Jungkook was happy. ofcourse, he's dating Taehyung. who wouldn't be happy, right? they were both happy. the cuddles, the late night deep talks, the i love you's, and everything.

there's only a week left for his boyfriend's birthday so he went to the mall with his bestfriend, Jimin. but after an hour walking around the mall, Jungkook still haven't found any decent gift for Taehyung. not until they found a dog store.

"hey brat i think you should give Taehyung a dog instead! i'm tired of walking." Jimin said, breathing heavily because of the non-stop walking around the mall.

the younger glared at Jimin for calling him a 'brat' but it seems like the elder doesn't care. "okay Jimin but you should be the one who will pick"

"it's hyung to you. and why me? Is my boyfriend is the one who will have a birthday?" Jimin replied, annoyed at the younger.

"but hyung! i don't know how to pick a good dog though. i'm scared i'll pick the worst and taehyung will be dissapointed. and by the way hyung, you don't have a boyfriend." Jungkook answered, annoying the annoyed Jimin once more.

"excuse me you brat boyfriend of Taehyung!!! Yoongi's just too shy to court me but i'm pretty sure he feels the same too so shut the fuck up you annoying ass" Jimin replied, walking inside the store and started finding a good dog for Taehyung.

after a while of finding a dog, a brown-ish with a white fur caught the younger's attention. "he is cute" he said to himself.

"hyuuuuung!" the younger shouted so that the elder will caught his attention.

"yeah?" the latter asked, confused why did the younger shouted.

"really hyung? Yoongi hyung just called you and when he hanged up you're smiling like an idiot. you're even spacing out!"

"shut up! it's not like you don't space out too when Taehyung talks to you! But why did you called me? did you found a perfect dog for Taehyung?"

"you shut up. and uh, it's not a dog. it's a puppy hyung. he's really cute i'm telling you" Jungkook said, while going to the puppy's place with Jimin.

after showing the puppy to Jimin, jimin was amazed at the puppy, it even looks like he trained for some reason because the dog knows tricks! jimin even want to buy it and find another for taehyung but jungkook disagreed immediately. after they settled they bought the dog and bid their goodbyes to each other.

"he will like this" jungkook said to himself and then usain bolted to go home. when he was about 10cm on his way home, he thought to himself that he will give the puppy to his boyfriend today because he can't wait to see his boyfriend's reaction.

"i'm home" he said when he stood in the tracks, finding where taehyung is but taehyung's not in the living room. suddenly, he smelled something burning so he went fast to the kitchen and turned off the stove. he heared a soft voice snoring, until he found taehyung. lying in the couch. "he's so cute, such an angel" he said to himself.

taehyung felt someone staring at him so he gently opened his eyes while rubbing them. "g-guk! you're home!" the brunette said cheerfully and he run towards jungkook and gave him a peck in the lips.

"uh sorry. i cleaned the house while you aren't here to not get bored and tried something to cook but i slept on it."

the younger chuckled at the brunette's cuteness, he huffled the brunette's hair and said "no. that's ok, our house isn't burned so i think it's ok. have you slept well? or are you still tired?"

"uh no. it's fine and— arf arf— wait, what was that?" the elder asked excitedly.

"oh i forgot. here, it's my early birthday gift for you baby! i hope you'll like it" he handled the puppy to taehyung softly. "wait— are you crying? Oh god why are you crying?" he asked worriedly and hugged taehyung "dont you like it?".

"no no no, i love it guk! thankyou so much for this" the elder said, wiping his tears out. "thankyou so much baby, iloveyou".

"iloveyou most taehyung. have you already think of a name for your puppy?"

"seriously gguk? i can't think of any name but i have a name in my mind. that name should be taegguk's son name though but i wouldn't mind giving it to this new cute puppy right here" the elder said, thinking of his dead dog and his supposed to be son. but taegguk died in because of food poison.

"awww, it's alright. do you miss taegguk? because i miss him too though. and what name it is?" the younger said, feeling sad about taegguk.

"yeontan, we'll name it yeontan."

"alright, yeontan it is"

[[5days after]]

jungkook doesn't know anymore. it seems like taehyung already forgot him since yeontan came.

on the first day, when jungkook asked taehyung to cuddle with him the elder said "jungkook-ah me and yeontan will walk to the park first ok? would you like to come?" jungkook disagreed to come with them "they should spend more time since it's been a while since taehyung had a dog" he thought to himself. "ok hyung, i'll wait for you."

it's been 4hours since the elder and yeontan left but there are still no signs of them coming home. it's already 8 in the evening and they left the house like 4 in the afternoon. the younger already cooked their food so that they will eat when they get home but the food is now cold. it's like his effort in cooking got wasted "no, there's no waste for taehyung. everything for taehyung" he thought.

taehyung on the other side with yeontan went to the mall after walking in the park for like straight 1 and a half hour. the elder bought yeontan clothes and dog foods and some accesories for his dog. when he noticed that it's already 8 in the evening, he chose to go to a fast food chain to eat since he didn't ate anything when he left the house. "kookie must be sleeping now" he thought.

after eating, taehyung walked yeontan in the mall for the last time and to get his food digested in his stomach. afterwards, they walked home.

yeontan was sleeping in his arms while they were walking home. it's only a street left and his in his house. when they arrived, taehyung put yeontan to the couch in the living room to let him sleep. and then he went to the kitchen and saw jungkook sleeping. arms closed in the table while his head leaning on it. "cute" he mumbled. but there's one thing surprised him, the younger cooked food for him. he felt a pang of guilt building in his chest. "he's tired so he fallen asleep" he thought.

he would like to eat the food the younger had prepared but how can he? his stomach is already full for eating much from the fast food chain earlier.

"hyung" taehyung was shookt at the sudden voice. his shookt face was then immeadiately replaced by a smile seeing how perfect jungkook was even he went to sleep.

"kookie" he said, walking beside jungkook. "have you eaten?" he asked.

"ah no hyung. i actually waited for you so we will eat together" dang! the guilt inside his chest is becoming more! i should'nt not eat earlier. his effort got wasted for waiting for me.

"g-guk ah.... i'm sorry. i already took my dinner"

jungkook was hurt, yes he was. he took an effort for cooking the food and he even waited for taehyung to arrive for God know how many hours but he told to himself not to show his anger to his boyfriend, he showed a smile instead

"it's ok hyung, i'll just put these in the fridge so we will have a something to eat tommorrow"

yes. jungkook was smiling but taehyung knows he's not happy. "i fucked up" he thought. "i'm really sorry baby, i promise i'll join you eat next time!!! sorry, iloveyou." he sincerely said

"hhmmm" was all he got in response.

the other hurting scenarios happened since yeontan came in the next 4 days.

On the second day. taehyung gave his full attention to yeontan not minding the latter. jungkook was pissed in the elder for not minding him. when the latter asked him to sleep because it's already like 12 in the am, the elder said "but i'll wait till yeontan get sleep and then i'll come with you upstairs. goodnight gguk iloveyou".

jungkook was mad. but he didn't showed it. instead he said "ok hyung, goodnight" then went upstairs.

when he went upstairs, he sat in the bad and called jiminie for comfort.

calling jimin hyung...

[ah seriosly kook? do you know that it's12 in the midnight right?" the other line said

"hyung" the younger said with a crackling voice.

[wait. Gguk-ah what happened?]

"hyung.... it's been 2days since we bought and i gave him yeontan but i think he already forgot me...."

[aishhhh! are you serious jeon? do you think he will forget you in a short span of time? for like 2days? and he's your boyfriend for pete's sake! maybe he's just happy since he have a dog. don't think of negative thoughts okay? now, go to sleep. i would highly appreciate if you'll let me sleep and talk to me again tomorrow. goodnight gguk." the other line said then hanged up

"maybe hyung's right" jungkook thought then tried to fall asleep.

it's been like 15-20 minutes since he tried to fall asleep but he can't. though his eyes were closed.

he heared a sudden squeeze in the doorlock but he didn't mind "it's surely taehyung" he said to himself.

taehyung in the other side went upstairs with yeontan because yeontan can't sleep without him so he thought that maybe he'll let yeontan sleep on their bed with him just for this night.

when they got upstairs, taehyung putted yeontan beside him and jungkook.

3 days had passed and the set up was still cold. taehyung being with yeontan the whole time and not minding jungkook.

on the 5th day, they were eating together (with yeontan) but taehyung excused himself to get some things in their bedroom. so it means that the two people left in the kitchen was jungkook and yeontan.

jungkook didn't mind yeontan, ofcourse he wouldn't because he was eating. but suddenly yeontan tried to climb in the table and he did. he then was eating all the foods in the table. jungkook got pissed "hey! shoo shoo" he said and carried yeontan back to his place but yeontan fought back so jungkook's favorite white shirt got dirty.

he didn't know. all he know was he was mad. for fucks sake the dog just got his favorite shirt dirty! it's his favorite! he was ready to throw the puppy but taehyung arrived and asked "what are you doing?"

"Tae! the fucking dog of yours just got my shirt dirt!" the younger madly said.

"hey hey language! Don't worry i'll just laundry it later. and what were you just did earlier??? were you want to threw yeontan? What was that gguk?" the brunette said, dissapointed at the younger's action.

"YEONTAN YEONTAN!!!! IT'S ALWAYS YEONTAN! SINCE THAT DOG CAME YOUR ATTENTION GOT DIVERTED TO HIM! I KINDA REGERETTED BUYING HIM BECAUSE YOU FORGOT ME! YOU FORGOT MY EXISTENCE! I'M YOUR BOYFRIEND FOR PETES SAKE HYUNG!!! PLEASE ACT LIKE ONE!!!!" the younger burts his emotions, atlast.

the brunette was shocked at what the younger said. he wanted to cry but he didn't. the younger's words is still processing in his mind when the younger added

"i'm tired of these hyung"

"is he giving up?" he thought to himself. he's attention maybe really got diverted. he maybe really didn't acknowledge the younger's presence because of yeontan. he maybe really is a bad boyfriend. but one thing's for sure, he loves jungkook. he really do. so there's no point of being tired while he's not. "what if jungkook wants to end us?" he thought

"G-guk a-ah. if you're tired then go rest. we'll just fix this later"

jungkook was annoyed at the elder's sentence. he wasn't thinking like that, because he was literally tired.

"no hyung. i'm tired, physically and emotionally"

a day passed after they fought but nothing happened. jungkook slept in the guest room while taehyung slept in their own bed room. "fuck tomorrow is his birthday but we fought. arghhhh" he thought.

he went downstairs to get some food because he's really hungry. he haven't eaten anything since yesterday.

he spotted taehyung in the living room watching with yeontan. "oh you're up. goodmorning gguk. i cooked something for you" the elder said

but jungkook didn't acknowledge the elder's presence just like he did to the younger and went to the kitchen. taehyung really did cooked for him but his pride says "don't eat it". instead of eating what the elder has cooked for him, the younger just opened the refrigerator and find something to eaten up. he then saw eggs and that's what he cooked.

taehyung on the other side saw what jungkook did. he felt his heart broke. jungkook didn't eat what taehyung has prepared, and then he looked at his finger with a bandage on it. he accedentaly cutted his finger while cutting onion but he immediately rinsed it off with water.

the older went to the kitchen leaving yeontan alone in the living room. "look guk, i'm sorry. i really do" he said but the younger just looked at the bandage on his finger.

"what happend to your finger?" the younger asked coldy.

"uh, i just kind of cut it while i'm cutting onions but it's alright now. don't worry" and he gave a reassuring smile to the younger.

"oh" jungkook thought. he felt guilty for not eating up the elder's food but he remembered that he's mad at the brunette for always being with yeontan.

taehyung went closer to jungkook until he reached the younger's place. he then back hugged jungkook and said "i'm sorry baby, i promise it wont happen again. i'm really sorry. iloveyou"

the younger felt soft at the elder's reaction but he didn't showed it. an "okay" came out from his mouth.

he didn't want to say that but he have to. he already have a plan in his mind.

the day has passed and it's taehyung's birthday. the younger already took a shower and was knocking on taehyung's door (yes, he still slept on the guest room)

the elder thought the younger will hug him and say "happy birthday baby!" and say sorry for the happenings in past few days but he didn't. instead the younger said "go take a bath we're going to yoongi's niece birthday party"

the long awkward silence filled up the whole car while the younger was driving to the birthday place of yoongi's niece.

when they arrived their, jungkook marched in the place without waiting for taehyung. the brunette got sad for jungkook's actions.

He thought that the younger forgot what day it is but he shook that off in his mind and kept going.

"happy birthday!" the younger said to yoongi's niece.

"how come he remembered yoongi's niece birthday but not mine?" taehyung thought

the kids were now playing 'bring me' but jin asked to make it an elder version or in short it's the older's turn. jin made taehyung the mc. and after a few minutes of mc'ing, namjoon whispered to him "try to ask them for a ring" he said. taehyung agreed.

"bring me a ring!" taehyung exclaims.

jeon, came to taehyung kneeling down with a ring on his hand "will you marry me?"
