Lykos' Lair
"Scott?" I whisper as I sneak in front quickly looking for him through all the mess of what Lykos' lair is. Just endless boxes stacked on each other with canisters of what seems to be explosive chemicals. "Scott?" I continue to look around as it's dim inside with barely any lighting coming through the grossly brown tinted windows on the walls.
As I walk past all the boxes and canisters I find an opening leading me to what appears to be cells. I laugh proudly knowing I could do this and spot Scott sitting on the floor as he looks like he lost all hope in trying to escape. I turn around as the pack follows up quickly and see Killer Frost in the back catching up slowly being distant from all this.
"Stiles?" Scott says surprised and quickly rises up to the glass cell and I walk up to the glass happy to see him as well. We haven't been getting a long as of lately but it's nice to see him safe. "How did you find this place?" He says surprised and then looks at us all, Daniel, Liam, Mason and Chris.
"Had some help." I say happy and look over especially at Chris as he clenches his jaw trying to appear as distant. "Don't even get me started on this guy." I point over at Mason as he's been nervous and anxious about everything we've done to get up to this point. Scott looks at me proud as he knows my true potential. "Let me get you out of here." I say spotting the layer of mountain ash around Scott's cell.
I quickly kick the ash breaking the spell and open the glass cell. "I can't leave, he has me chained to the wall." He says as I see his leg chained and I sigh knowing that none of us can do this. If Scott can't break the chain, then I'm sure Liam can't either. "Frost?" Scott says softly being nervous as he says his name. We both look over at Frost and he looks at us confused.

"A little help?" I ask him and he shakes his head.
"Not part of the deal." He says being self interested and I doubt that is the case. He's gotten warm, I know him better.
"Bringing us up here wasn't part of the deal either but here you are." I say trying to convince him, because I know Chris is still in there. Chris wanted to help, Frost let it happen. I'm starting to guess that Frost is starting to melt a little. "Something tells me you're not as cold as I thought you were." I tell him and he gets upset hearing his own truth.
"Maybe." He says and begins walking towards us. "Maybe not." He says and grabs on to Scott's chains freezing it. The chains snap in Chris' hands and fall apart as Chris throws the broken pieces of chains to the floor. Killer Frost walks away from us and stands far away from us sticking around as we all hug it out happy to see each other.
I hear a loud crash behind us all and then turn around seeing a giant wolf covered in silver armor plating. Lykos."He's not going anywhere." I hear the deep loud clear voice of the wolf. "And neither are any of you." Lykos growls and then I see Frost standing besides him as he's betrayed us. "Thank you for bringing them to me." Lykos growls staring over Killer Frost and we all take out our weapons aiming it the both of them. "Kill them." He commands Killer Frost and steps back waiting for it to happen.
"You double-crossed us?!" I say disgusted staring at Killer Frost as he chuckles. "He killed Ethan!" I say disappointed in him and Killer Frost looks at us with no soul. As if he created the illusion of Chris being there. He fooled me. I should've known better.
"Guess my heart is as cold as you thought after all." He says with a smirk.
"You don't have to do this Chris!" Scott says softly being confident as he walks up in front of us being confident. He doesn't fear the attack of Killer Frost or Lykos.

"Yes I do." Killer Frost says softly as he nods. His hands begin to grow fog getting ready to freeze us all.
"Why? Because Lykos commands it? He's not a god! He's just a man, ." Scott says trying to break Killer Frost to let Chris out but he doesn't. Killer Frost stands tall and proud of his accomplishment of misleading us all. "C'mon you're-"
"-" Frost finishes Scott's sentence.
"We're " They both talk at the same time in the same sync and Killer Frost. "" They both talk together again and Killer Frost chuckles.
"How are you doing that?" Scott says shocked as Killer Frost is unpredictable at this moment.
"I know you too well, all of you actually. That's what makes me so special to Lykos, because I know everything you will do to get something done." He says telling us off as he's had us wrapped around his finger this entire time. He clearly has the brains of Chris. "And if any of you knew better, you would shoot... " Killer Frost says staring directly at me as I hold the gun tighter. "Because if I was in your position, I would pull the trigger." He says as he winks and quickly raises his hands in the air and turns around behind him shooting at Lykos.
Killer Frost shoots a beam of ice at Lykos and it throws the wolf towards the crates of boxes. I stand around surprised with Daniel putting our guns down and Scott and the rest make a run for it. Killer Frost turns around and stares at me as his eyes begin to change back to Chris' brown eyes.
"Get out of here." Killer Frost commands me and Daniel. I stare at Killer Frost in action as he walks towards Lykos shooting icicles at the wolf and Daniel begins to pull on me to go as everyone runs off.
"Chris." I say shocked to see him being in somewhat control. But it can't be, they're both there at the same time.
"." He says and then shoots a beam of ice beginning to freeze Lykos. I begin to realize that they both had a change of heart.
"I won't leave you here!" I shout at him and Daniel begins to pull on me harder. Killer Frost turns his head back and nods at Daniel and Daniel pulls on him.
"Go! Take him!" Killer Frost shouts and I let Daniel take me and run with him staring back at Frost making sure he is safe. Killer Frost aims a hand at the exit freezing the cave with a giant ice wall to block anyone from leaving or entering. Chris saved us.
As we leave I hear a loud shout of what sounds like Chris and feel myself fall apart. I hear him scream and what sounds like a loud roar. I begin to know what happen and accept it as his sacrifice to save us.
We all join up again in the woods and stand together as me and Daniel arrive last. "Where's Killer Frost?" Scott asks worried and I don't respond as I know he's gone. Daniel looks over at me knowing my emotional state.
"He didn't make it." Daniel says and everyone looks down worried and impacted by his death. If it weren't for him we would've been dead.
"He saved us." I say happy knowing this was his redemption. He wanted to prove us that he was still human. That he didn't truly lose himself all this time. That he forgave us for our mistakes. "All we can do now is fight back to prove that his death wasn't meaningless. That's what he would want from us." I say knowing what I have to do now.
"And that's what we'll do. All of us, together." Scott says and I nod my head wanting to go back home. This has been one of the craziest days I've experienced in awhile. As I dwell more on Chris' death, I feel a new energy growing in me. The same energy I've felt when Killer Frost escaped Eichen.

Maximilian, brought into a God's rat race to fill the numbers, was transported into another world. Nothing like the brilliant contestants that fill the other spots, Maximilian was an afterthought in the God's game. Confronted with the frustrating reality of being boiled down to three statistics, Maximilian needs to get his act together, or the worlds might very well suffer for it.
8 87Heroes of Midlaris
Heroes of Midlaris is on hiatus until I finish writing Arc 2, and will resume once Arc 2 has been completely written. There is no ETA for this. After a long, exhausting day at work, where he faced the usual harassment from some of his coworkers, Luke just wanted to return some books to the library, head home, and rest. Instead, he died on the way and became reincarnated into the world of Midlaris, a world of myth and magic. There, he was found and raised by seven elders, who each taught him their craft as he grew up. When he turned sixteen, he began to attend university in the nearby kingdom, beginning a tale of love and friendship, of creativity and growth, and of an ancient past that begins to return. The first several chapters covers his childhood, for those coming to read about him at university. Posting Schedule: Alternating between 2 days and 3 days (so two chapters in a 5-day period). Patrons can read up to 15 chapters early.

8 159BuyMort: Rise of the Windowpuncher - How I Became the Accidental Warlord of Arizona. Apocalyptic GameLit
Tyson was just a handyman. A non-motivated slacker. The kinda dude that you inevitably find hanging out doing odd jobs at the local trailer park, a couple ragged bucks in their pocket and a jar of change on top of their ancient microwave. That was, of course, until the arrival of BuyMort.Nanobots of a mercantile sort, the robots of the Shopocalypse, these bad boys set up shop in everything with even an ounce of sapience and installed the only app anyone would ever need to have — BuyMort, the multidimensional monopoly with something for everyone. Priced appropriately in accordance with the market's desires. For some it was a nightmare. For others it was a travesty. For Tyson, it was the birth of an empire.

But there's always problems with supposed to be one night stands...WARNING!!!VERY MATURE CONTENT--- You have been warned ---(A lot of explicit scenes)P.S. -Second Hand cringing 😬😂
