Third person's P.O.V.
Test tube walked nervously out the hotel. She walked nervously away from the hotel. She walked up nervously to see lightbulb herself.
"Um, hey tube.." test tube could herself heat up inside. "Wanna talk and..stargaze a little?" Test tube slowly smiled and peered up at the sky.. it was truly beautiful...
"S-So you said you needed me?" Lightbulb jumped a bit. "O-Oh yeah! umm..about the kiss.." test tube swiftly looked away her face flushed. "It was just..um, weird y'know?" Lightbulb chuckled. "Is there something else you wanted to about?" Test tube turned to look at her." "Oh yeah.."
"Do you Umm, l-like me or something?" Test tube's eyes widen, and let out a smol gasp. "UHMM, I-I—-" lightbulb smiled a small shy smile. "Hey uh-that's fine y'know?" Test tube gasped and held her breath—this is it—the moment she had longed to happen for so long..
"Cuz' I like you t—"
"FAN! Turn off that phone NOW!" The two turned around to see fan and paintbrush hiding in a bush. Creeps. Fan couldn't stop his snickering. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry! I can't help it!" Test tube and lightbulb stood there watching their two friends argue.
"Um, wanna go somewhere else?" Lightbulb looked at testy. Test tube smiled, "let's get out here." The two walked away from the bushy area and both lay themselves on some grass, slick cold with melted mushy snow. Test tube shivered. "You okay?" She jumped. "O-oh I'm fine. Just slightly chilly out here.."
... "Here," test tube gasped a little looking at lightbulb, who held out a bright worn out yellow hoodie towards her. "Oh, lightbulb y-you don't have to!" Lightbulb let out a soft laugh. "Just take it.." test tube huffed and put on the hoodie, letting its warmth wrap around her. She will admit, it did feel nice. "So..."

She already knew what lightbulb wanted to say. "Yes...I like you.." she said as quiet as her voice could go. Lightbulb widened her eyes, looking at the taller girl. "I've liked you for a little while now actually, a-and more than a friend.." test tube forced the words out. Feeling herself burn red on the face. Lightbulb gasped a bit. (Even thigh it wasn't much of a surprise -_-)
"Testy—I-I had no idea y-you...that you.." test tube laughed a little. "I've never seen someone stutter more than I.." lightbulb looked away, her bright yellow glow brightened, and seemed to turn red. Test tube laughed even more. "I was just joking!" She said playfully nudging the other object. "Yeah whatever..." lightbulb mumbled.
They both sat in silence, staring up at the star streaked sky. "It's beautiful." Test tube breathed. "Not as beautiful as you." Test tube started to bubble—literally. The green liquid inside of her began to fizzle, and soon it was bubbling over and some of it even spilled out. Lightbulb laughed. "Aww, you look cute like that.." test tube rolled her eyes, but smiled.
"So?..." test tube was running out of patience. "Hm? So what?" Lightbulb looked at her, obliviously. Test tube bit her lip, struggling to talk. "Y-Y'know..are we girlfriends now o-or what??" Lightbulb smiled. The smile grew and stretched across her face. Putting her hand over test tube's. "Y-yeah..I'd like that."
To finish things off, both glass objects leaned in and slowly—
"Oh My GoSH it'S FinAlLy HapPeNInG!!"
It was fan and painty once again. This time paintbrush didn't bother yelling, they just rolled their eyes. Test tube couldn't take the stupid suspense anymore. She grabbed lightbulb cheeks, and they finally got what they both needed—a kiss.

Paladin
When the first derelict alien spacecraft fell to Earth, humanity took what was found in it and propelled themselves to new heights. In their new Golden Age, humanity developed technology that they had only dreamed about. The following years saw hundreds more ships crash into the planet, spurring even greater technological leaps. An unassuming spacecraft, one of the dozens that fell yearly, descended on Siberia in 2021. The world took no particular notice of it. However, this one contained something beyond the miraculous technology that had made humans so prosperous. Three years later, in a top-secret underground facility in eastern Colorado, the automated construction of an army of Paladin Mobile Infantry Suits was underway. With this new, state-of-the-art weaponry, the military would turn the tide against the alien incursion that was consuming the planet. Humanity fell before that could happen. Sam was an engineer responsible for overseeing the facility. Now alone, he lives in utter boredom and near insanity, his only company the base’s pseudo AI and an army of empty Paladins. With the world gone to hell around him, and the things that caused it still living above, he decides that he is much better off staying exactly where he is. Unfortunately for him, that is no longer an option. This is the first novel I've written. The first fifteen or so chapters are going to be a little slower. I want there to be time to get to know the characters before they start blowing stuff up. Also, though the MC will be strong relative to the world, he won't be OP, and won't win every fight. Not every fight will be physical either. Currently, I'm aiming for something like 5 fairly short chapters a week, after the introduction part is done, but we'll see how that goes. Thanks for reading, and please let me know if I've made mistakes!

Overgrowth
I never thought I'd be killed by butterflies. But here I am... Edmon Valli was a smuggler, before a freak storm threw him off course and stranded him on a desert island smack in the middle of an uncharted monster zone. Trying his best to survive, or possibly even escape, he stumbles across the find of a lifetime: an unclaimed dungeon crystal. This is a dungeon-ish story, but without reincarnation or transmigration. I started it as a whim for NaNoWriMo so I may drop it any time after that... or I might not. My current plan is to write until I can reach some sort of conclusion and call it 'volume one'. I hope someone enjoys reading it for now! All comments, corrections, and criticism welcome.

You Are The Gods.
You read the title right, YOU are a God within this story. In fact, every single reader of the story is a God. Many stories like to take the path that there are Gods that watch over the characters of the story, helping them or hurting them as the characters progress. What if, the readers of this story are the Gods that are watching the Main Characters? What if the readers could accrue points by reading that they could spend to help the main character, hurt the main character, or to even create new characters, dungeons, and scenarios? That is what I aim to create! I am trying to get the community involved in creating a reality that the readers themselves can directly influence! If you have any interest in this at all, I implore you to read the intro chapter called 'The Tutorial' and join everyone else on many interesting stories on Planet Earth and what it is to become! Volume 1 is where you can find how the system works, and the various things within the system! Volume 2 is the actual story and invasions itself. Volume 3 is where you can find previous polls and the such. Volume 3 is so we can all look back at the decisions made. Quick note. I am not the best writer, and will try my best to create the best quality story. There might be some grammar errors, or I might write in a simpler way compared to other authors because I do not have much time, nor can I write ahead either! If you wish to give me advice on the system as the story goes on, then I will gladly accept it. Lastly, just have fun with the story as I try to do something completely new!
