Blood scattered on the ground and trees. There were dead warriors, some with ripped limbs and heads. Family members were crying and some pack members taking care of the dead bodies and injured ones.
Taehyung, Jimin and Hoseok were shocked. They were in disbelief. Hoseok then ran towards the pack members who were surrounding someone.
He saw the Head Alpha. He saw his father.
He looked at his father's body lying coldly on the ground covered with blood. Hoseok fell on his knees. He cannot hear anything on his father's chest anymore. No heat. No sound.
"Noooo...a-appa! Appa! A- hahhhh ahhhh!"
Hoseok cried while holding on his father's cold hands.
Jimin and Taehyung heard Hoseok and gasped at the sight of their Alpha. The Head Alpha was known as kind and gentle. He was nothing but nice and caring towards his people. Taehyung and Jimin saw him as their second father and he treats them as his own sons.
Tears flow as they all shared the pain of losing a pack member, a leader, a friend, a family. The whole pack changed into their wolves and howled in pure sadness.

It's been a week since the incident.
Hoseok knocked on the Head Alpha's office, his late father's office.
"Come in." A low husky voice was heard.
Hoseok came in. "Long time no see hyungnim." He said.
The older male stepped closer and pulled Hoseok into a tight hug.
"I'm here now my little brother. Don't worry, I won't ever leave you again. You will never be alone anymore." He said while lightly tapping Hoseok's back as he felt warm tears falling from his little brother's eyes which was burried on his chest.
After the moment of warm reunion between brothers, they got serious talking about the incident.

For the past week, Hoseok temporarily took the Head Alpha's responsibilities. He managed the casualties and the investigation as well as the preparation for his brother's return.
His brother was sent to the mother pack or the headquarters at the age of 10 to study and train to become a future pack leader under the Head of all packs, Bang Shiyuk.
"Hyungnim, based on the info gathered, I think it's not rogues who attacked us. It's them, the wolves from Solar Pack."
"I knew that sooner or later this will happen but I never thought they will make their move this soon." The older said.
"What do you mean hyungnim?"
The older brought out a box. "They came for this." He opened it and Hoseok looked at the black diamond.
"For...a diamond?"
"This is not just a diamond, it's called 'Moondrop'. This is also the very reason why the war between the Lunar and Solar Packs started. They said that it has powers but I don't really know what can it do."
"Ahhh..but, hyungnim, why is it in our pack? It should be with the headquarters right?"
"I'm not really sure myself but the head of all packs, Bang Shiyuk, thinks that the headquarters cannot protect it. It has also been like this in the past. The Moondrop was protected by the five..uh..now, four packs of the Lunar Pack. Every century, one of the four packs should take the lead in protecting it and now is our pack's turn."
"Ahh..so it's like that huh. Ahmm hyungnim, thank you but it's late now and I know you're tired. You just came back today so I think you should rest now." Hoseok said while smiling brightly at his older brother whom he missed so much.

"Yes and tha-" he was cut off when two men suddenly entered his office.
"Yah! Namjoon! We almost got lost 'y know! The pack's forest really covers the scent of the wolves here."
"Yoongi, knock before you enter."
"Ahmm, Hobi, that pale shorty over there is Yoongi and the guy behind him is Jungkook. They are both my fighters. They'll be living with us here in the mansion."
They did their greeting and introductions. Yoongi was a bit tactless but he's okay. However, Hoseok did not like Jungkook. He's cold and expressionless. He also barely talks and has a rude and arrogant vibe.
Hoseok showed them their rooms then he went to his room to rest.

I woke up from the same nightmares..sweaty and heart beating fast. I looked at the time, it's 7:00 am. I did my morning routine and went downstairs. "Hi mom! Is Jimin still sleeping? I'm gonna go and wake him up."
"You don't have to Tae. He's already awake. Today is the ceremony for the new pack leader remember? So high ranking warriors were called."
"Oh yeah. I forgot."
"You too Tae, you have to go and witness the ceremony AFTER you eat your breakfast."
"Yes mom!"
After eating breakfast, i went to the ceremony. It was held on the center ground in front of the Head Alpha's mansion. I was at the back of the crowd as I saw Namjoon hyung...he flawlessly delivered his speech and took oath. He really sounds like a leader.
"...now, I would also like to introduce the newest members of our packs and the two of my strongest fighters."
As he said that, two black haired guys stepped up I was about to tiptoe to see them better...but for some reason, everything became unbelievably slow.
I can't hear a thing except for my own breathing and heart beat. I suddenly smelled a strong scent of chocolate and vanilla. It was so strong, so addictive, so....intoxicating. My body was feeling weak as the scent engulfed me more.
My eyes wondered. Where...where..where is it coming from? The wind blew against me as I turned my head in the wind's direction. Then...our eyes met. He's so handsome and hot. I'm melting in his gaze. My heart was beating fast. I want to go to him. I want to touch him....
