AHHH ITS ABOUT TO BE A YEAR SINCE I LAST UPDATED! IM SO SORRY. If you still are here waiting I am so sorry. Here we go. To the restaurant!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3rd person POV:
Hinata smiled nicely at the waiter as she ordered. Sasuke fidgeted with his pocket. Sora looked at his dad with curiosity. It was weird to see him anxious. Why he was anxious Sora had no clue. He just stared at his menu before asking for Macaroni. Normal kid behavior.
"So how is your brother?" Hinata asked shyly as she put her hands in her lap.
Sasuke seemed startled by her speaking. "Oh um, he is doing fine I guess. Same as usual." The older answered, he didn't sound stern like he usually did. It was more like a nervous kid speaking for a grown man.
"Ah I see, please tell him I said hi." Hinata suggested. "Will do" Sasuke nodded. A weird silence filled the table. Sora sighed, it was his job to make it not so awkward.
"Well, I want to get some ice cream afterward." Sora insisted. His mother looked at him sternly, her piercing violet eyes glaring at Sora. "Only if you eat all of your veggies," Hinata demanded. Sora sighed, he wanted ice cream but veggies were the worst.
"Dad, how come you went from flirty to shy." Sora blurted while Hinata and Sasuke turned beet red.
"W-what are you talking about." The older stuttered. Sora laughed while his mother pinched his nose.
"Please don't say such ludicrous things at the table," Hinata whispered, her face and ears still red. Sora shrugged before staring at his dad.
"Ah well he, he isn't wrong. There is something I wanted to say-" and before Sasuke could even finish his sentence the food arrived. Sasuke clicked his tongue, "Convenient."

"What?" Hinata asked.
"Uh later, let's eat first." Sasuke insisted as he watched the waiter place down their food.
Again silence fell upon the three. It was even more awkward than last time. They all ate in silence, the only thing said was Hinata making Sora eat his vegetables. Toward the end of the dinner, Sasuke grabbed the bill and Hinata stopped him.
"Ah please don't I can pay, I rather go half then have you paying for me." Hinata insisted, Sora rolled his eyes, of course, his mom was to nice to let her baby daddy pay for a meal. Unconsciously Sasuke grabbed Hinata's hand, "This is the least I can do after all these years." Hinata's hold face and even her neck turned red. Sasuke looked at her questioningly then realized what he had done. He pulled away his hand and let out a cough.
"-uh sorry about that."
Hinata giggled as she saw Sasuke turn red. Sasuke smiled, Sora looked away, feeling rather embarrassed himself having to see his parents flirting in the middle of a restaurant.
"Well, I wanted to say something earlier. Hinata. I know I don't deserve your nor Sora's forgiveness, but you have always been the kindest person. Even though I am a bad person you never gave up on me. I couldn't imagine anyone else being the mother of my child. And lately, I realized I want you to be even more than that. We haven't really put a label on our relationship, and now I would like to. But with your permission of course. Hinata Hyuga, after fate brought us together twice, I want to propose something."
Hinata felt shocked and a slight blush started to light up her face. Her and Sora watched as Sasuke got up and got on one knee. A woman from another table let out a squeal, "oh my god how cute he is proposing!"

Sasuke looked down feeling even more anxious as the entire restaurant was staring at him.
"Hinata, I want to be more that the father of your child, I want to be your fiance, and eventually your husband. I want to vow my faith to you for the rest of my life. I will obediently take your answer whether it is a yes or a no. I understand if-" Before Sasuke could finish Hinata screamed.
"Yes Sasuke! Yes!" She cried as she wrapped her arms around him, bawling her eyes out into the side of his neck. Sora placed his forehead on the table. Embarrassed from the sight in front of him, everyone in the restaurant was happy and cheering for the two. As Sasuke patted Hinata's back he looked over to Sora.
"And of course with your permission," Sasuke whispered. Sora looked over at his father.
"....fine." Sora retorted before the two laughed.

Recruit - An Infinite Labyrinth prequel
A prequel to The Infinite Labyrinth. The year is 1816. The British Empire is in full swing, under the auspices of King George III. The Infinite Labyrinth has been pouring out its product from beyond our reality and fostered a new industrial revolution. Times are changing, and the people of London are feeling the winds of the revolution while British Professionals push into the Labyrinth. The newly formed Artefact Hunting Company is looking for recruits, and they have new technology to help them. From the slums of London, they aim to recruit a new wave of Professionals. And make Zacharias and the Earl of Carnavon lots of money. So, for Rowan Rivers and a handful of lucky ones, it's time to head into the Labyrinth, and discover what makes it different from England. And what makes THEM different? Recruit is a bunch of chapters I wrote to create to the setting, mood, and game systems of the Infinite Labyrinth. It is NOT a complete story in the classic sense. It's more of a slice of life view of early days of a normal Professional from the Infinite Labyrinth, and it's heavy on info-dump. It's 90% canon - there's probably a bit of a difference between how some characters and common behaviour are portrayed here and how they'll come out in the main story. Set two years before the events that kick-start the main series, it features some of the secondary/peripheral characters of the Infinite Labyrinth and will tell you all about the basic mechanics of the Labyrinth's RPG system. It can be considered a spoiler, as the characters in the Infinite Labyrinth are going to need to figure out all that, on their own. But if you like a much deeper exposition in the mechanics, here it is. The entire prequel is about 80 pages long.

He holds it out for me to take and I stare at him with wide eyes, "F-For me?" I hesitantly grab the soft fabric as he chuckles, "Nah for ya mom." I puff my cheeks a little and give him a small glare, "Hush." He leans back against the wall and shakes his head, "It's cold out.
