The day finally came when the King was to arrive. Brandon was sitting on the roof of one of the towers and saw the royal procession approaching; he clambers nimbly down to tell everyone. Cat is walking by with Maester Luwin and notices Summer sitting there looking up. She sighs, "Gods, but they grow fast," At that moment, Cat saw Brandon making his way down, "Brandon!" She yelled.

"I saw the king! He's got hundreds of people!" Brandon yelled.

"How many times have I told you: No climbing!"

"But he's coming right now! Down our road!"

"I want you to promise me: No more climbing," Catelyn told her son sternly.

Brandon looked down, "I promise."

"Do you know what?" Catelyn asked.

"What?"

"You always look at your feet before you lie. Run and find your father. Tell him the king is close. And tell Lyarra to round up your other siblings."

Brandon grinned at his mother and ran off to find his father and sister, with Summer running after him. He knew that his eldest sister would be with his father, so his task was easy.

Brandon found his father and sister talking in the Godswood. He stopped so he could listen to what they were talking about.

"Sweetling, I must warn you about King Robert. He's going to take an unhealthy interest in you," Ned warned his daughter.

"I know, Father, and I know it is because I resemble Aunt Lyanna," Lyarra answered.

"Aye, you do. Not by much; you look more like your grandmother, but enough to get Robert's attention. And for that reason, I do not want you coming South with me if Robert wants to make me his new Hand."

Lyarra shook her head, "You, Mother, and I already discussed this, Father. You will need someone to look after Sansa, Arya, and Brandon. And I will not leave you in that den of vipers alone. I will do whatever I can to ensure you are all safe."

Ned sighed and hugged Lyarra, "There is one trait you inherited from your Aunt; you are so stubborn," Ned said.

"And you wouldn't have me any other way," Lyarra whispered in her father's ear.

Ned chuckled, "No, I would not."

When they pulled apart, Brandon came out of the bushes and told them that the king was approaching and that Lyarra had to gather the others. So, the father and daughter left to perform their duties.

Lyarra made sure that her brothers were freshly shaved and that their hair had been trimmed earlier in the week, and she inspected the barber's handy work. Then she went to check on Sansa and Arya to make sure they were appropriately dressed. Arya hated being dressed like a lady, but she did as her oldest sister told her without complaint. Arya knew that Lyarra was only looking out for her best interest. And because of that, Arya would put up with wearing this stupid dress for now.

Once Lyarra had rounded up her siblings, the Stark family made their way to the courtyard to watch the grand entry of the king's horses and men. In rides, Prince Joffery, followed by The Hound. The other Starks wait in a greeting line.

Joffery rides up, Sansa fake smiles at him, and Robb and Lyarra glare at Joffery. The Hound pulls up his helm. The coach carrying Cersei lumbers in, followed by King Robert. All kneel. Robert heaves himself off his horse. Ned looks shocked at the sight of his old friend, now fat and red-faced. Roberto signals for all to rise and looks at Ned.

"Your Grace," Ned says to Robert.

Robert looked at Ned, "You got fat."

Ned eyed Robert's rotund stomach and raised an eyebrow. Both men laugh and hug.

Robert let go of Ned and hugged Catelyn, "Cat!"

"Your Grace," Catelyn answered.

Robert laid a hand on Ned's shoulder, "Nine years. Why haven't I seen you? Where the hell have you been?"

"Guarding the North for you, Your Grace. Winterfell is yours."

Cersei and her other children descend from the wheelhouse. She looked around Winterfell, barely hiding her disdain.

Robert goes down the line greeting Ned's children, "Who have we here? You must be Robb."

Robb nodded, "Aye, Your Grace," and shook Robert's hand.

"A firm grip, I like that, and this must be your twin."

But when Robert saw Lyarra, he gasped, "Lyanna," He whispered.

Kagome was tempted to roll her eyes, "No, Your Grace, this is my daughter, Lyarra," Ned said as he stepped forward to block Robert's view of Lyarra. Once Lyarra was out of Robert's sight, he snapped out of his daze and cleared his throat, "Well, it's nice to meet you, My Lady. I'm sure you've told me many times you look like your Aunt Lyanna."

"No, I have not; I resemble my grandmother, Your Grace," Lyarra told the king.

Robert ignored her comment and continued down the line to Jon and mentioned how he was pure Stark. He smiled at Sansa, "My, you're a pretty one."

He then looked at Arya, "Your name is?"

"Arya," Arya answered and curtsied the way Lyarra had shown her.

Robert smiled down at Brandon, "Ooh. Show us your muscles. You'll be a soldier," Robert added after Brandon made a muscle.

At that moment, Jaime Lannister removed his helm and shook his blonde hair. Lyarra almost lost it. She stifled a giggle. "Look; it's Charming. I wonder where Shrek and Donkey are?" She whispered.

Robb followed her line of sight and looked at his sister strangely, "What are you talking about?" Robb whispered.

Lyarra shook her head and tried not to laugh, "Nothing, I'm being silly."

At that moment, his twin spoke to him, "Where is our brother? Go find the little beast," She ordered after hearing asking for the imp.

Ned and Robert were still talking when Robert ordered Ned to take him to the crypts to pay his respects, "We've been riding for a month, my love. Surely the dead can wait," Cersei addressed her husband.

But Robert ignored her and left with Ned. After that, Catelyn greeted the Queen along with her children then had the servants gather their belongings and get the Royal Family settled in their chambers.

As they were walking, Arya ran towards Lyarra, "Why were you laughing, Lya?"

Lyarra smiled at her youngest sister, "Remember the story I told you about the Ogre and the donkey with the pompous prince?"

"Aye," Arya answered, wondering where her sister was going with this.

"Ser Jaime is exactly how I imagined the pompous prince with his golden hair."

Arya stopped short and thought for a moment then burst into a fit of giggles. "You're right! Lya you have to tell me that story again tonight."

Lyarra smiled at her sister, "Alright, I will."

Arya cheered and they held hands and went inside.
