Time for reflection. That's when it goes wrong,

Overthinking scenarios, that have long since gone.

Slowly I'll become better, with time that'll heal,

Seal up my wounds and allow me to feel,

At first never seeing the joy from my life,

Being along allowed me to feel good inside,

Mistakes I've made them. But haven't we all?

It's the regret we dislike, when we're made a fool.

Reach out and find your feet. That's what my parent's said to me,

They don't realise the pain they feel, when they set me free,

It's okay, don't worry. I'll be more than fine,

The future is being lived, inside your every rhyme,

Be thankful for friends, and for people you admire,

Let courage drive you stronger, but don't let into desire,

Just know you're loved, in more way than one,

I'm proud of you, and the person you've become.
