Months into the pregnancy, Nevada was staying with Texas and California, who were taking care of her as compensation for her carrying their child.
"Am I getting paid for this?" Nevada asked after throwing up, holding her stomach.
"Of course, how much money-,"
"I was joking! You don't have to pay me. I know how badly you wanted a kid," Nevada said.
"Yeah, but you have to go through sooo much just for us, I feel bad not paying you," Texas said.
"Don't worry about it," Nevada said.
Soon, they threw a calm, sensible, gender reveal party.
"How are you going to reveal it?" Alabama asked.
"You see this randomly out of place black balloon I'm holding?" Texas asked.
"Awwww I thought you were gonna do a colored smoke bomb," Alabama said. Texas laughed and rolled his eyes. Soon, they popped the balloon, pink confetti flowing around them. California squealed with excitement, and Texas wrapped him in a tight hug.
"We're having a baby girl...," Texas said happily.
Eventually, California and Texas rushed to the hospital
"Hello-," the lady at the front desk started to say.
"WHERES ROOM 402?!" California exclaimed, Texas trying to calm him down. They were lead to their room, and barged in.
"Nevada!" California exclaimed. Nevada looked up at them and smiled.
"She's here," Nevada said, holding a newborn girl. California took his daughter in his arms, and let out a small sob.
"She's adorable...," California said, breathless. Texas hugged California from behind, happily gazing at their daughter.
"Thank you so much for surrogating, Nevada," Texas said. Nevada nodded, starting to fall asleep.
"What's her name?" Nevada asked.
"Taylor," Texas said.
"Caroline," California insisted.
"Hey, it was MY sperm we used-,"

"Oh don't you dare! We couldn't use mine, unless you want the baby to suffer burning her whole life!" California exclaimed. Texas sighed, before he smiled and nodded
"How about Nevada chooses, she had to go through the whole pregnancy after all," Texas said. Nevada smiled.
"I like Taylor," Nevada said, closing her eyes and dozing off. California sighed.
"Okaaaay," California said. Texas chuckled and kissed California on the head.
"A rose by any other name would smell as sweet," Texas said. They took their daughter home and placed her in her crib, making the final preparations of her room.
"We need pictures of the three of us! So we can hang them on this blank wall!" California exclaimed, motioning towards a blank wall in the baby room. Texas smiled and nodded.
"Whaddaya think TayTay?" Texas said. Taylor just cuddled into her blankets.
That night, the couple couldn't get any sleep, but they didn't mind, the joy of having a child still working It's magic.

Legend of the Guild: Point Blank
Status: On hiatus indefinitely, because I'm going to be busy and the story is now at a place where it needs major reconstruction. Curt is a young gunslinger from a small town called Ore Town, situated in a barren wasteland known as the Dusts. While sabotaging the gang threatening his town, Curt is forced to take a leap of faith, literally. He plunges into the sea of clouds expecting death, only to arrive in an entirely new world beneath his own. Saved by a young girl using magic, Curt isn't too sure what to make of his second chance of life. When he meets a fellow Duster who had fallen years ago, he's roped into becoming second-in-command of a brand new guild. Guild duties aren't easy, especially as Curt is tasked to recruit fighters to take on the Grand Guild Tournament, where the winning guild takes home an enormous prize pool -- and most importantly, a mysterious ticket to the fabled "Star City" that exists above the clouds. Going with the flow only takes him so far, and Curt soon finds himself burdened with more responsibility than he bargained for, including the fate of the two worlds. ==============================Wordpress This webnovel is written for fun, and everything posted is essentially a first draft. Beware of typos and lack of creative descriptions — my main priority is to get the story out over writing quality. Still, I hope you enjoy the story. Updates are sporadic, but I aim to release a chapter (~2000-3000 words) at least once a week. Average release time is 1 chapter/3 days. I took inspiration from the lore of the MMO, Dungeon Fighter Online (Dungeon & Fighter), and there may be easter eggs or references to the game, but the story and characters have become wholly original and standalone. [Note: Profanity tag is up because profanity is present, but infrequent]
