You and your best friend Luna were walking down the halls of Hogwarts.
Luna was the only one who knew about your feelings for Hermione, she was the only one who understands.
As you were walking you heard a loud sob coming from the toilet, you turned to Luna and she shrugged her shoulders and you both walked into the toilets to see who was crying.
You heard another loud sob , and then you spoke up.
"Are you okay?"
"No! Go away and leave me alone!" After she said that you immediately heard who it was.
Luna did as well and she smirked , winked at you and left.
"Hermione? Is that you?" You said , trying to sound calm, but on the inside you were going insane.
"H-how d-did you k-know it was m-me?" A soft voice asked.
"Just open the door Hermione , so we can talk and maybe I can help"
You heard her shuffle a bit , and then she opened the door , eyes red and puffy , and her mouth in a soft smile.
"Now tell me what's wrong"
And she started sobbing again , you pulled her in a hug and she started to tell you the story.
About how Draco bullied her because she was muggle born , and the fight she just had with Ron and Harry, all of her build op frustration came out and you couldn't stop looking at her , she was just so beautiful.
When she was done talking, she looked at you and smiled.
"Thanks for listening Y/N, you're a good friend"
"Yeah friend" you tried not to be obvious but deep inside you wanted to cry because you knew that was all you were going to be , just another friend.
