As I was getting ready to leave my chambers, I realized that it had been days since my arrival here in my country and many things had already occurred. The guard knocked and announced that Prince Casper wanted to see me. He went inside my chamber to ask if we could ride for awhile.

"Princess Alexandra"

"Are you free to ride the horses with me?"

"Uhm, it won't be long."

He said

"Ah yes, of course, Prince Casper"

"Your Majesty, I'll be waiting for you in the courtyard with your horse."

He left with a smile. Actually, I'm glad that he's still here. Although, I don't know why he's still here though. After I got dressed, I went first to my mother's chambers to ask permission. She granted my permission to go. I left with a smile. As I went to the courtyard, I saw Casper, my dashing and very handsome prince.

"Prince Casper"

"Princess Alexandra"

"I'll help you mount your horse. Come on."

"Ah sure, thank you."

We rode to the fields, where we stopped near a river with a beautiful view. He then helped me mount off my horse. I didn't know that he had arranged a picnic here for us. What a sweet gentleman! We sat there and just talked, just like when we first met. We had been talking for awhile now, so I told him what happened to me when I arrived in Scotland.

"Good thing you're here."

"I'm kind of frightened when I'm near or inside the woods.

"But at least you're here and I think I'll be safe when I'm with you.

"Why?"

"By the time I arrived here in Scotland, we were on the way to the castle."

"We were attacked."

"Attacked by men whom we still don't know who"

"Some died—my guards and the men who attacked us."

"But something more horrible happened.

"To me"

"What happened?!"

He worriedly asked

"I-I was raped."

"By two men"

"Oh my god, Alex"

"I'm sorry I didn't know."

"How are you now?"

"I'm fine."

"I'm just having a little anxiety and trauma about what happened."

"It's been days or a week since the attack.

I said

"Do you want me to stay a little longer?"

"Until you're okay?"

"No, you don't need to."

"I can get through this."

He changed the topic because I guessed he noticed the look on my face— scared. After we ate, we headed back to the castle. I went back to my chamber until someone knocked on my door and it was my mother.

"Alex"

"How are you?"

"I'm fine, mother. Why did you ask?"

"What I mean is, how are you with the Prince of Sweden?"

She smiled

"We're fine, I guess."

"I just want to tell you that he's a great man"

"Nothing like his father"

She said

"I know he's a kind-hearted gentleman."

"He even asked me if he could extend his stay here in court for you after you told him what happened to you when you arrived here."

She giggled

"What? I told him that it was okay, he didn't have to do it. "

I said, in shock.

"I granted his request, of course for you."

"And I know he's a better man than any of your past suitors."

"He is not my suitor, mother."

"Oh, he will be"

"He told me that he would stay here until you're fine."

"I told him that he would be our guest here in court."

"He is sweet though."

"He loves you."

"He cares for you."

She smiled

I believed my mother, as I also think that he's into me. I could be the next Queen Consort of Sweden. If ever he proposes, and for the good of Scotland too, it would be easy to have my "yes".
