《Hidden Riches》Chapter 7

I woke up feeling something heavy on me. I tried to push it off, but it wouldn't budge.

It felt as if someone was breathing on my neck. I moved my head just a little to see what it was. I could see a mess of dirty blonde hair.

I screamed and quickly pushed Logan off the bed. "Ah!"

I didn't realize I hit him too hard until he fell off the bed and onto the floor. "Fuck!" He cursed and quicky stood up. He was in nothing but black boxer briefs. Oh my god... did we do it? "What the hell, Bunny?!" He yelled at me.

"What are you doing in my room?!" I yelled back, clutching the blanket.

"This is my room!" He shouted back.

I took a second to look around. It was his room. It was a lot bigger than mine and a lot more elegant. The bed was huge, topped with black blankets. Three black pillows were below me, along with a black headboard. Three out of the four walls were painted black, the one behind me was white. Two big windows were carved into one of the walls with black curtains laying over them. Above me was a small lamp hanging from the ceiling. Scattered all over the tan colored wooden floor were dirty socks and a few pairs of sweatpants.

"Oh." I said, embarrassed. "Sorry. How did I get in here?"

He rubbed his temples in frustration. "Jesus, Bunny. You came in last night."

"I did?" I raised my eyebrows.

"Yes, Bunny. You did." He sighed. "You were crying and you asked if you could sleep in here."

I don't remember any of that. All I remember was doing some cleaning and then a lady came and told me stop. I went to sleep after finishing my homework. I don't remember coming in here at all.

He climbed back into the bed with me and lay back down."I'm going back to sleep." He pulled the blanket over his head.

He's not a morning person. Good to note.

"Don't you have to leave for class soon?" I asked him, pulling the blanket down from his face.

"No. I don't have morning classes today."

"I do."

He loudly sighed. "I'm too sleepy to drive."

"Logan! You have a drive me there!"

"Can't you call Violet to drive you?

"No, I want you to drive me." I begged. "Please Logan." I may sound like a child right now, but I didn't care. Violet was violent. See what did there? Haha.

"I was joking. Of course I'll drive you." His gorgeous blue eyes shined as he smiled at me. "I don't trust anyone else to do it. Except Violet of course."

"Thank you," I said.

My eyes went to his clothes on the floor. I was still dressed in my pjs. So we didn't do it. Thank God.

"What time do you have to be there?" He asked, touching my hand.

"10."

"Bunny, it 8 o'clock." He rolled his eyes.

"Well... I have to get ready."

"There's no way I'm getting up now." He pulled the blanket over his head again.

"Logan? Logan?" I said. He didn't respond. He must've went back to sleep.

I climbed out of the bed to get dressed. My arm was quickly grabbed. Logan pulled me back into the bed with him. His arm circled my waist.

I wanted to fight and yell at him, but I didn't.

"Bunny, you don't have to get up just yet." He whispered into my neck.

"I-I do. I need to get dressed and eat breakfast and-"

"It can wait. Don't worry, you won't be late." He pulled me closer to his chest. It was so warm. I could be feel it through my shirt.

"Are you sure? I don't want to be late on my second day."

"You won't be. I'll get you there in time." He kissed my eyebrow bone then lay his head in the crook of my neck.

I trusted him, so I decided to go back to sleep.

....

"I'll never trust you again, Logan!" I jumped out of the car and waved my fist at him.

"I'm sorry, Bunny!" He yelled as he drove off.

I ran into the school. I quickly ran up the stairs to my first class.

Fuck! Damn you, Logan!

I ran down the empty halls. Class had already started. I swung the door open to my first class. Everyone immediately began stare at me and whisper.

"Sorry, Mr. Leaf. My driver's an idiot and-" I started, out of breath.

"It's fine Miss Sky. Please take your seat." Mr. Leaf said nonchalantly.

"Yes sir,"I ran to my desk and quickly sat down.

"Hey you. You look distressed." Violet said. She was in a purple floral dress and black flats. She looked pretty. I wouldn't have expected a girl like her to wear something like that.

"I had a rough morning," I groaned.

"Was Python annoying you?"

"Yeah," I said, getting my books out.

After class, I walked down the hall to go to my next class, but I was stopped my Noah.

"Hey there, Hannah." He said with a smile.

"Hi Noah. Logan isn't here today. He doesn't have his morning classes today."

"I know. I know. I wanted to talk to you about something."

"What is it?" I was getting worried. Was there something wrong with Logan?

"You know Logan plays basketball, right?"

"Yes, I do."

"We have a big game in a few weeks and I was wondering if you could come."

I've haven't been to a basketball game before, but I have went to Peyton's soccer games. Maybe it's just like that. Just without Peyton. And with basketballs.

"Sure, I'll go." I told him. "Why do you need me to go anyway?"

"Well... Logan has been a little rusty lately. We lost our game yesterday because he missed the last shot. I was thinking that maybe you could come and cheer him on for our next big game. Could you do that?"

"Yes. I think I can." I never cheered at Peyton's games. I would just watch and clap with the crowd. This would be different.

"Thank you so much, Hannah. You'll be a big help. I'll see ya." He waved, then continued down the hall.

Why didn't Logan tell me he lost the game? That's probably why he came home so late. Hopefully me being there will help him out.
