Deva walked down the stairs to see Maniamma arranging the bowls on the dining table and saw Prem and Noel coming towards the table from their rooms and everyone took their seats for breakfast when Maniamma asked "Prem sir where is madam? She didn't come home till now" making Deva narrow his eyes.
Since after his work hours they planned a team dinner he stayed out for the dinner with the neurology department till eleven and by the time he reached home it was midnight and directly went to sleep in his room. He came out of his thoughts when he heard Prem say "She has a lot of work at the godown so she stayed back she must be home by now she called before she started home".
Just then they heard footsteps and looked at Siva who looked tired and yawning due to the sleepless and working night as she walked towards the dining table. Once she saw Deva she stood properly and walked faster towards them and placed the files with printed papers and said "Boss there you go your report I've successfully completed the task you've given me. Please give me further instructions by tonight" gritting her teeth.
"Maniamma give her a lemonade to cool down" Deva said as he started eating making her stomp her foot on the floor before going upstairs making Noel laugh as Maniamma and Prem looked at them confused.
After ten minutes they heard footsteps and saw Siva coming towards them freshly showered and in a new pair of clothes and sat at the empty seat making Maniamma serve her "Today I made masala dosa madam your favourite " which made Siva smile and say "You are so sweet Maniamma unlike someone here" giving a slide glance to her boss.
"Ms. Sivatmika are you not satisfied with the one day of your over shift?" Deva asked as he served himself a dosa making her roll her eyes and started munching on her breakfast.

After breakfast they sat on the couch in the living room making Siva say "Are you not going to work?" making Deva royally ignore as she looked at him clenching her jaw as Prem said "Tomorrow is Princess Gayatri Devi's engagement so we are going to shop for that".
Siva nodded as she asked "So when are we going shopping then?" making Deva turn over the pages as he said "I don't understand why you'd shop when she invited me".
"Excuse me she invited me too and respect me will you I'm officially a friend of the princess and Dr.Hima" saying she pushed her hair back proudly making Deva raise his eyebrow at her antics.
"A single invitation doesn't make you a friend" Deva said smirking at her silliness and she was about to counter when they heard Hima from the entrance "Actually it does and I'm here to pick up my friend to go shopping" as she walked inside making everyone look at her.
"What are you doing here Dr.Hima?" Deva asked as she stood beside Siva and answered "Today is my day off and I've a family function to attend so I decided to get to know my new friend and shop for the event" making Siva snort at Deva's previous dialogues as Hima stressed the word friend specifically.
"She has a lot of works to do" Deva said making Siva shake her head innocently saying "It's weekend. Saturday and Sunday are day off's" which made Hima grin and held Siva's hand.
"Why don't you change and come till then I'll have a nice chat with Dr.Deva here" Hima said making Siva nod and went upstairs as she continued turning to Deva "I'm so glad that there is someone who could give you the same treatment you give us in the hospital" making Deva narrow his eyes.
"You really are a great imaginer" Deva said as he heard footsteps and saw Siva walking towards them in a jeans and top which made Hima join their hands bid good bye before walking out with Siva leaving the guys.

It took a few decades of technology development, a few genius minds, and a few corporate takeovers, and a planet in crisis. Yet that answer should be obvious. * * * This is a first time writing attempt. I have no idea what's going to happen or where this story is headed.
