not?" The Trickster asks back, "I do it all the time," Sam replies. "Good," Gabriel comments, they both look up and stare.

For just a moment, everything was peaceful. For just a moment, no one was trying to kill someone. For just a moment, everything was beautiful. But moments are moments and they must pass.

A stone cold hand clasps Gabriel's mouth and another hand grabs Sam's wrists. The two desperately try to look at the weeping angels to force them to not move, but the angles are just off. Sam gives up on staring at the weeping angel who's holding him, and instead stares at the one holding Gabriel. But it's dark and people need to blink.

The weeping angel disappears with Gabriel gone too.

"GABRIEL." Sam screams, he struggles against the stone fingers curled around his wrists. Panic floods through Sam but he quickly calms down and thinks. If he breaks his wrists then he get free.

Sam moves around, shaking his wrists and wriggling his whole body. He feels a pop in his left wrist which is followed by a crunch, he bites down on his lips to keep from screaming, but he bites so hard that he draws blood. He continues to shimmy his right wrist until the po-crunch happens.

He pulls away from the weeping angel and quickly stabs it with the angel blade. Every movement with his wrists hurt, but he moves them anyway.

"Think think think. Call Cas? No. Call Gabriel? How? Call that stone angel? How?" He breaths to himself, he looks up and sees a stone angel holding a note up so Sam can read it.

"Don't worry," he reads. He blinks and then he's at some building that's rotting from the inside out. He sees the stone angel again.

"Upstairs, first door on the left," he breaths as he reads the note aloud. Sam gives a quick nod and moves off, good thing he had a weeping angel on his side.

His wrists hurt like bitches but he ignores the pain, there's too much adrenaline pulsing through him to care.

He walks upstairs and peaks into the first door on the left. Four weeping angels stand around one tied up figure. All of them look intimidating and Sam doesn't want to know what they've been doing. He looks closer and see blood trickle down the tied up figure's wrists and fingers.

Sam advances inwards, angel blade at the ready. He stabs the one in front of him and quickly dispose of the others, they all scream and shatter.

Sam's wrists pound with pain, they're practically screaming at him 'seek medical help', but he ignores. Sam looks at the figure who he already recognised as Gabriel. He wears a blind fold and looks of deep cuts and wounds. Bruises colour his face along with the bright red of his blood. Sam notices the deep gash in the Trickster's stomach, his stomach is coloured a deep red as it stains his clothes.

Sam unties the blind fold and Gabriel looks up at him. "Hey there Sampunzel, good to see you," he grins, but that grin quickly fades. Sam doesn't retaliate to the nickname, he simply moves so he can untie Gabriel's wrists. He winces with each movement of his own wrists, but he keeps pursuing his task.

Gabriel rubs his wrists once they're free, "what happened?" Sam questions, "they tried to kill me, but did a little torture first," Gabriel winces at the pain of his own wounds but smile up at Sam. He closes his eyes and focuses on healing himself, "there, much better," the Archangel announces once his wounds disappear. He looks up at Sam but notices the black, yellow and purple colouring of the moose's wrists. "What did you do? Break them?" Gabriel only looks at Sam to get a reply, "oh." Gabriel stands and reaches out to hold Sam's wrists but the Winchester jerks away. "I'm not going to hurt you... much," Gabriel smirks and grabs Sam's wrists. Sam winces as his wrist bones pop and snap back into place, he bites his lip hard and draws blood, again.

Gabriel releases Sam's wrists and they stand a little too close together for a little too long.

"We should prob'ly get back. It's more than likely that you and that brother of yours have figured out what they're really up against," the Trickster announces. Sam nods and Gabriel clicks his fingers and they appear back at that little highway.

They both jump at the sound of a car approaching and the run over to the little hut thing and hide in there, the impala pulls up.

Dean.5 rummages through the boot of the Sampala and pulls out some holy oil, he makes a complete circle and tosses the holy oil back into the boot. He moves a few things around, "ah, Dean? That- that feels really uncomfortable," the Sampala says.Dean.5 slams the trunk, "ow."

Dean.5 shouts into the air, "should I honk?" The Sampala inquires, the Trickster takes this as his cue to appear.

Sam watches from a little window, he knows he shouldn't go out there and that he should hide, but he just wants leave his little hiding spot. It's stupid that he's sitting in here while what's happening out there is happening.

After another minute or two, the scenery changes back into the warehouse, Sam remains hidden behind some large object in the corner.

Gabriel applauds the Winchesters.5 on discovering his secret and the three of them have their little conversation.

Sam listens to every word, not believing how douche-y he sounds towards Gabriel. But that's what he thought in the past, and you can't change the past...

Eventually the sprinklers go off and Team Free Will.5 exists the building, Sam steps out from behind his hiding place.

"You look like a wet dog," Gabriel comments. "So do you," Sam retorts, they chuckle lightly but then the gravity of their situation returns.

The sprinklers keep hammering down on them, causing them to get wetter and wetter. "What do you say we skip this joint and go get dry?" Gabriel offers, "I don't see why not," Sam answers.

The ambiguously gay duo head for the door.
