You say people block you, they can't see the bigger picture,

If they can't commit, it makes no sense to follow the scripture,

I'll save this moment for the rest of time,

Because you keep me motivated, nine till five.

The reason I'm elevated, even whilst you're sleeping,

Could I be the one, forever peacekeeping?

I'll protect you from nightmares, everything you don't desire,

If I've learnt anything, it's that you're more than a casual highflier.

To each other, we're practically nocturnal,

But this doesn't stop our feelings, we'll be eternal,

The darkness of my life, it's been brightened,

Now I'm feeling my affection beginning to enlighten,

Your way of thinking, I'm craving it more,

Not wanting to feel patronising, but I know to adore,

Few people are able to share my opinion,

But girl, trust me, you're one in a million.
