SideWinder's POV
I woke up feeling bored. I was waiting for a text. Maybe I should just look at my phone. I looked at my phone and got a text from Ember saying that she wants me to come over later. I replied okay. I ate breakfast and then watched t.v. I went in the bathroom and combed my hair. I did f wear my regular outfit. Instead I wore my outfit that was blue. For some reason, my hair, eyes, and hat turned blue. I brushed it off and went to Ember's house. When I arrived at her house I hugged her. She was confused why I was blue. She let me in and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I pulled her and I kissed her on the lips. When I pulled away Ember was turning blue. Everything on her was blue, including her skin. Ember fell to the ground. I got very afraid. I kept calling her name to see if she would answer but she wouldn't. I checked her pulse and thank his she was alive. I put her in the ATK I found outside and drove her in the hospital.
Ember's POV
I woke up in the hospital. I saw Sidewinder looking worried. I tried to speak but I couldn't. Then she saw me and gave me a peck on the cheek. I saw her turn back to normal.
"S-Side w-w-what happened?"
"You turned blue and you passed out"
"Oh"
"I'm glad you're alive!"
"I am too"
The doctor came and and told us some news.
"Okay Ember, in order for you not to turn blue again, you must not eat blue stuff"
"B-but I don't eat blue stuff"
"How did you turn blue?"
" Sidewinder kissed me on the lips"

"She must have ate something blue that you are allergic to"
"Well I did eat blueberry muffins this morning"
"Thats why I turned blue!"
"Ember I won't eat blue stuff and kiss you again"
"It's okay you don't have too"
"Actually you don't have a choice, if you girls still wanna be together then Sidewinder has to stop eating blue stuff because if she wants to kiss Ember, the blue stuff is like in her body and it might still be on the tongue"
"Oh no" we both screamed
"What happens if she kisses me and she ate blue stuff again"
"You'll die"
"Okay I'm definitely not eating blue stuff again!"
"Yeah, well you girls go along"
"Okay bye!"
Me and Sidewinder went back to my house.
"I'm sorry Ember.."
"It's okay, you didn't know"
"I have to brush my teeth"
"I have an extra toothbrush"
"Thanks"
"No problem"
She went upstairs into my bathroom.
I was so tired. I decided to take a little nap. 1 minute later I felt hands being pushed on me. I screamed. I saw Sidewinder. She scared the fuck out of me.
"Don't do that!" I laughed
"I'm sorry" she laughed
We laughed and fell on the couch. We kissed each other and I stuck my tongue in. We pulled away and there was an orange string of saliva.

The shadows grow deeper on the planet of Whorrl even as a dark, and ancient ritual takes place within the depths of The Abyssal Mouth—a chasm of both fortune and calamity. The story follows Quintin, a Grandmaster Martial Artist from Earth, as unforeseen elements conspire against him from the depths of space. *No Harem *Strong MC, but by no means does he go through enemies without injury or at least learning something. *Throw on [Horror], and possibly [Psychological] elements. *Dark Fantasy with some [Grimdark] leanings. Notes: this will be a place where I endeavor to rewrite and fix issues. With that in mind, expect revisions, edits, and other things of that nature.

Kellan Klein is an ordinary college student with an average, if traumatic and painful past. Everyone grows up grappling with depression and anxiety that seem to be genetic in a house with parents that, while loving, fight all the time and have weird ideas about what kids should and shouldn't do, right? Everyone deals with bullying, racism, judgement on their romantic inclinations and their family's economic status and just general shittiness, right? All of Kellan's friends sure did, and for all of them, entertaiment media were a welcome escape from their painful, dreary lives. After all, who wouldn't want to sail the seas with Monkey D. Luffy and the Strawhats, or help Meng Hao con increasingly powerful and influential people, or join Cecil Harvey and his friends on their weird journey to save the world, or make friends with Peter Parker while pretending to not know he was everyone's favorite wall-crawling superhero? Kellan certainly wanted to, and while he pursued college to seek out a career he saw himself enjoying, something felt inexplicably empty about his life. So when a decidely sinister force kidnaps him and the prettiest man he's ever seen saves his life and offers him his wildest dreams, Kellan becomes the shopkeeper of a mysterious, dimension hopping shop, complete with a system that helps him acquire items. abilities, materials, and other cool shit to stock it with, as well as some other neat perks. Will Kellan become a boring overpowered MC, like the kind from web fiction that he reads to sate his boredom? Will he keep his generally kind, sweet nature despite the shit he's gone through and will go through, or will he inexplicably become a scary, violent, irrational arrogant douchebag? Will he use his newfound abilities to explore the multiverse and improve the lives of himself and others, or will he become his own antithesis, a purely mercantile jerk obsessed with money and profit, with no concern for anything that doesn't help or hurt his business? Find out in The Curio Shoppe! Author's note: Please suggest possible setting he could visit in the comments. I'll gather ones i'm familiar with, and at the end of every arc, a poll will be held to decide the next location he visits. There will be polls for other purposes, and I might not always go with the poll winner if I feel one of the other options is more fun to read/write about. I will not use the settings of other RRL writers without their permission.Do not ask for that, unless the author in question gives permission. Most settings he visits will be slightly AU in some way or another, but please remind me if I drift too far from canon unintentionally or characterize a character wrongly. This work will eventually fit all tags I selected once he visits universes suited to those tags, so don't ask when or where a given tag is coming. Kellan doesn't look like the old man on the cover, though once he acquires a disguise-type ability he may occasionally use that appearance. The tapir, however, will be a thing, as despite looking like a failed attempt at an elephant, tapirs are cool and this dragon finds them to be kinda cute.
