Danny sat the dark enveloping him an all so familiar embrace that he could always fall back onto throughout his life.... He sighed opening his phone showing 2:18Am he still had 4 hours to wait and it was quietly nawing away at him, not to get anything wrong he was a patient infact he laid in bushes in the middle of winter nights for hours on end longer than a small 4 hours but this was different. The person he was waiting for was his soulmate, his bloody handed lover, a psychotic quiet beast... the boogie man if you will. He couldn't wait to see his beautiful blonde lover, his face carved to perfection, how he wanted that man to hold him right now, the way he starred at Danny with his cold eyes gave him butterflies and how gently he was treated by such a beast only that Danny had tamed, He was treated in a way no one has ever done for him softly yet rough with him... "Wow shit I'm just making this wait 10x longer for myself" Danny sighed laying his head back dramatically into his seat.
Danny had been sitting on the side of this dusty, musty forgotten dirt road that connected to the road leading to this big fancy treatment facility that literally took 4 hours to get to in the middle of a d man forest in the mountains.... God he drove here straight after work only stopping at his apartment to grab his emergency packed bag that held spare clothes, his precious Ghostface costume, a burner phone, 2 separate knifes, a backup camera and 3 energy drinks along with like 4 granola bars. This bag was only for far victim stalking or road trip quickies

Danny sighed cracking his window open letting the cool fresh air inside a clash against the stale dusty smell of his old vehicle, it had been his dads once. But that was before and something Danny didn't wanna dwell on as the muffled memories of screaming and raw fear played in the back of his head. He still was trying to process coming back to what he assumed was 'his' reality instead of that place... he'd been there for years and adjusting back to a normal capitalist society was pretty damn hard, man he almost forgot how to dress himself and getting himself ready specially for work and don't get him started on working on his social skills of Jed. This Jed was a kind, hard working and naive journalist who has such a 'big heart' the thought of Danny having such a thing almost made him laugh out loud, this Jed was way different from the Jed in the entities game that one was snarky, sarcastic, flirty and chaotic more of a fun character Danny has played and he honestly kinda missed being able to be so snarky without somebody being shocked about it... Danny looked out as the sky only slightly was lighter than before he decided to open his phone to check the time "ONLY AN HOUR HAS PASSSEDDDD...." Danny groaned laying his head back starring outside the window to his immediate left bored.

"Bzzzzz"
The rough loud sound of the door opening echoed through the cramp hallway of the facility a familiar older officer named Philip Boyer, he had volunteered to accompany the all so lovable Jed into and out of the facility as it was a max security place filled with those who truly couldn't conform into society at all. Danny was glad to have someone who he knew instead of one of the cold security guards to escort him into the building.

Their shoes clacked along the polished floor as they walked into a open room with a metal table bolted to the floor in the center with 2 matching bolted to the floor chairs one side had chain holders connected to the table and floor clearly showing which side was his and was Michael's he could only look in disgust letting his mask slip a little 'god they treat him like a DOG' he thought gripping his leather briefcase turning his knuckles white "You alright Jed? We don't have to go through with the interview if your to nervous" Philip spoke kindly noticing Jed's hand
"N-no need just... is it really that necessary to have everything bolted down?" Jed mumbled almost to naively "It's for pro caution." Said a cold voice coming from the doorway on the opposite side of the room there stood one of the security staff as he informed Danny they were bringing in Michael in a moment queuing for the journalists to set himself up at the cold stainless steel table.
Danny quietly and quickly got himself ready getting a pile of papers and a notepad out with a pen that clearly had bite marks littering along its exterior, Danny sat and waited a stone cold expression on his face but his eyes told a different story gleaming in the artificial light as a familiar tall figure was walked in 2 men at each of his sides the sounds of chains clinking together like a bitter sweet melody as he slowly walked and was sat in the chair across from him Michael not once lifting his head the whole time his greasy dirty blonde hair fell infront of his facing obscuring it from view Danny felt a tinge of pain seeing how Michael was but also the fluttering excitement rushed through him. The man who had stabbed, sliced, beat, Killed Danny in the entities realms sat infront of him the same man who cuddled, watched, trusted and felt feelings for Danny yet he didn't even care to look him in the face.
The 2 men quickly chained Michael's wrists down to the table before quickly exiting the room doors were shut and 2 security officers stood one at each door watching Michael with content.
"....I've missed you..." Danny whispered lowly.

The Good Crash: An Oral History of the Post-Scarcity Collapse
"Don't we all feel, deep down, that we deserve the apocalypse?" APRIL, 2028—Global capitalism has collapsed. America has sealed itself off from the outside world, and inside its borders, a revolution rages. All it took was one incredible little machine. That machine turned into two, then four, then eight... like a virus, the replicators spread. As a work of oral history, The Good Crash features over 50 interviews with key witnesses to the events of 2027. The text is rendered in the words used by the interviewees themselves, with light editing for clarity and concision. As such, the book contains language and themes that are not appropriate for children.By capturing the voices to the people at the very root of the revolution, journalist and historian R. Vondersnitch has traced the origins and aftermath of the replicators' rapid spread. Crucially, the book also includes perspectives and testimony from those who attempted to stop the spread of the reps. "Some of these are heroes, too, in their own ways," the author writes in the book's introductory note.
