I felt something shift behind me. My eyes opened. Logan was laying in the bed next to me. He was only in his underwear. He let out a groan.

Suddenly, a loud ringing burst in my ears. Logan sat up on the edge of the bed with his back to me. He took his phone out from the nightstand and answered it.

"Hello?" He groaned and ran his fingers through his hair.

"My boy! I haven't heard from you in 2 months! How've you been?" I could hear a man's voice on the other side.

"I just woke up, Uncle Lex."

"Sorry I'm calling you so early in the morning. Should I come over today?"

"No. Bunny's parents are here. You're gonna embarrass me infront of them. I can't have that, Uncle Lex."

"Logan! How could you say that about me? I would never do that. Besides, I know how much you care."

"Who told you that? I don't even remember telling you about Bunny."

"Chloe did."

"Who?"

"Chloe. Your old girlfriend."

"Why in the hell is she talking to you?"

"You know how much her family wants your father to like them. I promise you, he won't. They're trying to hard."

Logan groaned again. "If she calls you again, don't answer."

"Alright alright. But you should know, she stills likes you."

"I don't give a shit. Her family's insane."

"I know. Anyway, I know your dad called you a few weeks ago. Are you doing okay?"

There was a long pause. Logan took in a breath. "Yeah,"

"Don't lie to me, Logan. He's a fucking bastard for doing that to you. I'm gonna kill him one day! Just you wait!"

"Uncle Lex," Logan chuckled. "That won't be necessary."

"You say that now. Let me know when you need my help."

"I always do, Uncle Lex."

"That's a lie."

"No it's not!"

"My boy, you're in your first real relationship. You didn't ask me for advice on that,"

"I'm not a kid, Uncle Lex!"

"Yeah, but your my kid. How is the lovely lady by the way?"

"As gorgeous as ever."

My cheeks burned red. Why is he so sweet?

"Aww, your so sappy now." Lex said.

"I know. It's weird. I went from banging chicks to looking for romantic things to say," Logan reached his hand backward and scratched his back.

The other person on the line burst out laughing. "I'm so proud of you, Logan! I miss you so much, you know. Would you come visit me soon? I'd like to meet this life changing girl."

"Of course, We could come over, I know Bunny will agree."

"Perfect. I have to go now. Anne just woke up."

"Tell her I said hi, okay?"

"Nah, I'll tell her you love her."

"Okay,"

"I love you, Logan."

"I love you to, Uncle Lex. See you soon." He hung up. He placed his phone back onto the nightstand. He lay back down and circled his arms under me from behind. He placed a kiss on my cheek. "I know you're awake,"

I turned so he could see my face.

"So, do you wanna go see him?"

"Yeah," I nodded. "Can I ask you something about your parents, Logan?"

I was curious. His Uncle Lex seemed to be closer to him then his own parents were.

I watched him hesitate. He looked down at me, not smiling anymore. "What do you want to know?"

"Why are you called the 'long lost' son? Everyone knows you exist, right?"

He let out a sigh. "It's a long story, Bunny."

"We have time before my parents wake up." I said.

He let out another sigh. "Alright, story time Bunny." He said with a smile.

"My parents have always been billionaires. They would give me everything I wanted even if it was something I didn't need. I guess you could say I was a spoiled brat back then. I still am one today. On a Friday night, my parents came home from work screaming at each other. I turned the tv all the way up so I wouldn't be able go hear them. I was about to go to bed until my father burst into my room. He screamed at me and threw my tv out the window. He said it was my fault he and mother were arguing. He called me an idiot and a mistake. That day... my dad beat me for no reason at all. I remembered crying and crying but no one came in to help me. My mom didn't move a finger. She just watched and screamed. This continued for months. Father would come in at night and say everything was my fault all over again. My mom finally took action when my father cut me with a wine bottle. The next day, my Uncle Lex took me from my home. Mother had called him about what my father had done. He was disgusted. I lived with him from that day on. He was my new dad. Although I was happy with Uncle Lex, my father was furious. He wanted be back, but Uncle Lex refused. We didn't go to court because my parents would definitely lose and go to jail. That would ruin their image. I may seem like I don't care about their image but I do. For years, my father would call Uncle Lex and scream at him. No matter what, Uncle Lex didn't give me up. I'm called the 'long lost' son because not many people know my parents even had a kid. Only the people in this area do. My parents never talked about me. I guess I really was a mistake. They couldn't even tell the world they had a kid. Those fuckers." He had turned way from me. He didn't want me to see him upset.

I circled my arms around his torso from behind. My eyes filled with tears. They began to spill before I could stop them. "I'm so sorry, Logan."

He looked back at me. "Bunny, why are you crying?"

"What do you mean why an I crying?! You had a terrible childhood! They treated you like garbage for no reason!"

"It wasn't all that bad. I rode a train with Uncle Lex to get to his house one day. I met this girl. She was... insane. She missed her stop on the train just for a picture that wasn't even that good." He chuckled. "But I... I thought she was so cute. She talked to me even though I had that big ass scar on my face. Not many people would do something like that."

He remembers... I should tell him.

"Logan-" I started.

"You know what the best thing about her was, Bunny? She supported me then and she still does now. She was cute then and she still is now. No... she's absolutely beautiful now. And you know what... I loved her then... I still do now."
