The Impala cruised past a sign that said 'Big Texas Towing and Salvage yard.'
Dean looked at his little brother, who was sleeping in the passenger side, with his mouth wide open. He looked in the rear view mirror at the demon behind Sammy. He was looking out the window, not paying attention.
He then felt around and gently placed the spoon in Sam's mouth. Grinning, he flipped open his phone, took a picture, then turned the music up loud.
"Fire....of unknown origins...took my baby away!" He sang loudly, waking Sam up and making (M/n) jump with his eyes wide.
Sam waves his arms and spits the spoon out of his mouth. Dean air drummed on the steering wheel along with the song, he then looked over at Sam and grinned. He turned the music down.
"Ha, ha very funny."
"Sorry, not a lot of scenery here in East Texas, kinda gotta make your own." The boy agreed to the older on that. It was boring here.
"Man, we're not kids anymore, Dean. We're not going to start that crap up again." Sam whined.
"Start what up?"
"That prank stuff. It's stupid, and it always escalates."
"Aw, what's the matter Sammy, scared you're going to gget a little Nair in your shampoo again?" Dean chuckled. (M/n) chuckled with him.
"All right, just remember, you started I."
"Ah ha, bring it on baldy. Also, this is between us, we're not dragging (M/n) into this."
"Alright. Where are we anyway?"
"A few hours outside of Richardson. Gimme the lowdown again?"

Sam took out his paper. "All right, about a month or two ago, this group of kids goes poking around in this local haunted house."
"Haunted by what?" (M/n) asked.
"Apparently, a pretty misogynistic spirit. Legend goes, it takes girls and strings them up in the rafters.. Anyway, this group of kids see this dead girl hanging in the cellar."
"Geez, that's brutal." The boy in the back seat commented.
"Anybody ID the corpse?"
"Well, that's the thing. By the time the cops got there, the body was gone. So cops are saying the kids were just yanking chains."
"Maybe the cops are right."
"Maybe, but I read a couple of the kids firsthand accounts. They seemed pretty sincere."
"Where's you read these accounts?"
It took Sam a bit to reply, his face turning a bit red. "Well, I knew we were going to be passing through Texas. So, umm, last night, I surfed some local...paranormal websites." He said quickly.
"Those are a thing?" The demon questioned.
"Yeah, and I found one."
"What's it called?"
"HellHoundsLair.com."
"Lemme guess, streaming live out of mom's basement."
"Yeah, probably." Sam grinned.
"Yeah. Most of those websites wouldn't know a ghost if it bit 'em in the persqueeter....Of a demon." Dean smiled at (M/n), who was looking at him, smiling back.
"Look. We let dad take off. Which was a mistake, by the way. And now we don't know where the hell he is, so meantime we gotta find ourselves something to hunt. There's no harm checking this thing out."
"All right. So where do we find these kids?"
"Same place you always find kids in a town like this."
~Timeskip~
The Impala pulled up to a fast food outlet called the 'Rodeo Drive'.

The boys started interviewing the kids that were at on the Hell House.
"It was the scariest thing I ever saw in my life, I swear to god."
"From the moment we walked in, the walls were painted black."
"Red."
"I think it was blood."
"All these freaky symbols."
"Crosses and stars and..."
"Pentagons."
"Pentacostals."
"Whatever, I had my eyes closed the whole time."
"But I can damn sure tell you this much. No matter what anybody says..."
"That poor girl."
"With the black..."
"Blonde..."
"Red hair, just hanging there."
"Kicking!"
"Without even moving!"
"She was real."
"One hundred percent."
"And kinda hot. Well you know, in a dead sort of way."
"Ok!" Dean finally piped up. (M/n) was looking at the boy with a disgusted look.
"And...how'd you find out about this place anyway?"
"Craig." They all said.
The three looked at each other.
~Another timeskip~
Sam, Dean, and (M/n) enter a music shop.
"Fellas. Can I help you with anything?" A boy behind the counter asked.
"Yeah, are you Craig Thurston?" Sam asked.
"I am."
"Well, we're reports with the Dallas Morning News. I'm Dean, this is Sam and (M/n)."
"No way. Well, I'm a writer too. I write for my school's lit magazine." Craig smiled.
"Well, good for you Morrissey." (M/n) commented, Dean smiled at him.
"Umm. We're doing an article on local hauntings and rumor has it you might know of one."
"You mean the Hell House?"
"That's the one."
"I didn't think there was anything to the story."
"What's the story?" (M/n) asked.
"Well, supposedly back in the '30's this farmer, Mordachai Murdock, used to live in this house with his six daughter. It was during the Depression, his crops were failing, he didn't have enough to feed his own children. So I guess that's when he went off the deep end." Craig explained.
"How?"
"Well, he figured it was best if his girls died quick, rather that starve to death. So he attacked them. They screamed, begged for him to stop but he just strung 'em up, one after the other. And when he was all finished he just turned around and hung himself. Now they say that his spirit is trapped in the house forever, stringing up any other girl that goes inside."
"Where'd you hear all this?" Dean questioned.
"My cousin Dana told me. I don't know where she heard it from. Ya gotta realize. I...I didn't believe this for a second."
"But now you do."
"I don't know what the hell to think, man. You guys, I...I'll tell you exactly what I told the police, ok? That girl was real. And she was dead. This was not a prank. I swear to God, I don't wanna go anywhere near that house ever again, ok?" The boy explained.
Dean nodded, "Thanks."
