--Come in-- Ivy says and two people come in, a man and a woman.

--Hello, how may I help you.-- She says and a little Mari-gold peeks out from behind her.

--Mommy, who are those people?-- She asks and the woman says.

--We are from the child services. Your daughter, Miss Ivy, has been adopted by a couple from Paris. You have one day to say your goodbyes.-- She said and the couple left.

--Mommy, why are you crying, don't cry pwease.--

-- Sweetie, I'm crying, because they're taking you away.--

--But, mommy, why.--

--You see, Mommy is not a very good person and you are going to Paris.--

--But I don't want to go.--

--I know Mari-gold, but remember that I love you and always will. And I have a gift for you. Promise me, that you won't forget who your real family is.-- She said and gave little Mari a necklace:

--I promise Mommy, I love you.-- They hugged and went to sleep. The next day Child Services came back to take away Mari-gold forever, or so they thought.
