Once in the hospital Deva went to see the patient he's going to operate to see her husband taking her mangalasutram from her neck as he said "Mrs. Yashwanth you are all clear to go to O.R" making the wife tensed as her husband held her hand comforting her silently.

"You'll be fine Mrs. Yashwanth. Dr.Deva here is one of the best surgeons in the world" Dr.Hima patted Mrs.Yashwanth and nodded at the head nurse who nodded back and pushed her stretcher towards the OR.

"Bp 120/80 mm Hg. We can start the procedure" the anesthesiologist stated making Deva and Hima move forward and saw Mrs.Yashwanth slowly looking at the screen before her as Deva stretched his palm"Scalpel" and cut her top of the head.

The surgery went for seven and half hours and Mr.Yashwanth moved forward when the OR doors opened and saw Dr.Deva walked out instructing the nurse on call to take care of the patient "How is she?"

"The surgery went well all she needs to concentrate is on her recovery" Dr.Deva said making Mr.Yashwanth sigh and went to the ICU to meet his wife as Deva walked towards his cabin but stopped hearing the yelling from ground floor and saw stretchers with injured patients rushing in and noticed Prem coming inside.

He rushed down as he saw his factory workers coming in few severely injured as Noel and Prem helped them "What happened?" Deva asked as he looked at the ER doctors checking out the patients.

"There was a transformer blast near the godown and everyone rushed to make sure everything is alright but somehow the fire started we immediately rushed the injured here" Prem explained making him sigh as one of the surgeons came towards him.

"There are fifteen people who were injured and three of them are in critical condition one is in surgery remaining are fine" Dr.John gave a report making Deva nod and say "Bill them to my account" and turned to Noel who came with a burnt hand.

"Let's get you treated" saying Dr.John gently dragged Noel towards the patient ward as Hima came down after her rounds in the patient ward knowing about the incident "Is everyone alright?" asking she stood infront of Prem and Deva.

"Yeah! We rushed everyone before the fire started burning everything" Prem reassured her making her nod but she narrowed her eyes as if she remembered something "Where is Siva?" making Prem look around.

"She was right behind us.I thought she was getting in the ambulance along with others" Prem explained as Deva glared at him and said "You thought? Do you even know how hard it is to get an assistant like her to you again? You just left her there?" making Hima frown at him.

'God this guy how could he think of a new assistant when Siva could be in danger?' Hima thought and was about to scold him when they heard "You don't need to worry about finding a new assistant Mr.Deva I'm in a very good condition to work".

The trio followed the direction of the voice to see Siva at the entrance with ash on her clothes and face as she walked inside the hospital towards them "Siva? Are you alright? You are not hurt right?" Hima asked as she gave a once over look at Siva's body.

"I'm fine Hima don't worry" Siva reassured her new friend as she looked at Prem who asked "Where were you till now? I thought you were behind us" making her gave a look at Hima and looked at Deva.

"Since she's fine let's not worry about her now" saying he walked towards the patient ward and saw his employees on beds injured "You all did a good job and I know how much you all have suffered tonight but I am going to pay all your medical bills and also will allot recovery time for a month" announcing he walked away signing few medical forms.

They dropped Hima at the palace before they drove to the villa silently as Siva said "I don't think it's an accident" making Prem look at her through mirror since he's driving because of Noel's injured hand as Noel turned in his seat facing them.

"Why would you say that? The transformer blasted itself isn't it?" Noel asked making her sigh and explain "When the fire engine was stopping the fire I went back to bring few files from the office and when but I saw a trail of mud footprints and followed them. You know where they went? Towards the transformer. There I saw a used water bottle and also a rod" making Deva look at Noel.

"So first he threw a rod at transformer but it was of no use so he decided to short circuit the current meter and it blasted. He must have come inside the factory through the east fencing and since it rained last night and the east side of our factory is fields there was mud to his chappals" Deva explained the rest of the story making Noel nod.

"But why would he come into the factory if he just wanted to cause a fire?" Prem asked making Noel think a bit and say "He started fire so everything will burn into ash but before that could happen we called fire engine and tried to stop fire so that means not everything is burnt whatever he came for is still with us" making the trio look at him as the car parked at the villa.
