The group looks down at Lazy Lake and see the utter destruction that is taking place there. Black crystals are bursting out of the ground and a black swirling cloud swirls over the area. Lighting cracks across the sky and shadows roam in massive numbers. Vi turns to the group and goes back over the plan.
V: Ok so me, Fade, Catalyst, and Kondor are gonna go for Perfect Shadow. The rest of you hold off the Shadows lomg enough to hopefully beat Perfect Shadow.
Everyone nods and the two groups branch off in diffrent directions.

*With Y/n*
You wake up with blurry vision and stumble holding on to a tree for support. Your near Weeping Woods you can tell by the landscape. You vomit and wipe your mouth and begin to walk. You see whats left of a campfure in the distance and you walk towards it. Its a camp of sorts, several tents lime the area and there are a large amount of barricades.
Y/n: If I scavenge these tents maybe I can find something to eat.
You walks towards the camp and start rummaging through tents. You get into one and something catches your eye. It's Vi's arrows?
You pick them up and spot a notebook and see that she wrote something today. She and the group are going for Perfect Shadow today in Lazy Lake.
You sling the arrows over your back and start running towards Lazy.

Vi approaches the throne that sits smack dab in the middle of the city and notices no one is in it. She holds her hand out as she hears footsteps approaching from the alleyway.

Ps: So your finally here, I knew you'd be here soon.
Everyone readies their weapons and he chuckles. Vi checks her back and notices that her arrows are gone.
V: Shit!
She grabs ths crooked claw, not her preferred weapon but the only one on hand.
Ps: But your weapons down, maybe we can come to an agreement.
F: To hell with that!
The group charges at him and Perfect Shadow only chuckles and rushes at the group to.

You run towards Lazy Lake and strap the rest of your armor onto you. You rift a few hundred feet ahead every few seconds and you slice through roaming shadows. You see flashes coming from the direction of Lazy Lake. You speed up and clutch the black crystal harder to give you energy. You continue to speed towards the area hoping it's not to late.

*With Vi*
Vi lets out a violent scream as she slashes at Perfect Shadow. The pink lighning catches him and he looks at the burns on his arm. He grabs the claw on her next slash and throws her to the side.
She lands with a heavy thud and feels a sharp pain in her shoulder. 'Its dislocated' she thinks to herself. She pops it back into place.
V: Fuck that hurt.
She watches as Fade skillfully goes into hand to hand to hand combat with him. Their punches and kicks a blur to fast to see. Eventually Fade is forced to retreat.
Ps: Is no one here worthy of giving me a fight!
His moment of victory is cut short by a slice on his chest. Kondor materializes out of the shadows and lets out a sinister laugh.
K: Father, your death will give me great pleasure.
Ps: Your back for more eh son?

Kondor says nothing and quickly rushes at him he slice at him but Perfect Shadow dodges and grabs his arm. He slams Kondor into the but he quickly rushes back to his feet. He hops away from him and stares his father down.
K: Get ready Father!
Smoke surrounds him and a yellow glow comes from the smoke. He steps out and has a metallic futuristic armor on. He tries his best to take him on but Perfect Shadow realises the threat.
Ps: I'm sorry for what I have to do. Oh wait I'm not.
He grabs Kondor and slams him repeatedly into the ground and throws him into whats left of a building. He slams him over and over into the wall then throws him through it.
V: Kondor!
Vi stand up but is greeted by the shadows of the surrounding area pulling to Perfect Shadow. He grows into a large devilish figure and laughs.
Ps: Now, Die fox and oni clan!
Vi stands close to Fade as Perfect Shadow charges up a large attack. He's about to launch it when out of nowhere a massive rock flys through the air and hits him straight in the face. He falls to the ground struggling to get up.
V: What was that?
A rumble shakes the area and she looks behind her and see a familiar purple giant. She cheers and shouts and Fade chuckles.
F: Looks like someone got an upgrade.
Perfect Shadow stands up and Y/n and him give each other a stare. Preparing to fight they draw their spectral weapons. Then they charge at each other.

Twoen
The struggle for an interesting game has been the story of my life for quite some time. Every game I find is either too easy, not interesting or too short. Luckily, my two brothers who match my level of skill, albeit in different areas, tend to spice things up. When I look at my older brother I have no idea how he gets anything done when he's such an idiot. Still it doesn't detract from my respect for him as a gamer, though maybe a little. When I look at my younger brother I marvel at the monster that my older brother and I created. Deadliness, craftiness and quiet, both in what he does and how he is. When it's just us three we tend to destory everything in our path. So normally we tend to compete rather than team. Although that isn't to say we're just good as individuals. When we work together our effectiveness multiplies rather than lowering. Well enough about us dorks. Anyway a new VR game came out, apparently in development for quite some time. Of course my older brother decided to drive out and buy three copies. What would this one be missing? Difficulty? Depth? Length? In any case I plan to reach the top before my brothers do. It was a competition after all. Twoen had all three things I normally yearn for in spades. Something I did not foresee. A keeper

Den of Vipers
The Year is XXXX, and a deep, heavy fog sets in all over not just the planet, but the whole of the universe, sending all within into a deep, deep sleep. When they awake, all has changed, and both for the better and the worse. Everything has changed, from the new, impossibly massive planet that all now occupy to the terrain to the very rules of reality themselves. But what has changed the most are the people. It seemed as though Humanity was alone in the cosmos, but no longer, as new, monstrous races have been born from the flesh of those whom the Fog singled out. With the survivors rewarded for each altered former human they kill, along with each heroic (and villainous) act that they engage in, those who have changed are forced to run, hide, and try to fight back. But in a distant place, a single altered person stirs from her sleep as the Fog fades. With no Humans for hundreds of miles and a [Quest] that all other Altered share guiding her newly inhuman mind, the newly born serpentine but humanoid monster will have to fight for survival and dominance in a world hellbent on her death, with that violent, pathological hate coming not just from the remaining Humans.
