Keeho:
You called again, but he still didn't answer. You weren't annoyed because he didn't pick the phone up, you were annoyed because you knew you couldn't talk to him later when he was expected to call you back. You left him a voice message, telling him that you were going to meet him at home and that you missed him.
Being under two different companies sucked, especially that neither of you was allowed to put a single foot on the opposite company's floor, only if both of your bosses wanted you to. They told you to forget each other, oh for God's sake, ridiculously they even tried to cause misunderstandings and drama between you two. On top of that, some of his fans started to treat you like absolute trash as the months were passing by. You thought they would stop and you believed they wouldn't go any further, but your beliefs failed you too, again. They wanted to bully your boyfriend until he breaks up with you.
Funny thing, these were supposed to make you disappointed and make you lose your enthusiasm in the relationship but you were more bothered by both of your busy schedules. You couldn't even make time for each other for weeks.
"Y/n, please!"your leader called.
"I'm coming..."you sighed, then walked up to your other members to practice one of your choreographies all over again.
...
You were already home, preparing the take-out food you ordered for lunch that day when you finally heard someone walking up to the door and struggling with the keys. Keeho came home very early, if eleven pm could be called like that.
You didn't go out of the kitchen to greet him because you knew what he was going to do first. He didn't even take his shoes off, just walked up to you only to wrap his arms around your waist from behind. You felt his soft breathing caressing you neck as he rested his chin on your shoulder. You both stayed like that as long as you could but you had to pull away eventually.
You put the food in the microwave then turned around to finally see Keeho.
"Is that leftover?"
"Yeah, it was supposed to be my lunch. Do you want to share it?"
"Why didn't you eat it?"Keeho whispered as he lifted your chin with two of his fingers.
"I didn't have enough time..."
"Hey, I accept the fact that you can't always make time for me, but at least make time for your food!"he pulled you into his arms then started to rub your back gently.
You hugged his waist tightly, not wanting to let go for the next few hours, or even days. That's how much you missed him.
"Is everything okay?"he mumbled against your neck while he still refused to let you go.
"I'm just tired..."
"Why didn't you go to sleep then? You still have to go to practice tomorrow!"he scolded you, although his voice was still soft.
"No, I mean I'm sick and tired of this whole shitshow sometimes, you know?"you let out a light laugh. "I'm sick and tired of not seeing you for days sometimes, then going to work like nothing happened."

"Hey!"he leaned back, caressing your cheeks with his thumbs. "I know. But I'm not planning to let you go at all, even if we barely see each other..."
"I remember what you used to tell me, when we first started to date."you stroked his hands.
"That I don't care how hard it will be, we'll stay by each other's sides?"
"Exactly."you nodded, then kissed him in the most loving way possible.
In the end you both ended up on the couch and even though you knew the next day, and all of your days were going to be like this for a long time, you still were happy to have Keeho. After some time you fell asleep in his arms on the couch, knowing that no matter how hard you both work and how much hate you get, you still love each other and you still want to be there for each other all the time.
"I told you before, I'm sorry but I can't let you in!"the staff member explained for the fifteenth time. You heard his words but you didn't quite understand them. You didn't care. You had to see Theo before he went on stage with the boys.
"No, I'm sorry, but you don't understand. I have to go..."
"You can't! The performance is starting soon, you cannot go in for you own safety."the man stated.
For your own safety, of course. You had to wear those goddamn sunglasses and mask for the whole day just to be safe from all those insane people taking photos of you wherever you were going. You couldn't even stop to take some selfies with those adorable fans on the streets because you wanted to get to Theo in the most safe way possible.
"Could you at least bring him outside for a few minutes?"
You knew he needed your support before his performances and even though he finally became more confident in himself, you still had this habit to meet him before he could go on stage. Although you had a busy schedule too, you always tried to make time for this.
"I'm really sorry but he has to go on stage in two minutes."
You finally gave up and sent another text to him, saying you were waiting outside but you had to go. You still had to practice the newest song of your group, and as a dedicated member you couldn't let them down just like that. You had to be professional, no matter how much you needed to give up for them.
...
You saw a manly figure sitting outside your company's building as you were walking out of practice. It was already dark outside, only the reflection of the moonlight on his face made you recognize him.
You sneaked behind him and hugged him from behind.
"Hi, stranger!"you whispered into his ear as he turned around to see you.
"I got your messages."
You sat down next to him on the steps infront of your company.
"I'm sorry I couldn't be there. They didn't let me in."you explained with a light pout on your face.

"It's okay, I know..."he wrapped one of his arms around your shoulder while he rubbed your arm with his other hand.
"I'm so sorry for not being there for you when you need me. We barely even have time for each other."you sighed, resting your head on his shoulder.
"This is just messed up, you know?"Theo let out a soft sigh too. "I hate that I can't see you whenever I want to and that we have to meet secretly if we don't want to be dissed by the whole media."
"Do you think we need to end this?"you mumbled against his jacket after some time.
"What?"he let go of your hand as his eyes widened. "Do you want to leave me?"
"No, of course not! But we need to think about this wisely."you stood up, holding both of his hands. "We're always working and I can't see you being sad because of me anymore."
"Hey, are you stupid?"he stood up too, getting as close to your face as he could without actually kissing you.
"I don't care how much I have to suffer if you're by my side. I just want to know if you feel the same."he gently stroked your cheeks.
"I do. I just don't know how..."
"But I do!"he cut you off immediately. "Let's move in together."he suggested.
You shook your head.
"Do you think they would let us do that?"you glanced at the building of your company.
"You already said they support our relationship, didn't you?"
"Yeah, but what if..."
"Stop overthinking again."he cut you off one more time. "What do you say? Do you want to live with me?"
"I'd be the happiest."you closed your eyes, relieved that you finally had a solution. You really didn't want to break up with him since you loved your boyfriend so much but you felt like you had to do it before the situation gets worse. At the moment he offered to move in together, all of those bad feelings about your relationship vanished.
With the cutest little smile on his face he pulled you into a hug that felt exactly like home.
You were home.
Jiung:
"You're the one who can't keep a promise!"you tried your best to stay calm but your voice was nearly breaking. You didn't want to cry in front of him again.
"Listen, I know I messed up, but at least don't make it worse!"Jiung left the dinner you made hours ago at the table.
You knew it was not his fault and not yours either but you just wanted to spend some quality time with your boyfriend.
You both planned to finish work early that day to have dinner together and maybe watch something entertaining on tv but he worked overtime again. The dinner you made just for you two was already cold when he got home, not to mention that your mood slowly went more and more down as the hours passed by. You knew how much he had to prepare for his comeback with the boys because you've been in the same situation countless times before but you still couldn't get over it just like that.
"I'm sorry. Maybe I just wanted to spend some time with you before my promotions start and we can't even meet in our own house."you explained, still with a calm tone.
You knew you wouldn't achieve anything with shouting.
"You know that I'm working too, right?"
"Sure I do."
"Why are you so angry then?"he raised his voice a little bit. He even seemed surprised by his serious side. God knew he could be like that.
"It's just that you promised you'll be here. I wouldn't be angry otherwise, you know that."you said below your breath, looking down.
You didn't get an answer so you kept your head down as a child, who did something really bad even though you knew you shouldn't blame yourself or even Jiung.
Few seconds passed then you felt Jiung's hand patting your head gently. You didn't say a word so he kept caressing your face all over until you gave up and looked straight into his eyes.
"Forgive me, please!"he pulled you closer once your body wasn't that tense anymore. You let him pull you into a short yet affectionate hug.
You stroked his nape gently then wrapped both of your arms around his neck.
"See, I know we can't make that much time for each other, but you know how much I love you, right?"
"I know."you nodded. "I'm sorry for making a fuss."you genuinely apologized just like he did before.
"Don't be. It was my fault. But I'm going to make it up to you."he leaned closer and lightly brushed your nose with his.
"When?"
"Now!"
He didn't even let you secure yourself, he picked you up with an adorable smile on his face then threw himself on the couch with you in his arms. You sat on his lap and buried your face into his neck, while hugging him as tight as you could.
"I would complain about you suffocating me but let's just go with it this time."he laughed as you slowly started to leave kisses all over his face.
"I'm sorry for shouting at you. I really didn't mean it."he whispered.
"I know. And I'm sorry for upsetting you. I shouldn't have. You are not mad at me, are you?"
"Of course not. You had every right to be mad, not me."he shook his head. "Let's not talk about it anymore, okay? We still have a little time left of tonight."he kissed you with a precious smile showing up on his face.

Ars Magica
Our vision comes back into focus. Our eyes, while being able to perceive the immediate surroundings, still leave us with our minds uncomprehending towards what is actually occurring. Sure, there are definitive things that we can focus on, like the fact that we're either out upon the open sea or the open ocean, there not being much of a difference with no land in sight, as well as the fact that we appear to be upon a haphazardly constructed metal boat, whose seams are barely able to keep a hold of themselves in the crashing waves. However, that does not let us understand what exactly is causing the waves in the first place. If we were to rewind time, we'd find ourselves upon a calm sea under a peaceful sky with the only difference, being a small whirlpool that would be the precursor towards this uproar around the boat. Lightning flashes in the sky, with no clouds being near, and anyone actually manning the boat has either died towards the cause of the smashing tides in the first place, or are fighting amongst the flashes of lightning, all while trying not to become devoured, demolished, and utterly decimated by the beast roiling in the whirling waves. To better understand exactly what is happening here, there is one singular event that needs to be understood, that needs to be explained, and that is the arrival of a creature named Dave. Stepping back from current events and going towards this creature's first appearance in the world, we begin to hear the sound of water slowly dripping across rocky ground. The cavern is utterly silent except for this one constant, its cause feeding channels downwards, sloping towards cracks in the rubble along the floor from broken stalagmites and stalactites. And there, lying on top of something which had fallen over recently, judging from its cracks, is a person, the creature named Dave. His form is fast asleep, either from the impact or from an intoxication, judging from the smell upon its breath. A bright light suffuses into it for a second, giving life towards the pale skin, before it slowly dies down back to the comfortable black of the cave that it's within. Before this moment in time, Dave did not exist in the physical world. At least, not in the reality that he finds himself born into. We do not know whether or not his existence is simply a cosmic joke, or something that is being played out on purpose. All that we do know, is that one moment, the body was not in the cave, and simply formed in the next. The actual earliest time that we know Dave exists, is the interpolation of the memories of J-209, which we'll begin looking into shortly to gain context towards the coming narrative that is being written and hastily trying to keep itself written. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Warning: This story has several things which might turn its readers away. The first is that this story has shifting points of perspective. Don't worry about that previous sentence too much though, as the main character will always have a first person perspective associated with them. However, any other character from which we're viewing the story from will either be in third-person, as we are not necessarily in their shoes at the moment, or in first person, given that the narrator is an actual physical presence within the story. For the most part, chapters will be self-contained with their perspectives, so there will not be an abundance of switching perspectives within the same chapter. The most that an average reader would have to worry about is the fact that perspectives can switch between chapters. The second thing is that the main character is a bit on the 'special' side of things. He's not exactly mentally there most of the time, so there will be some times that his personality or his thoughts do not actively align with his actions. The third, and final thing of importance, is the fact that past the first couple of chapters, nothing has been planned in advance. There are arcs and plots that I want to do, want to implement, or have already been set into motion from our main character's introduction to the world, but the method that I use for my story writing and generating leads towards a bit more random chance being enabled. Basically...there's a lot of dice rolling behind the scenes. To not complicate the story further than its regular LitRPG elements, the rolls will not be publicly available. However, there will be knowledge within the author's notes on whether or not there were positive or negative critical rolls that had occurred within the chapter. You have been warned. Updates: Mondays & Fridays (Schedule permitting) Typical Chapter Length: (2,000-3,000)
