"So Autumn, have you heard from Ace recently at all?" Mum asked as she sat down across from me at the dining table. Dad, Amber and Sam were all sitting with mum and I at the dining table eating breakfast. Ace and Scarlett were still asleep.

Guess I spoke to soon...

"AWEY!! YOUR BACK!! YOUR BACK!!" I heard Scar's little adorable voice speak from upstairs as well as crying and laughing. I just smiled, glad that she was just as happy that Ace was back as I was. Amber, Sam, Mum and Dad all looked at me confused on why I was smiling before all shooting up and bolting towards my room where Ace was.

I stayed put downstairs, since I wasn't feeling the greatest this morning because of the baby. I woke up early with morning sickness and just have been tired and sore ever since. Eventually after 5 minutes they all came downstairs, one by one, except Ace who was carrying Scarlett with one arm and her arms wrapped around his neck and her head in the crook of his neck, tears streaming down her face.

"Hey baby girl, why are you crying baby?" I asked while standing up and walking over to Scar who started crying more while squeezing Ace. She doesn't like it when he goes away, last time she when he took off, she would keep crying and crying and wouldn't calm down for anyone, one night I decided to take her and she slept in my room, finally stopped crying after many calls to Ace and texts telling him to call me ASAP because it was for Scarlett, so he did and after him telling her he was coming back, she stopped crying, smiled and cuddled into me and fell asleep. I've truly never seen a sister love her big brother so much it's not funny.

"I miss Awey, I don't want him to weave ever again." She replied while wiping her tears cutely with the back of her hand. Ace just smiled and kissed her forehead and wrapped his other arm around her tightly, but not to tight to hurt her.

"I'm never gonna leave you princess. I'm always gonna be here Scarly. I promise." He whispered to her and she just nodded her head and eventually closed her eyes and fell asleep.

"I swear sometimes she treats Ace more of a father than me! Her actual father!" Sam spoke up while chuckling at his own daughter and how close Ace and Scarlett were. "But I wouldn't change it for the world, I wouldn't change how close my two amazing beautiful kids are." He continued while smiling proudly at Ace who was standing next to me with Scarlett asleep in his arms.

"Would you like me to put her upstairs?" I turned my attention to Ace while smoothing her hair out and continuing. Ace shoot his head, while looking over and smiling at me.

"No I wanna hold my baby sis for a lot longer." He chuckled at his comment and then leaned forward placing a kiss on my forehead, taking my hand and leading me to the dining table and taking a seat where our parents were already sitting.

"So Ace, when did you decide to come back?" My dad spoke up, while eating a piece of bacon out of the bacon and eggs on toast we all had.

"I came back last night, really late. I message Autumn once I got back." He explained while smiling over at me with that huge, adorable smile I love on him.

"Ace, explain to us why you left honey? Why would you leave? Why didn't you come talk to us? Where did you go?" Amber asked while starting worriedly at Ace as she set down her knife and fork on her non empty plate. Everyone's attention now on Ace curious to know the answers.

"I left because, I was scared. I wasn't ready to be a dad, I'm only 18, I'm not responsible enough. Ive been to detentions heaps of times, suspended god knows how many times, got caught up with the wrong people. That proves I'm not responsible. I felt like I couldn't talk to you, because you wouldn't understand, you don't know what it's like to find out your girlfriend is pregnant when your still teenagers. I went to Grandma's for two weeks, she helped me, she talked to me m, she was the one who told me to come back because it I didn't I would regret every single bit of not coming back." He explained. Dad was about to speak but Ace started up again obviously knowing what my dad was gonna say. "I know, I know. You've lost your trust in me Mr Smithton and don't think I can do this because I took off. Mr Smithton is all I'm asking is you give me one more chance to prove to you that I can be an amazing dad and I do want this baby."Ace pleaded with my dad, begging for forgiveness, hoping my dad would agree to it.

"I have to say Ace, you always seem to impress me more and more everyday. Listen, you have one more chance to prove that you want this baby as much as Autumn does, of you leave her again. That's it, you can see the baby and everything, but you won't be having any romantic business with Autumn. Clear?" My dad explained while staring directly at Ace as if challenging him.

"Yes Andrew, that's all I'm asking. One more, that's all. I want this baby Andrew, I truely do and I'm ready to be a daddy to this baby." He explained while smiling brightly at me and grabbing my hand from under the table, squeezing it in reassurance.

"Your back man! Good to see ya again." Jackson exclaimed while doing a bro shake or whatever it is boys do, along with the rest of Ace's friends.

"Good to be back bro" Ace replied before going over to the girls and hugging each of them, while speaking to them at the same time.

After talking with our parents I called the boys and the girls to let them know Ace was back and we should all catch up at a nice restaurant for dinner, to which they all agreed seconds later.

"So Autumn, we here you have a bun cooking in the oven am I correct?" Nicholas spoke up while wiggling his eyebrows at me cheekily.

"Yes, as a matter of fact I do Nicholas." I replied while smiling brightly at them and putting a hand on my growing baby bump, where my baby was growing and growing everyday.

"That's amazing guys! Congratulations!" Alex exclaimed while jumping up and coming over to hug us both and then eventually all of them sitting back down, since the others did the same as Alex once he got up.

"What do you think it will be?" Bethany asked while sipping on her Coffee.

"I'm happy with whatever we get, as long as the baby is healthy, that's all that matters, but I secretly want a boy." I explained while smiling brightly at the thought of finally meeting my baby.

"I'm the same as Atty, I really want a little boy that I can teach football with and teach him how to get the ladies." He replied and all of the boys chuckled at the last comment, while the girls and I all rolled our eyes. Typical boys.

"Football teaching yes. Getting girls no." I replied while patting his cheek and then continuing eating my pork belly ribs marinated in Teriyaki sauce. It's so damn good!

"Have you thought of names for the baby?" Conner asked as he at a piece of his beef lasagna. Ace and I swallowed our food before answering Conner's comment.

"Not really yet, I mean we haven't had time to, but we definitely will once it gets closer and we find out what our baby is." Ace replied while smiling excitedly, like her couldn't wait to meet our baby.

"Well, I am most excited about when this baby is going to be born, it's gonna be the most cutest baby in the world since your their parents." Madelyn spoke up after eating her Speghetti.

"Same here, because I already hate being pregnant, it's annoying and painful! But in the end it will all be worth it. Girls do not get pregnant for at least another 3 or 4 years. It's not as awesome as it seems." I explained while shooting them warning glares and they all quickly nodded in response. Good thinking girls, good thinking.

"How, bout we all head down to my parents beach house, for a few weeks. Give us a break from everything and give you to." Alex started talking but stopped and looked over at Ace and I before continuing. "Some more fun with us before the baby comes, I know you still have like 5 and half months but soon Autumn will get to the point where she can't do what we're doing." He explained and I nodded in agreement since he was telling the truth.

"I'm down." AJ spoke up while smiling brightly.

"Me too." Abigail agreed.

After everyone agreed that we all wanted to go, we went and paid for out food, well the boys all paid for them and the girls. We all decided we would leave Friday after school which is in two days, so now all we have to do is talk to our parents.

"So I can go?" I asked while standing in the kitchen with Mum, Dad, Amber, Sam and Ace talking about us going away for a few weeks.

"Only! Only, if Ace promises to look after you, take care of you and the baby, doesn't leave you to go out to parties and he promises not to leave your side." Dad explained and straight away Ace nodded, but I sighed.

"Daddy, I have the girls with me too, they know about the baby and they have looked after me the longest since they were the first ones I told. Look, Ace can do whatever he wants to do, except go make out or whatever with other girls and cheat." I stopped and looking directly at Ace shooting daggers to let him know not to do it, to which he looked like he was gonna throw up and shook his head immediately. "He can go off, with the boys and all. I'll be okay, I'll have the girls with me." I explained while trying to let Ace have his own freedom while we're there.

"Alright, fine. You have someone with you at all times and I'll accept that. I just don't want anything happening to my daughter and my grandbaby." He spoke softly while walking over and hugging me tightly.

"I know daddy, but I'm okay. Promise." I whispered while squeezing him one more time then releasing and heading upstairs to start packing some stuff.
