"Are you saying you don't want me there?" you snapped. You couldn't help but be hurt by it. What if he doesn't want you there? Will you just be a burden to him?

You glanced down at the wrapped gift for Yoongi, feeling your heart racing, but at the same time, breaking. You had told yourself to leave him alone and let him be but then you couldn't as well.

"That's not what I said," he said, exasperated.

You tightened your grip on the gift. "But that's what you meant."

"Just come then," Yoongi said, not caring.

"If you don't—"

"Didn't you hear me? Just come. The girls will all be here tomorrow night and they will be wondering where you're at."

You slammed the gift on the bench before angrily saying, "You're complicating things!"

"It's you who's complicating things!" Yoongi growled.

"Don't talk to me," you snapped before hanging up on him. You felt angry tears threatening to spill, but you didn't dare let it.

You dropped your phone and slid down against the wall, burying your face into your hands, trying to stop the tears.
