. Hurt is something that I feel

. WithoUt being able to escape it.

. It’s haRd for me to understand why

These feelings course Through my body.

. Pain overtakes my senses some days

. And now I’m too weAk to outrun it.

. I try to let It go, but I still seem to hold on.

. SomethiNg won’t let me move on.

. Already I’ve Lost so much it seems

. Striking out, I’m the lOser of a losing game.

. Stuck in life like a fly Stuck on a web,

. I know I’m Scared.

. Though wHat is it that scares me?

. Could it be the thOught of being happy for a change?

. Positive feelings seem scary because

. Once I have them, thEy can be taken away.

. Losing the good things I have scares me.

. It pains me, but I shouldn’t hIde anymore.

. For me to be happy again, I need to

. Escape the hurt, brEak down my walls, and just live.
