I opened my eyes, my head was on something soft and warm. I looked up to see Tom's sleeping face. It was light out, still raining heavily with extreme winds. His hair was extra curly and his hand was placed on my head, it had to be dream, I thought. He breathed out, his cold breath blowing on my face. It was real.

He opened his eyes, widening when he saw my face. "You're awake!" He exclaimed. "How are you feeling? Are you okay?"

I sat up and put my back against the rock wall, we were inside a very small cave. In the deeper end of it was a campfire, Tom probably made it. "How'd I get here?"

"I found you, you were unconsious and your head was bleeding. The storm was pretty bad but it's a lot better now. We're just waiting for the rain to clear up now." He explained, stretching.

"Oh." My cheeks felt red.

His hand slowly grabbed onto mine, "I thought I lost you.. I thought I was going to be all alone here." His voice was low.

I came closer, my heart was racing in the best way possible. He cupped one side of my face with his hand and brushed his thumb on the apple of my cheek. "You haven't lost me."

"I don't ever want to."

I was too stunned to speak, he moved closer. Then it happened. He kissed me.
