"Idiot."
"Yes, I'm your idiot though."
"Come on, let's go."
"Here let me-.."
"Nope, your carrying me for your punishment."
"Fine." They head back to the group where everyone else were already getting ready to go.
"Shiko, did you do it?"
"I didn't, he kissed me first."
Satoshi whistled, Junpei patted his little brother's shoulder. "Welcome to the club. Now, I don't have to hear you complaining on how to confess to her every day now."
Everyone laughed and he removed his older brother's hand away.
"Let's go."
"Kaiya," whispered Akahana. "How are you feeling?"
"I don't know.. Like I don't understand why he did it in the first place.. Am I not good enough for him? Was I just a toy?"
"Kaiya, calm down. He already explained what happen. Hey, look at me." She look at her and squish her face. "Remove all your stupid and negative thoughts. Think what you want to say and do."
"Oshkay (okay)." Everyone strolled down the path. Noticing a house in the distance and ran.
"Welcome to my house," smiled Sammy. "It's nice to meet you all, my name is Sammy." Putting a peace sign.
"It's her!" Kaashi pointed out. "She took our future selves."
"Why are you doing this?"
"Who are you?"
"What have you done to our parents?"
"Why do you know everything about us?" Marcas ask the important question.
"Okay, okay. I will answer your questions eventually, but first, we are going to play a mafia game. 14 and under are not allowed in this game."
"Damn."
"Next time, Kouki," said Hinata. "Maybe at home, we can all play."
She nod.
"So, did everyone decide already or do you want me to do it?"
"You decide."
"Hm." She look around. "Parents versus kids."
"Wait, we are going against each other?"
"No wayy~. Each group will have their turn on killing the boss in the sixth floor of this house. Remember if you don't finish in time, one of you is going to die, though you'll get injured in the process."
"But?"
"But if you win and kill the boss, then maybe I will give you back your parents."
"Yes!"
"Only if you win, then we can play the last final game."
"Ugh."
"Warning, if you lose your way of who you are, then you won't be able to win. Remove the difference you have inside of you, then you will succeed."
"What does that mean?"
"It means to be true to yourself, forget how much you hate the people around you," explained Sora.
"I-.. How did you know?"
"Mama Tangerine told us when we were little, he always watch us closely every day."
"The shrimp? Seriously?" Laughed Tsukishima.
"Yup," said Akahana. "I took a video of it when he speak with the new members of the family, then he told us again when we grow up."
"Me?" ask Hinata. "I don't see it."
"I kind of see it," said Kageyama. "Even though your reckless and shit, but maybe later on, you'll figure it out."
"Hey! Your so mean, Kags."
"Okay, which group will go first?" No one answered or decided. "The kids will go first, so the little ones will stay with their parents." Rounding up the teenagers, pushing them in the middle of the room. "Have fun, we will be watching in that room." Pointing at a purple door. "Come on, parents and little ones."
"We're not little ones."
"Your not fully a teenager either, unlike your best friend who is." She rolled her eyes. "In you go." Opening the door for them, when they entered the room, there were several tv covering the wall where the windows were supposed to be, watching every corner of the house and the land.
"So this is how she knows?"
"Haha, I don't want another accident to happen because of the boys."
"What boys?" ask Iwaizumi. "Not us, right?"
"Noo, not you. The dolls except for Diana, she is very good and kind. I wish I could do something though." Her tone changes at the end.
"Then just hire the most capable person to hang out with her or find someone?" ask Kazuya. "I mean she might be lonely."
"Oh.. Okay." She stop talking, playing with her hair. "Then let's begin the game. Haha." She positioned the mike close to her lips and announced, "Welcome to the mafia game, I will now explain how you can grab your weapons and medic kit, but first who will be your leader?"
"SAI!" Masako yelled out. The rest agreed.
"Okay." She sighed and shook her head. "Next to Kosuke, there's a button. Press it and you will receive your equipment." The table in front of them flip over, revealing several weapons and big medic kits. "Good luck. You have three hours to kill the boss."
Sai sighed and counted the heads in front of her. "There are 32 boys including Reiki and Kosuke, and 35 girls, so we might have to split up to find the boss."
"How many groups?"
"I don't know, but I need to mix everyone up." Damn it, there's a lot of us. How am I going to group them?
"Sai, calm down. Just ask us for help," said Marcas. "You don't need to do it all by yourself."
"Thanks..." She took a deep breath. "Okay, let's do this." Who can I trust? Someone who knows how to lead. "Kaiya will be leading the first group. Akahana will be leading the second group, and I will be leading the third group, but if there is a fourth group, then Marcas will be leading them."
"There are 67 all of us, how many people are in a group?"
"There might be a lot, but we have to adjust," suggested Marcas.
"Marcas is right. Group one will have Eito, Masako, Taishi, Enmei, Aito, Kosuke, Shun, Aneko, Nao, Ainu, Daido, Eri, Chiko, Kin, and Gen. Questions?"
No one complained. Marcas read Nao's mind, "Why are we not with our lovers?"
"Marcas!" argued Nao.
"Because I don't want us to get distracted, I want you all of us to focus on the goal, then at the end you will be back together. Don't fight with me on this, I'm doing this for your own good and I don't care if your stuck with your siblings, your related by blood, do what you got to do."
Everyone agreed, knowing that she is right.
"Group 2 will have Aimi, Leo, Yaegar, Kade, Atsu, Akari, Ena, Hina, Taichi, Hekima, Tai, Yoshi, Sora, Aina, Hiroto, Hiro, and Mei. Questions?"
"Nope," said Hina.
"Okay. Group 3 will have Shira, Mizuki, Satomi, Ichiro, Cho, Kento, Mako, Hanae, Satoshi, Daido, Miki, Mie, Chika, Koge, Suzu, Tasuo, Miwa, Raden, and Ryōtaro. Questions?"
Everyone look around and shook their head.
"And lastly group 4 will have Takeo, Reiki, Emiko, Mio, Shin, Tatsuya, Fumihiro, Yuka, Kaira, Katsumi, Juro, Junpei, Itsurō, Sergio, Lawliet, and Genzō. Questions?"

"I do," said Genzō. "I want to at least add Lawliet in Akahana's group."
"Akahana?"
"I'm fine with it."
"Okay. Lawliet will go with his sister's group. Any more questions?"
Everyone shook their head.
"Now, grab your weapons and each group will have each a med kit, okay? Group up when your done." Everyone nods and surrounded the table.
In the purple room, the parents watch their kids grabbing their own weapons. "I'm proud," cried Kiyoko. "At least she has people who will help her."
Suga patted her head. "Our kids have each other. We will just find out what they are capable of."
Mei grab Sai to the side, "Are you good?"
"Yup, I'm really happy and it feels amazing. Thanks, Mei."
"Just be careful, okay?"
"I will. Now, go grab your weapon. I want you to protect yourself and be cautious."
"I know." Tip toeing, planting a kiss.
Sai felt her face heat up and pulled her hoody up, covering her face.
"Damn, my daughter is so overpowering your daughter, Yachi."
"It's cute," laughed Yachi.
"Okay, is everyone ready?" ask Sai.
"Yup." Everyone agreed.
"Then group 1 will use the stairs." She watch them head down the hall. "Sammy, is there a elevator in this place?"
"Yes. It's by the kitchen."
"Okay, thanks. Group 4 will use the elevator, don't get comfortable. Prepare yourself." The group nod and walk around the tv wall, toward the kitchen.
"Group 2 will split up and surround the entire ground floor. I want you guys to prevent any mishap or unnecessary people entering through the front door. Then group 3 will follow behind group 1. Any questions?" No one ask and she nod. "Let's go."
"All guards are release. Be careful, kids."
"Shit, there's two guards standing in front of the elevator," muttered Emiko. "What are we going to do?"
Mio slid her knives back to their sheath around her waist and covered them with her jacket. "I'll be right back." But both her brothers grab her arms.
"No," they both said.
"Calm down, I have done this before." She look at her brothers and pulled her arm away.
"If you need help, we are coming right way."
"Understood." She walk out of the corner. "Hello."
The guards look at her direction. "Who are you? What are you doing here?"
"I have a question." She walk closer, they positioned their gun at her.
"Don't come closer."
"If I don't closer, how am I going to ask my question?" She flip her hair and smiled sweetly.
"That smile is exactly like Atsu," mentioned Sakusa.
"Hey! So mean."
They lowered their gun a bit, she stand in front of them. "Is there a way to get up this elevator?"
"Why do you need to use the elevator? Do you have an appointment?"
"Not exactly, but if I can't go up there, I can just..." She moved her hands around her waist and flick her knives at their chest before they could even saw it coming. "Kill you both right here." Then they disappeared.
"I-.. Mio is crazy."
"Haha," laughed Osamu. "Oh shit, Sumu probably gave her some toy knife when she was eight year old."
"I actually did." They turned around and saw their future self sitting behind them.
"The fuck!?" They look at the future self closer. "It's our future self, that scared me."
"Whoops, I forgot they were here. But we are going to finish this game and play the last one."
"It's our younger self," said Kōtarō. "I look handsome. Hahaha."
"Yes, you're," agreed Kaashi.
"I agree with my past self."
"Hahaha, Bokubro," laughed .Tetsurō
"Shut up, Kurobro." Kōtarō rolled his eyes.
"Come on, parents. You don't want to miss watching your kids survive."
"Mio!" Shin called out. "This is why I disagreed with Mom about giving you toy knife as a birthday present."
"But it help us out, Shin," Marcas argued. "Let's go."
They head inside the elevator, stuffing everyone in.
"Is everyone in?"
"Yup."
"Press the fifth floor. We are not going up directly to sixth."
"Okay." Yuka press the button.
"Yuka? Your wide awake?" ask Tatsuya.
"I'm scared for my life, asshole. I don't want to sleep when any minute one of us might die, that is going to be a huge impact in all of our life. We grew up together and we are not going to lose any of us just so we can play this stupid game."
Everyone look at Yuka, shock this is the first time he ever said something more than one sentence, but actually it is, he never goes as far to say what everyone is feeling right now and he did.
Junpei cleared his throat, "He is right. What happens if we actually lose one of us? What are we going to do? Travel back in time and prevent it, hahaha, we can't fucking do that."
"Oi, oi. They are panicking," Yamaguchi's anxiety started to rise. "Someone help them or speak to them."
"No, just wait." Sakusa pointed at the screen, in a different camera, a room in the third floor.
"SHUT UP!" yelled Mie. "Stop panicking, you stupid bitches." They found a room full of equipment and Mie grabbed a mike. "I am panicking too like holy shit, but we can do this, if you don't get your head out of your asses, then I'm beating the shit out of you because we are a big family no matter whether we are related by blood or not, we will finish this shit and get our parents back." Sai took the mike away from her and smiled.
"Nice job, Mie."
"Thanks, Sai. I was really scared and I didn't know what to do if I actually lose everyone."
"I know, calm down. Come here." She spread her arms out and she landed in her arms, feeling a bit exhausted.
"I knew she will eventually overcome her fears and shyness if stayed with them a bit more." Issei lean his head on his wife's shoulder. "She changes every day, I'm proud."
"Let's go." Sai took them out of the room, holding Mie's hand and assured her that she is safe. "We will meet the rest probably around fifth floor."
"Wait," whispered Koge. She look around the corner toward another staircase. "There's four guards."
"Damn and I thought everything was clear," whispered Daido. "I swear I'm going to beat the shit out of Sammy."
"Oof."
"So who wants to deal with those four?"
"I will." Suzu step out.
"Wait. Shit," muttered Tasuo.
Suzu came up to the four guard. "Excuse me." He look closer. "Oh shit." He tried to walk back, but a guard was already standing behind him. "Damn."
"Who are you? And what are you doing here?"
"I-... I came here to grab some drinks."
"Beat him up." The guard behind him took out the baton and raise it, but he didn't notice Tasuo. Tasuo flip the guard over his shoulder. Everyone winced when he landed on the floor, grunting in the process.
"Come on, Suzu. Remember the practice Sugamama made us do."
"Haha, let's do this." Their backs meeting with each other, facing the guards. "Ready?"
"You don't need to ask. I am born ready." The guards launch themselves at the two teenage boys. Tasuo threw Suzu high, he face his legs at the big man in front and twirled around in midway, hitting his face.
"Ohhhh, shit." They watch the scene, wanting to help them out, but they know it would be too dangerous.
Tasuo stood in the middle of a circle formed by six guards. "Seriously, this is unfair." Two guards broke away from the circle, but the four didn't remove themselves away from trapping him. He positioned himself, a swift motion of the opponent's arm ready to grab from the back, sliding his leg to the side, tripping the guard. Twisting his arm, throwing him at his cadet. "Suzu, are you almost done yet?"
"Almost." Landing a kick on a guard's stomach, twisting another's head with just the tip of his fingers like a cap on a soda. "Done."
"Nice, now help me out."
"Yeah, yeah." Grabbing two heads, slamming them against each other. "Here you go." Walking away.
"Dumbass!" An overhand punch hitting the side of his face. "Fuck!" Blood rising in his vines as if someone already flip the switch. Slamming the two body together, breaking their nose in the process. Pivoting on his left foot, swinging his right leg high and using the back of his foot, hitting a bone on the cheeks of another guard.
"You guys done?" ask Raden.
"Looks like it," laughed Miwa, smacking the back of her little brother's head, catching the punch. "Calm down." Squeezing the hand a bit.
"Okay, okay." Finally calming down.
Running up the stairs, the fifth floor still 42 steps away.
"There!" Looking up, dodging in time from bullets.
"Shit." Mako look at his arm, a bullet through the upper arm.
"Run." Cho leading to the door above the stairs, hurrying inside. "Is anyone okay?" He gripped his arm, stopping more blood from leaking out and trying to shake it off.
"Yeah," he answered.
"Okay, let's go." Taking a different route, away from the main stairs. Bumping into the first group.
"You guys okay?" ask Kaiya. "I heard gunshots firing from the main staircases."
"No, this stupid ass didn't say shit." Nao grabbing the med kit away from Taishi, pulling her brother to a corner and setting him down. "This is why I have Takeo to watch over you most of the time, you bottle it up and never say anything." Taking his right sleeves off, pressing pressure with her left hand. "Kaiya, put alcohol on that cotton ball."
"Okay." She work fast, passing the cotton to her.
"Auch! That hurt."
Nao sighed, "I'm almost finish, it's barley inside so, I can take it out quick." She grab the tweezers from the bag, dumping alcohol all over. Grabbing the bullet from the inside, calming down her breath. Completely pulling out the metal. "Done. At least we got it out before it infected your blood."
"Thanks, Nao." Wrapping bandage around the arm.
"It's fine, but next time, please tell someone."
"Okay, fine."
"Hahaha," laughed Kōshi. "She got it from me."
"Yeah, the mother feel from her, I can feel it," agreed Hinata.

Iron and Wood - A Tale Of Empire and Clans
For centuries, the Midlands had been split into fragments. A once glorious, united Empire has become a shadow of its former self. Unity has not returned, and not for the lack of trying. The greatest of these successor states were the Li Dynasty to the south, the rulers of old, and the Emerald Empire to the North, with its vibrant vitality. Unity is the end goal, and both will sacrifice anything to attain this elusive dream. For unity would surely solve the conflict that had long plagued this once prosperous continent. The Ironwood Clan was a prime player. Some would consider them the ones holding the reigns to the horse named 'Unification'. Iron and wood were the backbones of civilization; similarly, the Ironwoods were the backbones of the Northern Empire, and by extension, the people of the Midlands. Their methods, as questionable as they might be, had strengthened the North. Yet, were they enough? In the midst of it all, a young Ironwood who had lost his path must once again find his way. For the sake of his own wellbeing; for the sake of his clan; and for the sake of the Empire and its subjects. However, is he willing to sacrifice for the good of all? Is he willing to condemn some for the sake of others? Is he willing to make the right, albeit harsh, decisions? Only the heavens would know. Disclaimer: This is a work of fiction. Names, characters, businesses, events and incidents are the products of the author’s imagination. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental. Additionally, any views and beliefs expressed by the characters are not the author's own. The story is also not an endorsement of any actions taken within. The 'profanity' and 'sexual content' warning tags are there to be safe (and to leave room for potential future changes), but for now these two things are not inside this novel. This is my take on 'cultivation', though it might be somewhat disconnected from the general idea of the genre. Release schedule: Two chapters a week. The cover was created using wombo art. While I believe that creations using the app are in the public domain, if that is not the case, I will take it down.

The Fate of The Summoned (being ReWritten)
The Fate of The Summoned In the world of Aethion things are vastly different than on Earth. There is Magic and Monsters, as well as Demons and Dragons. Throughout the history of the world there have been many wars, both between all the various nations and kingdoms and between those nations and kingdoms and the Demonic forces lead by a Demon King or Lord. There are times that the Demons gain so much more power than the other nations, or that the others are embroiled in a war against each other and the lone nation is targeted by the demons. It was during these occasions that the various Gods and Goddesses started giving two things to the races. The First of these things were the Blessings, magical blessings given to the worth for chosen things. The Second of these things were the Summoning rituals, magic rituals that could summon beings from somewhere else, that would be Chosen, by the gods. These beings have almost always come from our world, Earth. It has been centuries since this practice began and the countries of the world have almost always flourished for a time after a Chosen or group of them were Summoned. All of the countries treat the Summoned well, almost like kings or princes in their own right. Well, not all countries, there are some that have treated them almost like slaves, though those countries don’t usually last long. There is one though, that has lasted, for a long time due to their connection to their Patron Deity, the Goddess of Light. They only accept certain types of Summoned and they dote on certain members of the country more than others. Several years ago they performed a summoning, as they were being plagued by overflow from the dungeons. Now they, like the other countries of Aethion, have performed the ritual to fight against the current Demon King, who is said to possess a Blessing. This is a story about Fate, and those that fight against it and those who accept it. In this story the main character(s) do not fight their fate, like those in my other story, rather they embrace it and let it shape them, though that does not mean they are total slaves to it. While there will be similarities to most other Hero sumoning novels, i hope the Mcs abilities and such will make it unique.
