Teachers are here to help you. It's okay if you need extra help on something. If you are struggling on a subject, you should ask them for help like them tutoring you or just asking for extra work. For example, I was finding hard Math, and I asked for help to one of the teachers to help me and they did; they also gave me extra work so I could practice it.

In the case you do not understand the teacher or the way the teacher teaches, which has happened to me before, you should go and ask another teacher for their help. All teachers have different way of teaching. It's like when artist paint, they have different ways of putting their message across. It's the same with teachers. You can go to another teacher that teaches that same field and ask for their help. It's okay to ask for help.

Don't be afraid to talk to the teachers and ask for help alright. They are there to help you succeed. I always ask for help when I'm struggling with something.
